In your anger that it wasn't related to Kingdom Hearts, you throw it on the ground, to find that it was some spell contained inside the box. You are blinded by the bright light, and when you receive your vision, you find yourself able to stand, unnoticed, in Riku's bedroom during a "sleepover."
You notice that you're a ghost and you have this random knowledge to bring yourself back to the vending machine when you're done with the show.
