"She's alright. The air is solid, so the only way she'll be injured is if she rams her head against it too hard or something." Xashowd replied. He hadn't noticed the other woman...wasn't that Minty? Come barreling in out of nowhere until she'd tackled Sammy. He was glad to hear her arm was alright, as he needed to focus on the wind sphere. If Gwen decided to put up a fight, there was a chance it could break if he didn't keep it held, at least until he could make it self-sustaining. That process would take a few minutes, but once complete the shield wouldn't break unless he dissipated it. Or it was hit by Thunder magic...Thankfully there didn't seem to be any thunderstorms brewing or lightning wielders in the area.
While keeping the Sphere solid, he kept an ear on the conversations around him. If they needed to move, he'd be ready.

"Most call me Lucky," she returned with a smile. She saw the wai-Sammy, she saw Sammy knock on the cast, and began considering...well, if it's fine for now, then it's fine. She shouldn't need to offer help- "Alright. If it does start bothering you though, please let me know. I might be able to do something to help." And she offered anyway.
She averted her attention back to the orb. The redhead was concerned about the girl in there too. She had seen wind used as a weapon before, but the vampire didn't seem to be focused on attack, just containment. "The best thing we can do is figure out how to get her back the way she was." She turned her attention to the vampire, "You said you think the Astrolabe might be involved?"

Xashowd nodded. "From what I know it has immense magical power. Being an Astrolabe I figure it'd have power over the stars, but that's just an assumption. I haven't heard of any limits on its power though, so it could very well be the reason the moon is suddenly full and red." He explained to Lucky.

Hearing that the astrolabe might be involved in her friend's transformation somehow, her mind started strategizing again."Seems like it has some very real power after all. Guess it's just that much more important that we find it. Wait..."She turned to face them, realizing something."Look how many people there are at the park tonight, at least the five of us, and I'll bet there's more out there too. If we all pool our efforts we can do this process of elimination style and be done before sun up."

Xashowd smiled. "Yes, she can breathe. It's solid enough to prevent escape, but it's still air, and as such air molecules can come and go as they please. Gwen's fine...well, as fine as she can be in wolf form." He replied.

"I suppose that's possible..." she replied, thoughtfully, tapping her chin and almost speaking to herself. "Technically, the moon's light is a reflection of the sun- a star. If that link is there, it's not that far of a stretch that something which could affect the stars could also link to the moon through that connection."
She heard Sammy's suggestion and nodded. "That sounds like a plan. I have a way to contact one of the others around here. From what I can tell, she's been searching this place for awhile. I find out where she has an has not searched yet?"

Sammy smiled and gave Lucky a thumbs-up."That's exactly what I was hoping to hear!"she said encouragingly."Would you happen to also know of a way to get the others' attention at a distance and guide them here?"It might be wishful thinking, but the woman seemed to exude a special kind of power...Sammy couldn't quite put her finger on it...and her name was nothing if not a good omen.

"Sorry, Sammy. I forgot ol' garlic breath over there had phenomenal cosmic powers." Minty sheepishly dusted off her clothes as she stood up, casting a wary eye at the imprisoned werewolf, and an even warier eye at the vampire. Given her druthers, Minty'd rather Xashowd imprisoned in the sphere than werewolf. At least a werewolf could only kill you.
You know. Now that she really thought about it, tonight was really the stuff of horror movies. Zombies and vampires and werewolves...oh my. At this rate, the as-yet unidentified red-head was going to turn out to be a banshee.
"Well...uh. Now that no one is screaming horribly, I should finish looking for my friend. Or they should finish looking for me. I'm not sure which one of us is lost, possibly both. Either way finding needs to be done and it's not getting done doing...whatever this is." Minty waved vaguely at the group of super natural forces plus one waitress, "And remember, if you find yourself in need of being tackled to the ground in a hasty and unlady-like manner, I'm just a blood curdling scream away."
Minty saluted the group and started walking off in the direction she'd just come from. Knowing Orrin, he was smart enough to move away from danger. Which means he was probably at the point furthest from this one? Or maybe he'd stayed put at the cotton candy booth? Both options seemed good since the would get as much distance between her and the vampire as possible. Time was the only other thing that could distance her from the rest of that rather embarrassing and awkward moment.

"I'm sure I can think up something~" she smiled before looking at her star companion. "What do you say? Shall we call in Altair and Sirius?" The star flickered excitedly, bobbing just as enthusiastically. Even for someone who could not understand their language, they could probably tell that was a yes. "Well hop to it. And let Rai know what the plan is so he can pass it on to Ravena," the redhead just barely managed to keep in a giggle at the star's response, and the star vanished, leaving only traces of stardust in the air.
She turned back to the others. "I have another 5 around here already, but they are young...and apparently don't know how to hold their stardust very well." She internally cringed at Gwen's sudden appearance and how much had been on her. That was a mess she would have to clean up somewhere... "The two Xya is fetching now will be able to keep them in line though."
Around this time...Lucky also realized she was still holding the broom. Well, she didn't need it now. And what was she going to do with it anyway? Brush the werewolf? She casually...set it against the closest booth for now.

The werewolf was well and truly caught, or so it appeared. Anyone looking closely would tell something wasn't quite right with Gwen, but then again almost nothing about her current state was quite. She had stopped acting fully aggressive once she was caught and was now awkwardly standing in the sphere of air, muscles tense, and... Seemingly not breathing. But that could just be a trick as she tended to be craftier than others of her kind even when the beast had control. At the moment, however, she seems content to wait. Bide her time...
Or not.
Growls spring up around the group as five different Gwen's prowl out of the shadows, circling the group. Five Gwen doppelgangers, but are they all real? Is only one real? Their eyes pulse an angry red as they spring for the group, three for Xashowd and one each for Lucky and Sammy.

As Xashowd focused on holding the sphere together as it neared Self-sustainability, he smirked at Minty's comment. Garlic Breath, huh? That's a new one. He thought, listening to the conversations. Thanaphyr hovered near the sphere, looking at Gwen and also keeping an ear out. "I don't like this...she's standing a little too still. Wouldn't a wolf in a cage put up a fight?" He thought aloud. Xashowd tilted his head. The Reapling had a point. As much as he was thankful for the lack of resistance. It was rather odd...maybe she was fighting her feral nature for control, on a battlefield none could see?
Just as the sphere glowed, signaling that it would be able to contain her on its own, Xashowd heard numerous growls around them. He looked around and saw multiple werewolves...all looked exactly like Gwen. Clones? The hell...? "Everyone, look out!" He shouted as they began their assault. He leapt backward and saw three were heading straight at him, while the others made a beeline at Sammy and Lucky. s**t! Gotta get them away from Sammy! He leaped upward and summoned the wind to hover above the battlefield. He latched onto the tail of the one headed for Sammy with the wind and pulled hard, intending to fling it towards the three who were converging on him.
Meanwhile, Thanaphyr pulled out his scythe and started speeding around the three Werewolves, Bopping one on the head with the blunt end to get its attention. "Hey fuzzface! Over here!" He cried, zipping around its head. Thanaphyr was rather fond of playing the distraction, and he wanted to make sure he had the wolves' full attention.

Apparently she had put the broom down a little too soon, for a moment later she had it back in hand to fend off an oncoming werepup. This was new. Could Gwen always multiply? Or was this another of the weird thing like the belated transformation? She narrowed her eyes and got into a defensive stance, wielding the broom as she would a polearm. Not her ideal weapon of choice. In fact in this situation, she would rather get distance between her and teeth, especially since she was dumb enough to come without some method of defense. But there were four others, which Xashowd had just made sure focused on him when he nabbed the one going after Sammy. A fifth might be too much if it didn't like an evasive meal. And if it was too much, then that was five that were going to jump on Sammy after. No, best to keep them divided.
"Sammy!" she called. "I got the broom out of the booths. There might be something there you can use to defend yourself." She doubted Sammy could wield something like a broom with one arm, but even a can of disinfectant spray would be better than nothing. That is...if she didn't have something up her sleeve already. That look in the girl's eyes when she was brushed aside before spoke volumes. She could handle her own, but her hands were more than likely tied, and probably not just by that cast.
Beyond that, everything was still up in the air. She turned her attention to her current fifth of the problem. There had to be a reason for this, and they needed to find out what, how, and why before this problem multiplied anymore.

Sammy sighed an exasperated sigh at the frantic attempts to save her again. She didn't need it with the Jabberwock and she didn't need it now. As the wolf duplicate closed in on her she leapt back onto a game booth counter, actively kicking up dust to cover the creature's eyes and snout. If it was truly like Gwen it would be sneezing up a frenzy very shortly - and if not, at the least its sight would be affected."S'okay guys, this is not my first rodeo."Flipping up like a gymnast she crouched on the roof of the structure and watched how the creature would react.
OOC: I know it might be hard since no one knows her secret, and her arm is till technically broken in this rp, but can you guys please stop trying to save Sammy? ^^'

The horned male's jaw set hearing that and he gave only the hint of a nod. "I see. Was there a full moon tonight? I do not recall, I regret to say. Good, I still do not think there is much to this part of the maze." Just before going in, he faded to smoke as it would allow him to move quicker. Trust was given that Rai would help lead his princess quickly to follow if Tobias got too far ahead. As he had suspected there was laughable little to this part and he emerged several steps away from a line of large windows. "Found the windows, let us have a look." There was no glass in the windows, just a safety bar in front. Truth be told that didn't really seem like much of a safety precaution though. Moving up to nearly against the rail, he began scanning the abandoned grounds.
((A fair point, yes. Alright, thank you. ))
"It was pretty cloudy before, but I would have known if it was a full moon. You wouldn't catch me out here looking for that astrolabe if it was. It could possibly be the effects of the astrolabe, though.." Voice trailing off, she tapped a delicate finger against her bottom lip in thought. She'd be stuck on her brother's airship looking after things for him while he had his furry fit in a secure room at the bottom of the ship if it were the case. Cracking her knuckles in preparation, the tiny princess turned her enhanced senses back on. The incessant pounding of her boots on the dusty floor would get old pretty quickly, but it was better to be aware of one's surroundings.
With a nod, she followed Toby through the little maze, Rai zooming ahead to guide them. Should his princess falter or take a wrong turn, he would pause to let her catch up before once again leading the way. "Well, that wasn't too bad," she remarked, coming over to stand beside her friend. "I thought they would at least throw some trap doors or taunting signs at us." Ravena had been in a maze once before, but that was for shits and giggles. This time, it was business.
It was around this time that her "someone is talking about you senses" started to tingle. That was just a figure of speech really, as she barely had time to lower the bandanna from her face before she let out a sneeze. Rubbing her nose with a scowl, she took a look outside the windows, careful to mind the bar. "Either my friends actually miss my company, or I'm late for class. I can assure you neither is the case." She'd taken time off from her classes at the palace, intending to make them up later, all so she could come back to Gaia and search for the astrolabe.
Before she can make any more self-depricating comments, Rai flickers near her ear. "We're needed? When, and where? I'll need a few more details. You know how Xya is.." Since all stars had a kind of connection between them, it wasn't hard for her to put two and two together. Seems like her sister had caught wind of the missing artifact, too. Well, the more the merrier in this wild goose chase. Hopefully she and Toby would be able to catch some sort of glimpse of what was going on outside. If not, there was always another way of getting to where they needed to go.
((Does that mean Rae can go as the dancing queen? Young and sweet, only 24. /shot If I need to edit anything, please let me know. I don't want to start assuming anything, and catching up is hard as it is.))
Tobias nodded at this, of course she would keep track of that. So then again, what was going on? He briefly looked over at her with a trace of amusement. "Trap doors and taunting signs? I believe the traps are the simulated infinite you all around as you try to find the right path. I can not imagine a trap door being wise in such a place. Are you alright, still too much dust?" Raising a brow at her words, he looked back out scanning again. "You could be missed, you know. One can never be sure what goes on in another's mind." Truly he didn't like hearing her speak like that. He might have gone on to say more, but his eyes caught sight of a red moon, and it felt like the wind had been knocked out of him. Somehow that reminded him so much of home that it was like a dull ache in his chest. Recovering as quickly as he could, he clenched his jaw a moment and took a breath. "Look at the moon, does that happen naturally here?"
((I think much to his chagrin, he's got demon down to some extent. You did fine, nothing to fret about. ))
