For the second poison, that has acid that basically can instakill, im gonna say no. For chakra control device, exactly what is it. A band? A seal? And also, how does one remove it. Something like that is already strong as s**t on it's own and needs counterplay. Make these edits and we will revist. Ty for the cooperation and sorry for the wait. Okay, I can change that around seeing as Mikyo's Black Metal Bloodline does not exist in this verison of NUR. As for the posion, its not an instakill. It has a 15 post waiting period. Thats ample time to get to hospital and cure yourself. If its helps I could remove the post reduction. And Spinel isn't stronger than diamond. I was saying the Oni Clan was stronger. Mine being not as strong as that. Which was based on the clan being in the guild at the time, which it isn't now. So I can change that around. Give me two weeks I will have something for that, but the other stuff? Scarlet Thunder and Kirin Gale? The chakra device is just like the standard verison used in the movie. It just would have to be removed by outside forces like genjutsu. What of the second invention? I mean all this has been previously approved in times past. Im talking aobut the acid that will melt through you completely if it cuts you. Thats denied. Also, I dont really watch naruto movies so i don't know how they work. What you just attach it to them? The other invention is fine.

Where it was found/Who made it: Made by a mineral found only the mines of Thakur. It was originally wielded by a legendary Thakur leader. Stolen by Aleksandr when he went rouge from the tribe.
Users Class: Samurai
The Range of the weapon: 8 feet
Weakness: Incredibly heavy if used by anyone who is not a Samara from the Thakur Tribe making someone with 16 strength have a hard time carrying it. This counts as a weakness, because allies won't be able to use it if need be and if Aleksandr ever dies it will be useless to the one who killed him.
Cannot be used against other Incubus. The blade will shoot out of Aleksandr's grip.
Description: Made out of a red mineral only found in Thakur. It has the endurance as Corundum. Is has the ability to morph into metallic gauntlets at will. The transformation takes about 5 seconds from sword to gauntlets. The sword takes 30 seconds to return back to itself since it's so big. The gauntlets have spiked ends of about 2 inches. approved

Who owns the weapon: Gabriel Heiland
Where it was found/Who made it: This doll was gifted to Gabriel when he was very young. His entire life it's been in his possession. Seeing as he has never met his family, he fabricated a story in his mind where his mother made it.
Users Class: Genjutsu
The Range of the weapon: Once transformed, the doll holds two blades that are roughly four feet long.
Weakness: If the enemy does not 'believe' the doll is real, the entire genjutsu is dispelled. Not only that, someone who is of two ranks higher can easily dispel the doll's power due to their belief of superiority. If no one actually 'believes' the doll is real, its utterly useless. But as long as someone within the vicinity believes in its power, the doll may stay active.
Description: Before transformed, Catherine appears to be a tiny, blonde headed doll. Most of the time, Gabriel drags the small doll by his side in his right hand. By utilizing words, gestures and his uncanny ability to persuade, Gabriel manipulates people into believing in this doll. Simple gestures like introducing the doll, telling someone its powers, or flashing this artifact makes this object animate. Once activated, the doll enlarges into a beautiful platinum blonde-headed woman that has the stats of a samurai at Gabriel's rank. Once this doll thrives off of an initial believer, everyone who sees this doll in action will begin 'believing' in its actions thus feeding its power. With each opponent that the doll defeats within the same battle, it's stats grow a single rank(Capping at S- Rank). This is a simple factor based on "Seeing Is believing." Once others see this doll's power, they begin to believe in its works.
Rules:
-The doll cannot utilize specific weapon styles.
-The doll cannot kill because it is derived from genjutsu.
-The doll can only use techniques Gabriel knows apart from Samaran Tech. All techniques utilized by the doll drain from Gabriel's chakra.
-The doll can only be activated when obvious signs of belief in the doll are seen.
Examples: Listening to Gabriel speak about it or an rpc noticing the doll.Approved

That's understandable. Will remove. In the first Naruto movie: The land of Snow. Naruto is faced with an invention of the shinobi or mercenaries in Yuki that used a device that senses the flow of chakra and releases an electrical shock to the subject till the flow stops. It held Naruto for a while, before he used the power of the Kyuubi to overpower it. It also had an alternative use as a chakra barrier device that protected the wearer from attack, but would explode when place in contact with another device on another wearer. Conflicting wavelengths and all that. Its how they were defeated, so to speak.
It looked like this. Mine looks like an alienware desktop, lightning blue of course. lol

Specify that this chakra cost stands alone, that is using an a rank tech will deliver a shock, but focusing on the device will blow it off to prevent people from both attacking and deactivating. After that it's all approved m8.

Where it was found/Who made it: This blade was made by the Niku no Shohisha smiths.
Users Class: Samurai
The Range of the weapon: 7 feet Blades
Weakness:
- Sephiroth: Sephiroth's 'Devour' technique can only be used once in every battle.
- Lucifer does what a normal Katana would outside a Genjutsu.
- If the blades are picked up by someone not a Niku no Shohisha they lose their power.
Description: Sephiroth: This particular blade has the ability to 'Devour' any jutsu targeting Oga and throw it back at his enemy. This blade also has the ability to use condensed Gatsu to make a half moon shaped projectile, the size and rank will depend on what Oga wishes, this projectile also gets buffs from the sword such as poisons and such.
Lucifer: Lucifer is the blade forged to fight Genjutsu, this blade possess the ability to bring Oga out of a Genjutsu used on him, the cost will be the same as the said Genjutsu

In order to give a stat reduction along with dehydration, I would ask that you spend an extra 25% chakra on top of the original cost. Also keep in mind that most wind techniques would only create an AoE area for two posts or so. If these things are added, approved.

Where it was found/Who made it: This weapon was Crafted by Akuma Oda, Given to Raphael Sengoku Oda at the age of 9.
Users Class: Taijutsu
The Range of the weapon: The sword part on its own is 5 feet, with a hilt of 5 inches.
Weakness: If it is seperated from the user it can easily be broken, If its with the user its hard to break.
Description: The sword being crafted by Akuma oda, this was made to allow Raphael to let out his talent as a swordsmen along with his talent in taijutsu. Giving him this blade, He made sure it was able to work with his Abyssal Bloodline. This sword mixed with the speed of Raphael is able to support a good pacing, with one slice, it can be split into two. Once the user is hit, they slowly begin to freeze while in abyssal mode.

Elaborate more on what Lucifer does, and how does it assist the Oga in fighting against Genjutsu.
Also to what extend, does it help in combating Genjutsu? ( I.e Does it drop the offensive Genjutsu down a rank.)

Users Class: Ninjutsu [Three Element Sage Path]
The Range of the weapon: 8 feet
Weakness: Literally Vox's only method of manipulating Jinton. Without this weapon, he cannot use dust techniques.
Description: The Flail of Jashin is a weapon that has been imbued with special properties. It is capable of expanding the level of shapes Jinton can create, and also manipulating its movement. As such, it is known to create something known as "liquid Jinton". This is a manipulateable and amorphous form of Jinton with the same properties, but the ability to move and reshape itself. The Flail can also change the Jinton to be more or less heated, to the point of merely annoying people or instantly disintegrating them (as per the usual).
Note: This blade can be remade if it is lost or destroyed, but not during combat.
