As these are base stat changes, they are unaffected by the stat cap each class receives.
• Distance Yourself For no chakra at all, those of the Rinnegan can relocate Jutsu of their rank of lower by shifting it's location. Not like the shinra tensei's full push, but like, a small nudge, knocking it just past them. This can only be done once every five posts.
• Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. They possess great foresight and can sense chakra, see chakra, feel muscle movements, etc. This chakra sensing is akin to the ability to sense the vibrations of movement; to feel every movement and its location, and to sense its effects on the terrain, the wind, the ground. You can accurately pinpoint the location of the enemy and their movements with this, especially if they have a large amount of chakra. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away.
• Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.)

Passives: • Senpou Kaguya Dormat As a master of the bloodline, the Kaguya Sages are capable of manipulating their bones with their mind. It is very similar to angel/demon manipulation, though in less quantity and range (100 feet within their body). Usually it will be something like pulling spikes out of the ground, rather than manipulating a tide of bones. Their bones regenerate faster, grow impossibly proportionately large, and can be used very strategically. The bones can be changed in shape and molded together even when already released. Fighting a Senpou Kaguya user is often very overwhelming, as they can repel many attacks with little chakra involved. They force their opponent to use jutsu that are actually strong enough to destroy the bones, which already gives the opponent a disadvantage. When using the Senpou Kaguya, your eyelids will turn a dark red, and you will often appear to shudder and pulse uncontrollably in the minds of others.
• The Bone Apostle Dormat This is an advanced version of the True Blood Unleashed. The bone apostle is a very powerful form of the Kaguya that can be activated at any time. Some would consider it their true selves, as it seems extremely natural to them. This state seems to constantly shift. Whenever they use one of their 'aspects' as an apostle, it will usually disappear as quickly as it emerged, remaining a mystery. The difference between a Senpou Kaguya and regular Kaguya's chakra is almost impossible for anyone to notice until this is being used, which can be a very quick thing. Their chakra will change slightly, enough for most dojutsu users to see that [something] has happened, but without clarity on what. It is not exactly defined what this form is. • Dance of the Larch Passive Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Stepping to the gates of Kirigakure Voldo keeps quiet. He leans against a tree while a beauitful geisha comes and stands next to him. He wasnt sure what was going on but in the meantime he plays with a kunai in his hand. The geisha not speaking stares at Voldo unblinking Voldo motions a finger and she looks away. She wasnt sure what to do at the moment but waiting seemed like a good plan.

Honchurue walked towards rhe gates and stopped in his tracks. The whole village had a different feel about it. Questioning the guard he found out of the new Kage and he turned on heel and went behind a tree. The entire area around him began to freeze and then would explode as he began walking again. He remembered Kya and hated her for what she had done to his Mizukage. He then began tracking his old Lord and went to find him.
xxxxxMasako arrived at the gates carrying a large bundle of scrolls and seals. After climbing what seemed to be a nearly endless flight of stairs, she arrived at the top of the gate where she placed a rather large seal. She finished putting it into place before walking back into the village to place more seals. [Exit/Enter back into village]

A tag, within 25 Kilometers, can be easily located by the jutsu.. The real effect, however, is the stream of pulses that quickly release from the tags, once synced with the user... The tags each have a one kilometer range, and are large, like scrolls... There only use is to give the EXACT location of a demon.. then attach itself to them. The scrolls quickly leech onto a demon, and meld with their chakra pulses, blending in with the skin as the Kanji for 'Location' is spell out... The user can track the demon as if it were two feet in front of them and followed a trail of Pulses... Only seven tags can be placed at once, and when placed together are more durable against being destroyed by the demon's release or something of the sort... The users mind is almost like an over-view, or map, and they get a visual picture of the location, and directions in-mind...

Aydan arrived at the gates, a small pack slung over his shoulder, stretching his arms as he waited for Kira to arrive. It was a hard thing, asking her to confront the people who had raised her, but it needed to be done, and questions needed to be answered.
