After more wandering about town Farvardin heard splashing noises and a familiar voice. Turning a corner revealed Alec's booth and Alec with Ashley. "Hey there!" She called out with a wave, "Decided to get in on the booth fun?" She turned to read the sign about how to play and then looked at Alec. "So I just have to throw a ball and hit that thing to dunk you? Well well well. This sounds fun." She said with a mischievous grin, "Ready to play?"

Alec has spent part of the day at Lenore's mercy being dunked like a merry go round over, and over again. At some point however, his attention was on Farvardin when she called out to him, earning the girl a grin and a hello. "Hey! Good to see you didn't get too lost." He chuckled, winking at her as he got situated on his seat for yet another go around. Ashley waved excitedly at the girl, recognizing her instantly from the Parade. "Ooo are you going to try now?" She offered the ball out to the girl, green eyes gleaming with wonder.

"Oh well I got lost. Just was attracted to the noise your booth was making." She replied before giving Ashley a grin, "Yep. I think I'll give it a go." She took the offered ball and got ready to throw it. She threw the ball and quickly winced while yelling out. "Watch out!" The ball instead of going for the mechanism to dunk Alec went right for the guy.

The ball smacked his arm, causing him to make a small hiss sound as it bounced off him. "Yikes! Watch your aim girl, you could behead me. Fair enough, not a lot random splashing going on..unless we think back to the Parade a few days ago." he laughed rubbing at the spot she'd hit, shaking his head. At least he had his wet robe on over skin, it would have stung a bit more. He'd tried to avoid the ball. but being seated and stationary made it hard to avoid the flying object without landing in the water below. Ashley giggled a bit, winking at Farvardin as she looked on.

"I'm so sorry!" Farvardin called out, "I'll make sure to aim better from now on." She took another ball and took aim. She really didn't want to behead her new friend. This time she threw softer than before and the ball fell short. "Oh yeah. Not much splashing around here. Besides the parade. Man that was crazy."

"It's alright, you and Elliot both have managed to beam me..and I think Lenore has at least once or twice." He'd likely have a few bruises to say the least, he kept aquiring them at random. "The Parade..was pretty damn strange I agree." Alec leaned forward squinting down at her as they spoke. "The Bonfire...you are lucky you missed that drama." he chuckled shaking his head. Even if she'd missed her throw, he kept conversing with her hoping it would encourage the other. "You doing good besides getting lost?" He asked, resting his hand against his face.

"Oh man. You're just getting hit all over." She said hearing him say others had gotten him, "The Bonfire? Man. Must have fallen asleep for that one." She took another ball and tossed it up and caught it. "Yeah I'm doing good. Running a bit low on coins and bits but I should be okay. I found a guy selling good wood so I can carve a new bow." She tossed the ball and it hit the mechanism sending him into the water. Gotchya!

He didn't have all that long to really talk to the girl before he was sent spiraling down to the tank below. The loud splash followed his laughing a bit once he emerged from the water. "Nice shot! Better off you did, it was a weird night." He confirmed leaving it at that. He took his time setting things back up then sat back down. "At least you get a new bow, given the other one served you well haha." He recalled how badly busted her last one had ended up, and felt a bit sheepish. "You sure you have enough bit and coin to cover? Is it easy carving your own bow?" Not a skill he had, but it sounded like she knew what she was doing. Alec was also curious how long she'd stay in town, given she apparently had a kid brother back home after all. Namely in the event he didnt get a chance to say good bye to his friend from out of town.

"Heh.. Thanks." She replied with a grin, "If you say so, I'll take your word on it. I slept really good the last few nights. I think the inn keeper likes me. She's a nice older lady. Been helping her out while I stay there." She picked up another ball and tossed it up and down a few times while nodding. "Yeah hopefully this new bow turns out good. I got some of the best wood I could find but if I don't carve it right I could ruin the whole thing. So it is difficult but it can be relaxing just sitting there carving the wood and getting it to take the shape you want." She paused and nodded again, "Yeah I have enough. I'll just end up dipping into my brother's share and will pay him back later. Not like he can use it right now anyways." She caught the ball one last time before throwing it. She missed the mechanism by inches and it landed on the ground behind the booth.

Lenore returned to the booth, her shift having ended. Picking up a ball, she threw it at the mechanism but missed.

Grabbing another ball, the girl flung it forward. She missed again, and the ball rolled to a stop at the back of the booth.

Lenore retrieved a ball and chucked it. The ball went wide, missing entirely.

As Alec sat back down, the girl threw another ball. The ball glanced off the mechanism, but not hard enough to dunk the boy.

Her resolve still steely, the girl grabbed another ball and hurled it at the mechanism. It hit the edge, but not hard enough to score a dunking.
