I'm fine with most of the stuff mentioned in your profile except for a few things: Being given the position of captain only a few months after graduating from the Shino Academy is unheard of. Unless he's started some Shikai/Bankai training prior to the 6 years cursus, I would say that you change 'months' to a few 'decades'. You may want to specify that not only does the blade turn invisible, the whole sword does otherwise, we'll be seeing a sword hilt floating about. ;P Quote: Sakamaku Ame[Rolling Rain]: Lance lifts his sword up and sends a waves of Reiatsu around him, and then ducks, putting his sword protectively in front. Scontro di Rondine[Clash of the Swallow]: A tidal wave of Reiatsu surrounds Lance while he charges at his opponent for a attack. 'waves'can be many things so I would like you to be a bit more descriptive. Does his Reiatsu actually creates water? If so, I will have to refuse this because it implies he's summoning or constructing things with his spiritual energy. I'm fine if it's only an energy blast (like Shunko) that combines Kido skills and Zanjutsu skills, but you will need to bump up your character's Kido knowledge for that. The same goes for Quote: Shinotsuku Ame[Pelting Rain]: Lance swings the sword towards the ground after concentrating a decent amount of Reiatsu inside his blade. Once he swings it sends four compact spheres to hit the ground in random spots causing the dirt/sand/water to burst upward. Are the upward bursts a result of Reiryoku-based detonation or an added effect to the attack? If it is the latter, we'll have to classify it it as a combination of Zanjutsu and Kido and your character will yet again need to beef up on Kido.

Alright I'm gonna finish on Arturo history and make his followers as well as come up with a name for the head captain so he useable on some degree in the Rp at this point. I'm thinking of making Arturo a base on earth in kurakara town.

Hopefully we can find you some arrancar soon, perhaps we could use Arturo's followers for the mean time as spies pretending to serve las Noches since he won't be revealing himself to anyone (not to say he won't be shape shifting, might even lend the shinigami a hand secretly and for his own reasons of course) for awhile and they would just be stitting around with Arturo doing nothing otherwise.

Wow. Only Lance and Leon are younger than Gengyo...and everyone else is at least twice Gengyo's age. We got us some babies prodigies up in here. xD

So I was thinking while making my last post, maybe one of the Divisions can be in charge of the 'sentries,' I guess you could call them, that are the Shinigami that are assigned to a human city or town, and are that area's first defense against any Hollows. The only problem I can see with it is that maybe only two-to-four people would really be relevant in that division. The Captain, Lieutenant, and the two Shinigami in charge of Karakura town, and the one in charge of Naruki City, the city with Xcution in it. And as I type this, I had to look up Naruki City to remember the name, and and reminded that each Division is in charge of a town, perhaps several, so I guess scratch that idea.

I highly doubt any division will have relevant characters below the rank of lieutenant unless we step up recruitment ;w; I sort of assumed that all Shinigamis assigned to earth were NPCs though it would be interesting if someone wanted to actively RP as one. Do you have a name for the Xcution's HQ btw? XD I'm OCD that way ninja

I suppose we could call the Xcution headquarters "The Gallows," seems like it fits with Xcution. I feel like with that name, there's two ways to go. Either it's really dank, and creepy, in, like, an abandoned factory filled with old machinery and 50 year old computers. Or, we could go the opposite, and have the name be ironic, and the headquarters be really clean and bright, with state-of-the-art tech.
