Dhati looked over at Jaama and nodded, "You may come but for now I need to sleep and think. Please, if you can round some others up, go hunting and bring us some food back. We are going to starve otherwise if we all stay and watch the pups."
He found a corner where he curled up, his head resting on his paws and it was in a matter of seconds that he was asleep. All of this had made him tired and he felt old suddenly and he didn't like that feeling.

Temari watched Dhati walk away and nodded her head slowly before flopping down on the ground tiredly. Her eyes were wide as she watched the pups. They weren't getting away from her this time. ninja

Uzushi shrugged and nodded, turning around to gaze at everyone. From what he could gather a pup had gone missing, but what if she had just gone on an adventure? He wagged his tail and perked his ears up, trotting over to sit beside his mother and the other pups.
"How'd we know that she got taken? She might be just an adventurer type and gone off to try and reach a place to touch the clouds. I know I looked for a mound big enough but didn't have much luck. Perhaps we should just smell her out and see where she went." He twitched his nose, "I have a good nose and so do most of us so all we need to do is find her scent."
He nodded sand stretched out his forepaws. "Pack needs better protectors if she did get taken. Either that or pups need to learn to hide better. I teach if they want me too." He beamed, unaware that his comments could hurt or anger the others.
He tended to say the wrong things completely by accident.

Temari winced a little as her large ears picked up the pups words. He was right, she should have paid better attention. Well, she would at least pay attention now. She had in the past, but experiences dictated that she must not have tried hard enough. This was her job and she wasn't doing well at it just yet.
Letting out a sigh, she sat up and scanned the horizon with her long sighted eyes, making certain that nothing moved that she didn't know about first. This was going to be hard, but in the end, the safety of all the pups was well worth any effort she had to exude. ninja

((*posts it here*))
Twawa being a small curious little girl decided she would find Kizuka all by herself. As no one was watching the oddball from her family wandered off. She was nothing like either of her parents nor any of her brothers, she had a mind that was single minded, it was all her, her, her.
She trotted off slowly, happily heading away from the pack lands.

Dhati has fallen asleep and Jamaa was also tired. THe large copper brown dog laid his head down.
Just wait a little while longer, Kizaki, I'm coming for you.
He let out a yawn and rested his head on his forepaws and slowly fell into a well needed rest.
Just wait...

Cushti's ears moved back a bit as she listened. She felt out of the loop at the moment, but still concerned. She looked down at her son, frowning a bit. "We may need others around..." She licked at Veshengo's forhead. "I think I'll go try to get my cousin... She'd be safer here, after all." The female eyed her son, watching him carefully. "Veshengo... You stay here, alright?"
The pup looked up at his mother, nodding. "Okay, Momma.." He huddled between her paws, peeking out at the others. "I'll stay here..."
Cushti's tail wagged lightly. "Good boy..." She got up, glancing at the pack members. She went over to Temari, sighing a bit. "Temari... I'll be back. I'm going to go and try to bring my cousin into the pack. If there's humans about taking pups, I'm worried about her. She's alone out there, and she's not the bravest wild dog around.. Please watch Veshengo for me...?" She was worried about both her cousin and her son. She wanted them both safe.

Tahupotiki was so quiet nowa-days. As if he wasn't quiet before. Poki just couldn't talk, or he wouldn't alow himself to. After his sister was gone... well, he just didn't have anything to say. Even with everyone else around him, nothing of importance was needed to be said.
He was still himself, however, and would still pounce around on bugs to eat them, wether they tasted good or not. This was one of those times. One of those times that he was slightly restless, and became intruiged by a passing insect. His ears perked up, but his feet did not folow. The bug passed, and then another. Poki stood slowly, then pounced. He missed the first time, but captured the bug the second...

After the sleep that he had needed greatly he walked back outside. He let out a yawn and laid down. "Temari, can you stay with Cushti as Yakuti isn't here. Jaama and the others can come with me, we will split up to cover more ground. If anyone finds anyone or thing don't and I mean Dont go after them unless we are all around, we don't want to risk lives."
He took a deep breath and looked around. "Right now we do a pup count, make sure no one else has gone wandering." He smiled softly after his announcement, after all it could have been alot worse.

Jamaa's stir and talk awoken the slightly larger Wild Dog. His ear perked and then the other, his golden eyes opened short after.
He yawned and came outside to catch most of Dhati's talk with the other memebers. This was it, this was his chance to get Kizaki back, he may be able to get his daughter back.
Jamaa sat himself down happily and proudly next to Temari and the pups.

Poki had returned after eating a few bugs and laid next to his mother, sleeping lightly. When Dhati came over and spoke, he roused himself droopily and gave a sleepy smile. Then Jamaa came over and Poki rolled over to his father. Nuzling him now, he curled up and fell back to sleep, not really caring about the adults' conversation till he realised that it was about the humans. His ears perked up and his eyes turned.

Jamaa reached down and licked his son and then whispered. "Poki, listen, this is very important." he said in his low voice. "Daddy will be leaving soon and he doesn't know when he'll be back. Watch out for your brother and mother for me?" he asked with a soft nuzzle.
Jamaa looked over to Temari with a warm, loving smile and returned his attention back to Dhati.
If they are able to get Kizaki back, maybe Temari would return to her normal self.

Poki made a noise that could be compaired to that of a coo of a bird. He nodded at Jamaa's words. Even if he said nothing to affirm this request, his mind said he would. He could do that for Jamaa, if it ment that Kizaki might come home...
He looked at his mother for a moment, then turned his eyes back to Dhati. The boy still didn't know quite that much about what had happened. Only that Kizaki was gona because of Humans. Where were they going to go?

Temari frowned for a moment as Cushti asked her to watch her son. After what the other female had seen how could she still trust her? A sigh floated from her golden muzzle and she inclined her head slightly and looked down at Veshengo with a motherly smile.
"I'll watch him. Though I'm impressed you would ever trust me after what just happened." Her head hung for a moment and after a short second she sat up and gazed her friend in the eyes. "I'll do my best." She said in a shaky voice.
Her head snapped over towards Dhati as he spoke and she nodded, her green eyes flashed and she looked around at all of the pups. They all seemed to be there, but after a moment she realized that there was one missing.
"Dhati? Where's Twawa?" Temari asked, not sure if she'd been sleeping with her father or not. ninja
