He saw Minty panic, then Voyager roll up the window, and he tried to yell from outside, "No, wait! I'm clean! Arron cured me, look I've got the dart gun to prove it-" As he gestured to the gun strapped to his back, suddenly there was a green... undead... man... Monster pounded on the window frantically. "LET ME IN, THERE'S A REAL GROMBIE OUT HERE!"

Doing as he was bid, Charming reached out and held tight to the nearest O.S. handle above the door, wrapping an arm around Volts. As the van skidded to a stop, his head cracked off of her's causing a white flash to fill his vision.
"Ow."
He rubbed his head where they had collided.
"Is everyone in one piece? Who's shouting about cures and grombies?"
"It's Monster. He says he's okay. But he sure seems to be freaking out now I wonder - oh that's why."A green man appeared beside him, one who appeared to be already changed."Yeah he must be fine now...no way a zombie would freak out like that."she concluded, watching him pound the window in a panic.

"I wouldn't think so- Voyager, that was impolite." The surgeon said, rolling the window back down in time to hear 'Arron', 'gun', and 'grombie.' Voyager saw something green and gave a yell, backing away a foot"DOC!" Sciurus saw a green movement and flung his scalpel out the window at it, exiting the van in one smooth motion & re-locking the door. "SHOOT IT! What are you waiting for?!"
Now that her head was clearing, Minty agreed with the general consensus in the van of Monster being cured. That problem solved, Minty attempted to focus her attention on the new problem, she was still feeling shaken from the emotional extremes and car accident.
"Wait! I know that grombie...er...undead man really. He's always like that. Or, at least he was before the invasion." She banged on the window, yelling at Sciurus.

All the screaming really confused the poor guy. At this point, he had no idea who was who and what was what. "G-grombie...?", he utterered in a tired fashion. As he felt uncertain of what was scaring the blue guy, he too felt frightened. "I-i-is the grombie here!? A-are they s-s-scary?" He grabbed on the his newfound furry friend, in hopes of protection. When suddenly, he heard a familiar voice.
"Miss... Minty? I-I'm sorry... I'll help you clean after the bunniess..." Orrin looked down, still ashamed from their last meeting. He then let go of the blue man, forgetting all about grombies in the search of a broom.
{The window should be open, actually. xD Unless Voyager was naughty & closed it again} "So rabbit zombies & zombie zombies? How can you tell?" Sciurus stopped, looking from her to Orrin, confused. "Wait, you mean he's an actual zombie?" Having never seen one, the surgeon stared, intrigued and tried to make conversation. "You there, are you still you in the head? Do you observe your surroundings?"

"Well whether or not he's a grombie, can someone let me in-" Suddenly the green man was clinging to him and he shuddered. Thankfully it wasn't for long and the man let go. "Seriously, could I be let in..." Monster's legs were starting to give under him with the adrenaline dying down and his body reminding him that he's running on fumes. "P-please? That would be nice..."
The undead man stopped mid-step and turned to look at the man in the car. "My head...? I-i-is there something w-wrong with it...?" He then looked around himself. What was that man talking of? "Surroundings... Bunnies...", he muttered, ever so confused. Then he suddenly lights up. Perhaps the man has seen what he's looking for. "Y-you wouldn't happen to know w-w-where I could find a... a... a broom?"
He then looked at the blue man. He appeared to be shaking. "S-s-s-sir...? Are you al... right?" Orrin went over to him again putting a cold hand on his shoulder. "Sit down..."

Charming slide the van's door open and stepped out.
"Wait, so if he's a zombie, are we safe? Or does that mean we have two outbreaks?"
Seeing Monster sag, Charming put an arm under his friend, supporting him.
"C'mon buddy, I'll help you into the van. You can share the mattress with the Lady."

Since she had received the letter Evangeline had been numb. She had let herself be helped into the van and had sat in a heap on the mattress, feeling her heart ache for Monster and all the time they had lost. Now she knew how he must have felt last Halloween when she had been murdered. God, she wouldn't wish this on anybody.
She wasn't crying anymore though, it felt as though she had cried every tear she possibly could. Her body was dried up. The blonde was jerked back to reality when the van brakes suddenly and she slammed into one of the walls. Her head was spinning and she groaned, holding her hair and wishing she could wake up from this terrible nightmare.
Then someone said something about Monster. "Monster?!" she asked and sat up, scrabbling over to try and see into the front. It was him! And he was okay! She smiled, her heart felt as though it might burst with joy, "someone let him in!"
The last thing she wanted was for him to be turned again. Luckily Charming went out to help. She breathed a sigh of relief. .

There were two kinds of zombies now? Volt hugged her knees to her chest uncomfortably."Well, he certainly sounds polite..."she muttered, mostly to herself. Deep down she wanted to think there was a such thing as a good zombie, the kind who wouldn't eat a person, or would at least have the courtesy to ask for permission first, give her a chance to say no.
(Whoops, silly me. Let's all just pretend Minty was leaning out the window and yelling then, yes? Yes. xD )
"Well, the only reason I know he's a zombie and not a grombie is he was like that before the grunnies showed up." Minty said, thinking.
"Orrin! Don't be silly. You don't have to clean this up!" Minty actually giggled despite the situation they were in, "I only yelled at you about cleaning that one time because you were complaining about my cleaning. I don't expect you to clean forevermore!"

Monster let Charming help him into the van, when he mentioned- "Evangeline? She's with you?" Indeed she was, as she saw her on the mattress inside the van. "Evangeline!" He smiled and plopped his tired body onto hers, his little stubby tail wagging at the speed of sound. "Thank God you're okay! Did you get the letter? I hope I didn't scare you too bad..."
Charming said, settling down next to Volts. Everyone seemed to be sorting things out on their own. The best way he thought he could help now was to keep stray grunnies and grombies from interrupting the group, and it was a chance to speak with Volts, which he did not get very often,
"Seems that our mechanic has already created a cure, so we don't need to find him. I'm sure Miss Minty will want to go and look for her prince next. What do you think we should do?"
