I believe so...he's always searching for power...and somehow, he's always been able to achieve it...There is one thing though that he doesn't have...our family seal...it allows us to call upon our guardian dragons...since he isn't able to summon a dragon of his own, he's probably set on getting a dragon stronger than my own...and...i believe that the race of sand dragons, on average, outpowers the lava dragons...
and if I know him correctly, he's most likely set on getting the most powerful of the sand dragons...and that would mean yours...
so I'd be extra cautious tomorrow...

"I see, if he was able to summon Kotoro, would have a difficult time controlling him, even if he had him possessed or anything. I'am the only person who can speak to him. But thank you for letting me know, I will keep this in mind"

I do believe there's another way of attaining power other than controlling your dragon...I bet he already knows he won't be able to control your dragon, but there's another way to gain its power is there not? Has there not been any instances of a ninja using the chakra of a demon or some other creature?
Indeed, I believe Tate just wants its power...not Kotoro himself...It'd be too troublesome and attention-drawing for him to use a large dragon that doesn't belong to him...

"That is true perhaps, you would know him better than I, since he is your brother after all. I know I should not feel over confident about this, believing that Kotoro can take care of himself. So tell me then, since you know him better than I, what would you propose we do about this? Other than running at him and trying to kill him like you did before.."

I have to apologize for my reckless behavior before...but it was the first time I've seen him since he killed my parents...
I propose you do not summon Kotoro...he's going to attack you with all he's got, probably trying to lure Kotoro out...I'm not 100% sure that what he'll do will work, but he's powerful...but if you don't summon Kotoro, he'd be safe...

"That is probably the best thing to do. To summon him is not something I completely enjoy doing during a war, he gets to excited and enjoys the wars. I will listen to you and not summon him. So he killed your parents? Its always a terrible thing when that happens."

What's past is past....my parent's deaths do not matter now...what matters is what is happening at hand...
just make sure it doesn't happen, but I'm betting he'll have something up his sleeve...I guess we'll just have to wait to see what happens...

::the kids looked at each other with scared faces and ran off::
::Kazekage smiled and started to laugh, she loved those kids dearly, who would ever think she would be this kind? Just a few months ago before becoming the Kazekage, she was terrible monster!. Kazekage turned around and looked at Shunketsu::

"Sorry to intrude, Nice to meet you Shunketsu, hope to see you again."
::She bowed deeply to the two of them and then dissappeared in sand.::
::She appeared in front of Talatsu.::
"Hold it right there! Just what do you think you are doing!?! Don't you know you are supposed to report these things to the Kazekage?! And, you shouldn't just leave bodies out in the open, they need to burried. I will take care of that man you have tied up. I will see you tomorrow at school. Next time, let one of us know alright?"
::She walked over to the man and knocked him out. Then she dissappeared in sand before Talatsu could stop her and ended up in Kazekage's office again.::
"Sorry to barge in like this Kazekage, but it seems we have an issue on our hands. I found this man tied up in the tranning ground with Talatsu walking away. I am almost postive that he is a threat and needs to be kept under tight watch. What sould we do with him?"

"Baka! I am such an idiot! Sorry, to bother you, I just kinda started to panic when I saw two dead men and my student covered in blood. Then this man tied up, I just didn't know what to think. Sorry Kazekage, I promise not to bother you again. Sorry to interupt your conversation with the Kazekage again Shunketsu. I shall take my leave again."
::Then she disappeared in sand again and reappeared in front to Talatsu again.::
"Alright Talatsu, new plan. Why is this man after you, and why are those men dead? Tell me the whole story and don't leave anything out, otherwise we will be in trouble. But first, help me burry these men."
::She walked over to the poll where he was first tied and put the man back on it, but used a seal on him so that he couldn't move from the spot, then she made two shovels out of sand, and handed one to Talatsu.::
"Alright. Start digging. We have to work before it gets dark."
::With that she started digging and expected Talatsu to do the same. If he did not, he would be forced to do it, and he really wouldn't like what would happen if that was the case.::
