Mr. AmsteL how exactly did you plan making silver light again? I am pretty sure light with that intensity with a greyish tint would just be white And, I see people saying black. Makes me a sad mramstel.... I too was wondering about the silver blades. What mixture of light colour makes silver? confused Yes, I am aware that it is included in several offical Star Wars thingies, but I'm still curious as to how it would be made Black also sends Seffi into a depression spiral, one which can only be cured with beer cry

a mixture of colors that produces grey is not the problem; any 1:1:1 RGB mixture will do, in any possible greytint even. But, the tint depends on the intensity of the beam, and the fact only one color crystal is involved in a saber. And yes, I have seen transparent stones with a grey tint, but they were near glassy unlike most blue, green and red stones. So sending light trough that stone would not create an almost white blade, it would be so bright there is no visible diffence between the center of the blade and it's fade.

Silver was the color of the first saber... because it occurs naturally and more abundantly that all of the others.

right, but that was not my question. How did they make grey light? I've never seen grey light naturally, so I highly doubt it appears more natural then purple; blue or red (for red, rubidium would do)
