Hello, my name is Marina, and I am in my mid 20s. I watched the silence of the lambs in my earlier teens and that is how the saga of Doctor Lecter began to crawl into my life. I was a bit skeptical when I have heard that they made TV show, but after just watching the first episode, I was enchanted. For longest time I wanted to make some nice fanart to print out and put on my tablet mask. whee

Kind of sad since aesthetic of the currently running tv show is amazing. Thank you for the warming welcome!

angel_of_joy Twisted_Misery angel_of_joy Yeah. I didn't catch episode two of the season - for some reason it didn't record for me and I'm not happy with that. But I'm also not caught up on season 8 so maybe I should do that first. There are plenty of places online to watch it. Yeah I suggest getting caught up first. I plan to buy the DVDs at or just after christmas. They are on my wish list! Excellent idea!

Hello and thanks for the invite!
The name's Vittoria. I first saw 'The Silence of the Lambs' when I was roughly about...9 or 10? Can't remember. It was one of our family movie nights and my dad has no problem introducing those kinds of films to us kids. XD Ironically, I'm pushing 20 now and he doesn't let me read any of the books.
Anyway, the movie was a big kick-off point for me. I became somewhat enchanted by Lecter's cunning, manipulative ways - and not to mention his awesome lines. My absolute fave has to be the 'Fava beans and Chianti' one. Slurrp.
I got hooked on the series from the first episode and can't wait for the next season! I just love all the little twists and turns in the plot that eventually lead up to the major events. biggrin

Then I did a independent study in english class on the three books that were written at the time. Once you can, with your dad's blessings, I suggest you read the books. They are amazing.

I have like six or seven shows on DVD, but they're all still going.
