"Where do you think he went, Bell?"
"I can't say as I really care." Bella walked over to the water and lapped up some. All of the commotion had been enough to make her thirsty.
"Should we leave?"
"Well, I don't see any reason to. If his 'home' is over there, then we're not intruding." Bella turned to stare at the adult male. "Drinking water and a lot of things." She answered with a feigned smile. "It's nice to meet you too."
Ama waved a paw at the newcomer. "Hiya! Are you Furhead's daddy?!?! Cuz you have glasses too!!!" She didn't realize for some reason that sunglasses weren't hereditary.

Smith was overtaken by sarcasm and lack of wit, a double hitter too. Obviously one was the brains and the other was, well.........not the brains. He stared at Bella and decided to address her instead of giving into the horribly stupid questions Ama had asked. Glaring angeredly he spoke to Bella in his classic monotoned voice, "I am Agent Smith, and if you'd be so kind to not be a smartass with me, I think we could get along well."

The pup growled at the use of the name "furhead", wings fluttering in agitation. Hopefully no one stared at them too long...the green markings on them became dizzying after a while, and occasionally appeared to be moving....
However, despite his agitation, Cypher remained in Smith's shadow, damn close to being hidden underneath the adult's body itself. Smith would take care of these two, and then things would be fine again.

Ama drooped when she was ignored. "Oh well, I can always ask again later!" She swished her tail and rolled onto her back.
Bella sized up the male and grinned in an unpleasant manner. "Well now that we're exchanging pleasantries instead of raised voices, I doubt we'll have much trouble. You may call me Bella if you wish; everyone else seems to." She spotted the pup hiding and wondered if the braveness was a facade or if he just enjoyed the company of this other one. They did have a similarity about them, but she couldn't smell any kinship when she sniffed in their direction.

Smith puffed himself up, making it look like he was just a bit bigger. "Well then, Bella," as he spoke he moved closed and extended his tentacles out in a means of keeping them away from the entrace to the cave, "just what has brought you and your horribly bright companion into our neck of the woods?"

As Smith moved, Cypher moved with him, keeping his own body safely underneath the body of the adult Tala. So long as Smith didn't suddenly collapse on him, he felt this was the safest place to be.
The little pup watched the activity from between Smith's front paws, eyes narrowed at the newcomers.

Smith moved away from Cypher and glared at him, "You're an idiot Cypher." However, he realized that they were here, and that he could try to convince them to join him in his plot. "Cypher, apologize to them this instant."

It was useless, even though Smith had told him to come and find the source of the noise, he'd find some way for it to be his fault anyway.
"I'm sorry...."
Head hanging, the pup went silent, ready for whatever abuse was next.

Ama grinned and attempted a glompage on the poor kid. "I FORGIVE YOU!!!!!" She accepted more than graciously even though he had not really done much of anything to warrant an apology.
Bella nodded to the pup. "No real harm done on this side."

Smith looked at Cypher and recalled Lunaris' disobediant ways. Bella seemed to have her stuff together. Ama, however, didn't, but orginally seemed to increase Cypher's overall mood. It had been decided, he would use these two to train Cypher and Lunaris. Now he just needed to convince them to do so. "Hm. Bella, do you and your companion have a place to stay?"

Gaze facing downards, poor Cypher never knew what hit him. The pup went down under the weight of the adult, squirming in a futile effort to get away.
"Get offa me!!"
Growling, Cypher batted his paws up at Ama, trying to knock her off....like that would happen.

Bella raised an eyebrow in amusement. "We don't 'stay' much of anywhere. We just travel and see what the world has to offer. Why do you ask? Are you wishing to have feminine company here? I must assure you that we are not of loose values, so that sort of entertainment would be best found elsewhere. Unless you are seeking the feminine touch for your abode and possibly the rearing of your young son there." She examined the claws on one paw indifferently.
Ama didn't follow a word of the conversation, as she was still fawning over the pup. Sitting up, she let him get away as he saw fit and grinned at him.

Smith growled slightly "This pitiful excuse for a pup is not my son, he is my assistant, and there is one other in the cave who is much smaller." How arrogent, Cypher his SON?! HA! Not a chance. "I'm not into pleasures of the flesh if that's what you asking. As for rearing for Cypher and the other pup, yes, I am in need of much assistance in that area."

With a low growl Cypher scampered away from Ama, returning to his master's side once more.
"But sir....I've been good!"
NonononoNO! Smith could NOT let these two in as well! The pink one alone was enough to drive the poor little guy nuts, and the purple one wasn't that much fun to be around either.
"I've listened to you and everything!"
