The Jourmungands are rumored to have arrived originally from another dimension, its just the lower-ranked cases in here happen to be converts from our dimension its starting to look like. Only a matter of time before all hell breaks loose.

What isn't so clear at this time is if its the hierarchy of their entire group or just their hierarchy for their branch on our dimension. The Heirs of Herpo may have had their leaders with at least one Horcrux each at their own Hierarchy, but they're from our home Dimension if this makes sense!
