How would you go about making this usable for a character that specializes in genjutsu? I wish to make it usable as genin and the intention was to simply use it for training and spying purposes.
As for being a forbidden technique, the reason i classified it as that was simply the destruction of the memory in question, meaning it has a negative effect on the person its used on that is psychologically damaging.
The reason that this can't be learned at Genin is because, the way you have this written, your character could technically wipe all memories of any and all jutsu from someone else's mind. This is unacceptable for a Kage, much less a genin to have this much power. It is simply too dangerous, and at genin, would more than likely backfire on all but the most talented of genjutsu users, not saying that your RPC isn't, just stating that that's how something like this would work. I simply can't let this go with anything less than an S rank slapped on it.

No worries. If they will be s rank ill just hold off on making them until I can use them...which at this rate will be sometime next year or two. =p

Description: An advanced form of the existing "Lava Element: Weapon Creation". After forming a small series of hand signs the users chest will begin to expand as their chakra begins to form in their chest. Once built up the user spits the slushy lava onto their hands. Using their chakra they mold the slush into the desired weapon or weapons. Unlike the "Lava Element: Weapon Creation" these weapons do not harden, instead remain molten hot for [10] posts before cooling down to the point the weapons can no longer be held together by their chakra and fall apart like slush in their hands. They can be extended by using an additional dose of C rank chakra for [3] posts. Only able to create physical based weapons, ranged weapons would fall apart past the 15 ft range.

Description: Developed from a mix Shauna's flair for begin dramatic and her obsession with Yōton. The user forms a series of hand sign as their chest begins to expand. Lifting their face to the sky they spews forth a geyser of lava, letting it fall down onto their face. The user spike their chakra around her hands and face and holds the slushy like lava in place before sticking their hands to to their face and pulling away a pair of gauntlets from the lava pile. This leaves them with a glowing/flowing mask and pair of gauntlets that takes [4] posts to harden.
While the gauntlets are slush still they have the effect of "Lava Element: Lava Spray", only its raw power is being used physically. Cannot hold a normal weapon while still liquid as it will easily melt through the material or touch fabric as it will burn it all away. Once hardened, the mask and gauntlets have the durability of steel and are able to hold objects whose temperature exceeds a normal humans threshold for pain. The hardened form will last a total of [5] posts before any attack will cause them to crack and fall apart. Explosives however can cause the durability of these gauntlets to lower to iron, and if hit by another explosive attack they will crumble to dust.
The mask's appearance relies solely on the users creativity. While liquid it allows them to stop projectiles thrown on their face causing the metal to melt into the mask on contact. While hardened it shares the same basic effects of a flak jacket, only on the face. Once hardened the mask will last for [10] posts before any basic attack will cause it to crumble. An explosive tag, or explosive based attack, can be used to weaken it to its [10] post state.
Requirements: Just the Yōton Kekkei Genkei. Range: Adds a inch or two to your fists. Would you like to share it with the rest of the guild?: Not this one, She'll teach it to her fellow Yōton users if they ask however.

Description: Created to fix the range problem with making weapons out Yōton, this technique focuses solely on it. First they must form a series of hand signs, spewing forth a long stand of slush like lava, molding it into the shape of an obsidian bow leaving a thin thread of lava for its string. Forming a diffrent set of hand signs they fill their mouth and throat with the slushy lava, pulling out individual arrows of Yōton to a max of [15], after which they must use C rank chakra to form a new set of arrows each time. The arrows will not have the time to fully cool as they sail through the air at their target. It will not be hot enough to melt through skin and bones but if the arrow isn't removed it will cauterize the wound around it as it gives the target second degree burns, making it even more difficult to to pull it out. The string will harden and become unusable after [15] posts, for an extra dose of A rank chakra it can be extended for [5] more posts after which the user wont be able to heat the string up fast enough.

Description: Shauna's personal perfected version of Molten Empress, building on the previous techniques strengths and diminishing its weaknesses. Shauna forms a single hand sign (as per her classes attribute) and inhales a large breath of air. Using [1] post she mixes her Yōton chakra into her chest cavity. Pointing her lips to the air she vomits pure lava, no longer a slushy substance as it covers every inch of her body. The lava pools around the ground as she spikes her chakra around her body and holds the lava in place. Whats left behind after the extra lava reaches the ground is a masked Shauna clad in a glowing suit of armor. Touching this suit of armor will be like touching active lava, melting away at people's skin and bones if not born with Yōton, Yonbi, or Yonbi's Jinchuuriki. Suiton will turn to steam on contact, Katon will merely increase its heat, and Doton will just slow her down. People not effected by its melting power are merely slowed when trying to punch their way through it. Capable of melting metal objects on contact. She can sacrifice a piece of her armor and mold it into a weapon freely. The lava will cool and harden after [10] posts, after which it will harden into a suit roughly equal to Corundum whose durability is now strong enough to take eight explosive based attacks before falling apart. Shauna's speed, agility, and flexibility are lowered by [3] while the armor is being worn. If not hit by explosives the armor will last [10] posts before it will crumble to any basic attack.

This process takes two posts to fully create a thunderstorm and the degree of danger is directly related to the amount of chakra used. E-D creates small storms with only half a dozen strikes, C-B creates average storms with a dozen strikes, A-S creates seriously dangerous storms with roughly fifty strikes, and S+ creates incredibly dangerous storms capable of producing several hundred lightning strikes over the duration of the jutsu. This jutsu lasts for a total of ten posts before it dissipates. It should be noted that these lightning strikes are incredibly dangerous as they are natural lightning and are therefore lethal. Creator: Ikari1 RPC Using Technique:Ivan Nara Jutsu Name: Kage no ō (king of shadows Rank: A rank Element: Kageton Classification: Bloodline ninjutsu Description: By focusing his chakra into his own shadow Ivan will dissipate it for a single post as he dons the guise of a king during that post (see picture for reference). During that post he is unable to use any of his nara techniques or anything involving shadows. Upon the second post his shadow and the ones closest to him rise from the ground and completely encase him in an armor of pure shadows while also increasing his height five inches and deepening his voice. With this he can protect himself from A rank and below jutsu as well as form weapons of pure shadow limited to medium range. The weapons themselves cannot cut anything physical but once they meet the opponent's shadow. The damage inflicted to the shadow is the same amount of damage that the owner. This drains 50 chakra from him that is unaffected by chakra control per post. If shut off prematurely he is unable to reactivate it for five posts. Upon deactivation the shadows themselves tear of his body and leave him injured from the strain of the technique. B rank and above Katon or Raiton can dispel the technique. Creator: Holy Rinaku RPC Using Technique: Nyx Whitetooth Jutsu Name: Dream within a Dream Rank: Definitely S+ rank Element: Bloodline (Ink) Classification: Bloodline Ninjutsu Description: Through years of observation on one Tozuki Yukimura, Nyx has devoloped a rather interesting technique. It mimics the hyouton ice mirrors in ways but the setup is a bit different. Nyx must first spit globs of ink in her desired locations and form a seal in its travel. When she decides, the ink will stop, suspended in motion and form a oval shaped thick but glossy object of sorts. She can spit any number of these objects at a small chakra cost each (20 per glob, nonreducable). She can enter these globs of shiny ink like a hyouton would the ice mirrors and travel instantaneously to any of her ink constructs on the battlefield. Inside these globs she is completely invulnerable. Anyone without her exact chakra makeup touching these ink substances will find them sticky and pliable, able to be scattered about the field if said person doesn't get stuck inside them. A strength of three or higher is required to break the sticky substance from their body, and takes up an offensive action to do so due to it being rather much like a sturdy bubble gum. Broken globules will reform over the course of three posts.
In addition to these effects, Nyx can travel to her normal ink constructs as well, for an additional amount of chakra spent (10 extra for outside constructs for each transport attempt). This has a limited range of the battlefield nyx is on and cannot extend into other territories.
Duration is 10 posts with A rank chakra to perpetuate. Requirements: Extensive training and the ink bloodline. Nyx has devoloped this over years. Range: Battlefield Would you like to share it with the rest of the guild?: No
Rabāsemento [Rubber Cement]. This one ill approve under the condition that you better define the method in which the glue holds them. Like does it simply bind their feet? does it climb up the body and encase them in it? Let me know once you do that and ill take another look at it to give you the final approval.
Ekitai Buki [Liquid Weapons] Make it A rank with a five post duration, due to the difficulty of keeping lava from cooling, and ill approve it.
Yōyū Kōgō [Molten Empress] Ill break this up into parts in relation to each paragraph you have. First part, ok with it I like the creativity. Second part, the durability is way to strong for a B rank. Given that according to the way you have it worded an S+ taijutsu wouldnt do jack shite against it. Please reword that. The third part, I am a tad iffy on however so long as you understand that just because the mask will stop the weapon from penetrating it will not stop the momentum of the weapon. Meaning if someone has an S rank arrow and smashes her dead in the face with it, yes the mask will keep it from penetrating but the momentum will likely knock her clean out. Another example would be if she gets smashed in the face with a club, the mask will stop the club from penetrating but she still got smashed in the head with a club. So keep that in mind.
Yōgan Bō [Lava Bow] Ill approve this, I like the creativity and the attempts to counteract the bloodlines lack of ranged offense. Good job.
Yōyū Megami [Molten Goddess] Ill approve this with the following changes. First S Ranked Fuuton will cool it due to the extreme amount of air being moved, S+ ranked suiton will cause it to harden on contact because frankly lava or not if your hit with a tsunami the armor is gonna harden its simply to much water to turn it all to steam. Im fine with the durability so long as you increase the penalty to -4 to the suggested stats. If you can do that then Ill happily approve this.

Ill approve this with the following limitation B rank and above katon or Raiton will destroy the armor due to the light created by those jutsu at that level.
This one is going to need some work but good thinking, I love the creativity. First make it so that S or S+ fuuton or Suiton can destroy the ink due to the amount of air and water respectively. Second, make it so that creating a "ink mirrior" consumes an in combat activation same as destroying them. If that isnt an option remove the destruction of them. Because you know as well as i do that the way its currently worded, you could spit dozens of them directly at a person and it would take them forever to get out of it allowing you free reign to wail on them. So no, no go. Third the range, the range of the demonic ice mirrors is less than twenty feet so despite being an S+ rank jutsu I am going to have to impose a maximum of thirty feet. If you want a jutsu like the flying thunder god your going to have the same limitations as the flying thunder god including the S and S+ lockouts.

These gauntlets are hot enough to start damaging peoples flesh if contact is sustained for [1] posts, a quick enough Taijutsu or Bukijutsu user would be able to trade blows with the gauntlet easily only risking damage if they don't pull back their fist/weapon after each blow. The mask's appearance relies solely on the users creativity. While liquid it allows them to stop projectiles thrown on their face causing the metal to melt into the mask on contact. While hardened it shares the same basic effects of a flak jacket, only on the face. Once hardened the mask will last for [10] posts before any basic attack will cause it to crumble. An explosive tag, or explosive based attack, can be used to weaken it to its [10] post state. Physical attacks above C rank will have enough force behind them to to transfer a good chunk of the momentum through the mask. Anything above A rank would be treated like being hit normally.

Description: Shauna's personal perfected version of Molten Empress, building on the previous techniques strengths and diminishing its weaknesses. Shauna forms a single hand sign (as per her classes attribute) and inhales a large breath of air. Using [1] post she mixes her Yōton chakra into her chest cavity. Pointing her lips to the air she vomits pure lava, no longer a slushy substance as it covers every inch of her body. The lava pools around the ground as she spikes her chakra around her body and holds the lava in place. Whats left behind after the extra lava reaches the ground is a masked Shauna clad in a glowing suit of armor. Touching this suit of armor will be like touching active lava, melting away at people's skin and bones if not born with Yōton, Yonbi, or Yonbi's Jinchuuriki. Suiton will turn to steam on contact if bellow S rank, If hit by Fuuton under S rank the wind will be ineffective but if S or higher is used the armor will start to harden, Katon will merely increase its heat, and Doton will just slow her down. People not effected by its melting power are merely slowed when trying to punch their way through it. Capable of melting metal objects on contact. She can sacrifice a piece of her armor and mold it into a weapon freely. The lava will cool and harden after [10] posts, after which it will harden into a suit roughly equal to Corundum whose durability is now strong enough to take eight explosive based attacks before falling apart. Shauna's speed, agility, and flexibility are lowered by [4] while the armor is being worn. If not hit by explosives the armor will last [10] posts before it will crumble to any basic attack.

Description: Forming a series of hand signs the user opens their mouths and vomit out a thick glue like substance made out of a liquid rubber and spread it out all over the ground around them. This 'glue' can be used to hold people in place, by binding the targets feet to the gunk, or even to patch up buildings. If used to trap someone the substance can be weaseled out after enough struggling and [2] posts if an eye isn't being kept on them.

RPC Using Technique: Shauna Toshi Jutsu Name: Ekitai Buki [Liquid Weapons] Rank: A Element: Yōton [Doton+Katon] Classification: Ninjutsu, Bloodline. Description: An advanced form of the existing "Lava Element: Weapon Creation". After forming a small series of hand signs the users chest will begin to expand as their chakra begins to form in their chest. Once built up the user spits the slushy lava onto their hands. Using their chakra they mold the slush into the desired weapon or weapons. Unlike the "Lava Element: Weapon Creation" these weapons do not harden, instead remain molten hot for [5] posts before cooling down to the point the weapons can no longer be held together by their chakra and fall apart like slush in their hands. They can be extended by using an additional dose of C rank chakra for [3] posts. Only able to create physical based weapons, ranged weapons would fall apart past the 15 ft range.

Lifting their face to the sky they spews forth a geyser of lava, letting it fall down onto their face. The user spike their chakra around her hands and face and holds the slushy like lava in place before sticking their hands to to their face and pulling away a pair of gauntlets from the lava pile. This leaves them with a glowing/flowing mask and pair of gauntlets that takes [4] posts to harden.
While the gauntlets are slush still they have the effect of "Lava Element: Lava Spray", only its raw power is being used physically.
