AJ wandered across the booths one by one, and was caught by a noisy booth. He stopped to check and realize it was another hitting game just like the balloon shooting game he played in Haters booth. The booth keeper was a young amiable young man, but AJ felt something from him. He decided to run off while the man grabbed his arm and dragged him to the booth, handed him a mallet and shoved him to the set up.

AJ held the hammer and just stood there. There were little cute fluffballs raising up and down in the holes of the set-up. Luckily, the booth keeper told him that they were plushies, otherwises, he would just put down the mallet and walked away. Even he knew every booth would have prizes for playing a game.

Jacking! He spaced out again! He quickly grabbed the hammer and hit on a raising one. Is that a sound made when he hit on it? Gee!

The "bu-gee!" sound of the plushies started to form some sort of melody, washing the guilty feeling of the serpent-dragon boil. His eyes followed the movement of the little cute things and got another hit.

Wait.

Did he see little stars rotating around that plushie?

As the mallet collided with the poof, it made what could be best described as a squeaking noise of pain. Well asides from the fact they weren't real. Mjoll's brow lofted as she watched the poof disappear, well other than slightly disappointed that it seemed to eventually come back up for another round of beating, Mjoll took this to mean the poof liked this sort of treatment.

Yes she knew it wasn't real, but that wasn't the point. The jewel crafter took the mallet up again, spinning it in her hand and connected with another poof.

AJ started to suspect those poofs were not plushies, what kind of plushies will make sound like that? He stopped a while and watched as his neighbour wielding the mallet and attacked the poofs with a big grin.

Fine.

AJ didn't expect a greeting from his neighbour, but he just startled a bit before smiling. "Hello Miss. Do you think they are real?" He just needed someone to talk to.

The poofs were still popping in and out, in a random manner. AJ was not sure if he should enjoy the game or stop and examine whether the poofs were plushies as the booth keeper said.

He was spaced out without noticing he whacked something.

Gee!

"It would be plausible." She answered, with a pause, "However, I believe the noise is far too... squeaky toy like." She'd come across these things for minipets in stores as she often raided Halloween town's stores for new items to use in her crafting when she didn't want to go out forging for them.

Sometimes she'd come up with a gem. "Like those toys you give a mini pet." She wasn't watching where she aimed her mallet now, hitting another poof on the head. "Though, they say pretending keeps the imagination sharp."

The explanation from the lady made him relief a lot, so these poof plushies must be just too real. It's hard to compare because the head was really different from minis and he never buy those plushies in the town before. "Oh what a relief. I feel bad to smash those fluffy things, haha." He smiled to the lady. "Sorry for not introducing myself, I am AJ, nice to meet you.

Mjoll paused when the other introduced himself, "Mjoll." She answered giving a nod of her head.

She aimed for the poofs again, "They make some of these toys look pretty realistic, though they're never the proper quality for rough play. If these were hit enough I'm sure they'd start to lose their seams."

She added, matter of factly. Being a jewel crafter she had to know Quality of the materials she handled.
