As he continued falling, Atticus' breathing would begin to slow down, as his vision became blurry. Shaking his head, he would try to regain his senses, just as the sky shark revealed itself and with fierce speed, would head back towards the ship. Barely able to open one eye, Atticus waited for the right moment to make his move. As soon as the shark would pass by him, Atticus would point his blades at the tip of its nose and dug them in deep. With himself pinned on the shark, Atticus would try and control the shark by moving the nose, kind of like remote control, but with his current state of strength and stamina, he would be unable to do anything and with the sharks speed and overwhelming strength, Atticus' body would not be able to withstand the force much longer.

Closing his eyes, Atticus smiled, "Sorry Shira, I have no other choice." he muttered as he then opened his eyes, revealing that they were now white, and his hair has been changed to white as well, meaning that he is using Sanctum's power. With the power gained by his other self, Atticus was able to move the shark as he had wanted. "All right. Lets hope this works." he shouted as he forced the shark to close his mouth and aimed for it to hit the ship once more, but this time it would cause the ship to be turned back to its normal position.

Once the shark passed by the ship, Atticus would look back to see if his plan has worked and to his amazement, it did. The ship was right-side up again, focusing back on the shark, Atticus would smile, "So even a beast like you can be tamed. Right?" he said as he coughed up blood. "Well, lets do this again, some other time." Atticus told the shark as he looked down at his wound which Shira had just healed, it would start to open again. "I'm out for now." Removing his blades from the shark, Atticus turned his hands back to normal and fell towards the ship. As the ship came back into view, Atticus would stare down at the Captain and nod. He then looked over at Shira and smiled as his eyes and hair turned back to their normal colors, "You are on your own for now, so be strong, Princess." he said as he winked and plummeted straight into the ship, the force was strong enough that it nearly broke the top of the deck in two, but somehow the ship remained undamaged, but the same couldn't be said for Atticus. He would be completely unconscious, his body would be twisted and bones broken. He would lay in a pool of his own blood, which would spill out all over the deck.

With Atticus unconscious, Sanctum's power and soul would seem to start taking over his body as Shira started healing him. Opening one eye, Atticus would look at Shira and push her away, "Don't try to heal me, save your energy and use it for something important. You are the leader of the team here, everyone will be looking towards you for orders. You don't have time to be bothered with me." he told her as his hair started to change colors again, but would stop half way, showing that even with his body in shambles, Atticus is still holding off Sanctum, "Don't approach me, as I am now, I don't know if I can hold him off. So finish the mission quickly. For me."

Niko stopped spinning her blade and stick it into the wood of the ship once it again began to spin "Alright Atticus!" Iko then transformed into two daggers for Niko to climb her way up the side of the ship and climb the rope of which they reached the engine, and dropped to the deck"FINALLY A FLOOR THAT ISN'T OVER MY HEAD!" Iko returned to human form and flopped face first on the deck, worn out from soul resonance, as was Niko who fell on top of her sister with a huff "We did it Miss Cathy!"

I'm....gonna throw up.... Max thought to Lucien as he turned back into his true form. He ran over to the side of the deck and began dry heaving off the edge, looking positively miserable. Dogs weren't.....meant to fly...."

Cathy looked at Shira as she took the black-powder pistol from Trey. "The ship's taking care of him," she replied. "It'll do that for you if it likes you." She turned back to Trey. "Sure can," she said as she held the pistol in both hands. She focused for a second and green resonance force shot through it like electricity, turning the gun from its brown wooden color to black. After a few moments of this she stopped and handed it back to Trey. "Should use resonance force now. You're good to go."

Meanwhile Atticus would be floating in total darkness. Slowly rats would begin to creep out of the darkness surrounding him. They stood all around him for a moment and he would find that he could not move. The rats began to grab him, twisting and pushing his bones back into their proper places. The bones would fuse back together at an accelerated pace as the ship itself used its resonance force to heal him. It would be intensely painful but slowly the bleeding would stop and his internal organs would heal. Finally his resonance force began to return until after several minutes he was at full strength again. The rats would disappear and he would find himself floating alone in darkness once again.

Cathy watched Shira dive off the side. "She can't be serious...?" She asked as the Captain walked back out on the deck now that their course was corrected. "Looks like she is," the Captain replied simply. Cathy looked ahead of them into the storm. The rain had begun to lessen as they got closer to the edge. "Any minute now," she said.

Meanwhile, the storm continued to whirl around Shira as she hovered. She would have the same sensation as Atticus did as the Shadow Skirter disappeared into the clouds above her. It was as if she was all alone in an endless storm. The lightening flashed and thunder cracked. A dark shape moved in the clouds nearby. It had clearly been attracted by her resonance force. As several more flashes of lightening lit up the sky, the dark shape seemed to be circling her as if it were trying to figure out exactly what she was.
