Balin glared down at Zak with hate in his eyes.

Kuma had been successful and pulled in a deer. He only gave the intruder a side glance then continued on.

MM hugged her close, "It is hard to believe that she was once evil. I know she is gruff. And at times she has times showing her emotions. But I've never seen her as evil."

Balin snorted, "You came here." Standing up he stalked forward, "Claimed you wanted this territory as your own. You wanted to do away with the 'scavengers' that were here so you could make this you own domain. Fix it to your liking. You threatened us and called my grandmother, "Angel de Fuega" a queen b***h. Then you got your tail handed to you by the demon matriarch of our clan. My grandfather stopped her from killing you and using your hide as a throw rug. We've left you there to rest instead of throwing you in a river some where."

Kuma blinked at his youngest son for a moment then looked back to Zak, waiting to see how the winged male would respond.

MM nodded, "I don't think less of her. And I know she is not evil now. I meant in the past. It is hard to think of her as such. I know she loves us. I know she cares. When Tibarn had said he'd protect me and take me out to see the world he asked Geegee's permission. She made him fight her to ensure he was strong enough to look after me."

Balin blinked at him, "What do you mean you don't remember!? Our pregnant matriarch came out from resting to defend ou..."

Kuma stopped him, "Easy Balin.... I feel there is more at work here that we know."

Sniffling, "I've already seen some of the world. Tibarn won. Though Geegee wasn't serious about harming him. Just to test him. " Looking to her pile of herbs, "We should be getting back huh?"

"Ok." Marri-mac responded, used to mental links from being around her great grandmother. Picking up her herbs sh trotted after.

Kuma sat infront of Zak, "You mean to tell me you don't remember anything. Nothing at all."

Balin wasn't convinced. It had to be a ploy to worm his way out of what he had done or catch them off guard.

Mumbling past the mouth full of leaves, "Uhh.... yeah..... you were using a link.... weren't you?"

Kuma tilted his head, "It sounds to me there is more at play here." Helping the angelic to his feet the five tailed male led him to a warm spot by the fire, "Hoshi, could you bring me a bowl of water?" the three tailed female nodded then disappeared.

In deep sleep Fuega groaned her mind tossed and turned at memories that plagued her.

MM giggled, "Well you are still full demon. Guess it is a learned skill."

Kuma set him down, "Can you tell me your name?" Then moved to start cooking the deer he had brought home.
Hoshi returned and set a clay bowl of water down, "Here you are, father."

As the link took hold some of her memories bled through. It was a familiar face and a smooth voice of a man with issues. She groaned again then slowly opened a eye, "Truth be told I'm not hunger." Shaking her head she dispersed the last lingering dreams.

Trotting past Morri, "Com'on! Geegee is waiting on these!"

"I am Kuma. First son of the Matriarch of our clan." Setting next to him, "I know this may be confusing, but if what you say is try and you aren't lying to us, I believe you may have multiple personalities...... what you think is dreams are really happening, but you are not in control of you own body. I do know you came here." Taking a cloth form his belt, the male dipped it in the water and cleaned the others face.

Fuega slowly sat up, the fur sliding off her shoulders, "I do not choose to. The haunt me. Torment me. I do, however, choose to not let them run my life, decide what I do."
