Also you all are making me want tentacle kin too. But do I try for tentacle patterned kin or a tentacle butt/tail edit? Or I could try for tentacle horns edit. An acha with head tentacles would be amazing tbh. Also dunno if I should go more irl octopus or creepy or psychedelic or what.

Oh man I think you opened the flood gates. Pretty sure all these boys are good for outright flings, but I can do rp too. Also, I love bold colors and dark colors and just colors tbh so I tossed a variety in there. And some just because tentacles on certain lines would amuse me (like bulls and dragons). Not sure if I've an actual fave, since all basically are, for color reasons and/or tentacles on certain lines/kin species. So whoever is good. If non of them strike you or her I've got many other bucks who might suit.

Anyway, Thorn (and his family & tribe) would be more then happy to have tentacle babies around. And after watching several of his cousins have kids he's really feeling the pull to do so as well. Side note: Ancient Song & Snailshell are bffs, and raised their kids to think of the other doe & her kids as aunt & cousins. And they're all in a tribe together. Unobtainable doesn't have to join the tribe, tho she'd likely get an invitation, as long as she's not outright evil (Ancient Song & Snailshell are sort of heros, fighting bad guys & promoting peace & love and such, or at least were before kids & Tribe took their time). It's a rather loose tribe tho so even if she declines she'd be welcome to stay and help raise the kids, and to visit anytime after. Truthfully even if she was evil, Snailshell & Ancient Song would hate it but they'd allow her to stay or visit the kids, depending in what she'd want. Snailshell also considers all of her's & Ancient Song's lineages as part of the tribe, but the kids in no way have to join. It's more of like "I'm not gonna push you to join, but know we're always here if you need us." Anyway copy pasta on Thorn's personality, tho he may be more playful where kids are concerned. At least I'd hope he'd be. I think he is with other tribe kids, with his own he might be a bit overprotective with his first clutch. +Loyal - If he considers you to be friend or family, Thorn will always be willing to back you up. Unless your in the wrong, then he'll do everything he can to show you your wrong and, if possible, help you make things right. +Adventurous - Thorn is always happy to see new places, taste new things and meet new Kimeti. +Headstrong/Stubborn - Once an idea gets into his head, one would have better luck moving a mountain then getting Thorn to change his mind. +Serious - Thorn is very serious, he is able to see the joy in things, but very rarely does he joke or play.
For Monsoon, Grasping Earth and Sunstone I don't have a lot in the way of personalities, maybe.. Family is important to all 3 (to most of my kin tbh). Sunstone is probably honorable and somewhat like a shining knight from a fairy tale. Always looking for someone to save or a fight or a bit of sport (hunting, wrestling, mock battles, etc). Monsoon has a stormy personality, in the sense that he's probably calm and peaceful and gets excited/angry/sad easily, rants & rages or mopes about or prattles on endlessly about x thing until he's tired himself out. Sometimes to find that he's all along, the other Kin having left for some quiet. Grasping Earth has a curiosity about everything, and a morbid fascination with death (probably because he's a Zikwa). He can't leave anything dead (kin or animal) without putting it to rest. He also can't leave any bush unearthed or stone unturned, he must examine every bit of the overworld, learn every bit of knowledge he can.

Swamp Song is cowardly, but would do his best to brave it out for kids. He loves kids, is always looking to have more tbh. All of this sounds great! Un is very weird and kind of mean but more in that 'what happens when I do this to someone' kinda thing. She likes to tell scary stories and stuff but she's not a bad guy or bad at all in a killing kin or stuff way, though she eats meat more then veggies. But she enjoys fish and already dead meat most. But I'm game with everything here. She won't join the tribe but will be glad to know her kids will be welcome and safe there.
It would be so funny to have swamp be scared of her when they meet and she's interested in how nervous and scared of her he is or something lol. Sounds so funny hahaha

That would work yes. Snailshell is very much a hunter and more carnivorous then omnivorous or herbavorous. I dunno what Thorn's pref is, or even if he's got one, but being raised around Snailshell he'd at least know how to hunt and fish.
Swamp Song would be very distracted by her tail, I don't think he'd run unless he thought he was in danger. Being scared of literally everything has always bothered him so he's always tried to face his fears. He also has a line for possible breedings iirc, did I mention that already? If not I am sorry.
Thorn is good to go right now, both for rp and breeding. I'm generally very slow though. Any particular ideas you'd like?

Dear lord the typoes! I am sorry.
I'm so very slow at rp but yes! Sorr needs it because she's trying to reach legendary. She's up for whatever rp wise tbh. She gardens, is part of her mom's mutant kin tribe and also part of Rise & Shine as a gatherer/hunter and iirc delivery. As far as gardens go she loves plants, they're very useful as food, meds, decoration and even for fun. She's probably addicted to at least 1 of the plants she gets high on. Srooms of all kinds are her fave, even if they don't cause any side affects other then a full belly. She also loves sweet stuffs. She doesn't hide her use of halucinagenic plants, only how often she uses them.
Jagged Bones, having grown up around his aunt Sorrel might be able to tell? But since Sorr is his fave aunt I doubt he'd care, beyond worrying about well being. Like his father he keeps an eye on Sorr when it's obvious she's been into something because she doesn't always play safe (in the sense that she won't OD but will likely try something dumb like taming a full grown croc). He's also very guarded, which he got from his dad, and slow to warm up to unknown kin. Even with family he can be, tho idk yet how having kids will affect that if at all. I know it changed his dad a bit, Mugwort is more open to the idea of flings after his first clutch, tho Mug loves Weak-Kneed so he likely wouldn't without her ok. Which isn't to say I'm hoping for a love match between Jagged Bones and Poppy, just me rambling in excitement.
Waking Nightmare has had offers of help that I've no clue if they'd work because my muse is evil so the RPies never happened. But he could try if he liked. So far her brother Fevered Dreams is the only kin she see's as who he is all the time. Which scares her a hit because she's unsure if she'd recognize her kids or one day attack them thinking they're monsters. She'd likely leave the kids with dad, or expect her brother to help raise them. Which worries her almost as much because he's very similar to her and sees monsters where they aren't. If it came to it she could leave the kids with her mom, who wouldn't be thrilled but really No isn't thrilled by much.

For What Lies Beneath x Sorr :: He wouldn't mind if she uses or whatever, though he wouldn't partake himself. Lies is actually a very dangerous buck, but he has a weak spot for does and bucks he finds pretty, or interesting, and wouldn't hurt them. He also collects and breeds songbirds (as well as other birds and I should try and get him some at some point...) so that might be a point of interest for them as far as her gardening hobby, and his bird hobby? I have a full bio in my Journal for him, as well as a few others (some are more or less complete than others).
Jagged x Poppy : I'm not sure if she is the life-mating type, tbh, though I don't think it'd completely out there, either, if she found the right buck (or doe..?) but I think it's really interesting that he grew up around Sorrel! And might make for a funny RP if he realizes that Poppy is actually high or w/e at some point, LMAO! She'd prob be a little embarrassed at first but then when it became clear he didn't mind she'd be cool about it. She might even invite him to join her c:
Evermore x Nightmare : I've never actually RP'd him with his last fling, but Gene Wilder and I plotted about the family and decided they would have raised the kids together, so Evermore can definitely be family-oriented when he needs to be. He's not always around, but he would stay until his kids were old enough to care for themselves. He actually has a particularly close relationship with one of his daughters, Don't Make a Sound or "Hush" as she's known. c: And still visits now and then. So, if anything, he could raise them on his own and he has some experience already, too!
We should def have Lies & Sorr meet away from her garden then. Mug is still very protective of his sister and would look at Lies with suspicion just because he's interested in her. Which for Mug means automatically being suspicious, distrustful and generally not liking the buck. I never actually RPied his reaction to Sorr x Swamp Song bbs, and while he loves her kids he's still pissed she ran off and got knocked up by some random buck. Mug is very stubborn and won't listen when Sorr tries explaining that she wanted to keep the kids for herself (with Swamp Song's blessing, he's very cowardly and really only met her because she was off wandering, going to her garden would have been miserable for him). I'm sure Mug doesn't appreciate his niece's & nephew's father being a coward either. Uhh anyway, Sorr isn't very sophisticated or anything. She knows plants (which I will gloss over in rp because I know nothing but what Google & Wikipedia tell me) but is more country bumpkin then fine lady. She's not deliberately rude, just often talks before thinking and honestly gives little care for how others view her. Sorr is out to have fun, with and without halucinagenic plants, maybe make some friends, eat lots of food and find new plants.
I don't think Jagged Bones is either. Though I could see him following in his grandmother's hoofsteps, and getting himself a harem. Due to his nature tho he'd have to genuinely care about a doe for it to be more then a fling. Which he really only does anyway because he wants his own kids. Family is important to him (even if he's slightly distrustful of his family beyond immediate family) so he'd put up with an unknown kin if it meant adding to the family. He's kind of confused and torn that way, he both tries to reject the extended family while at the same time looking for acceptance and approval from them. He might try something if she offered it, but I'm not sure. He never has when Sorr has offered, but it might be different with a kin he hasn't grown up seeing as a role model.
Waking Nightmare would be glad to provide food for him and the kids, and would keep a close watch when she can to see if any exhibit her halucinations. Not that she could offer any tips of how to avoid them. So far she keeps herself awake to the point of utter exhaustion and even then won't sleep until her body shuts down on its own. Unless she can find a substance that will give her Dreamless sleep, which is rare given her horibly memory from lack of sleep. It hasn't occurred to her that her aversion to sleeping could be (and probably is) the cause of her halucinations. And I'm not sure if anyone could convince her to try sleeping regularly.
So who do we start on first? I kinda wanna say Sorr but then Waking Nightmare hasn't had kids yet so I wanna say her too. Probably best to do 1 at a time, to avoid my muse getting g overloaded and giving up halfway thru.
I've been more into RPing Lies lately, but I'm also fine with starting with Evermore x Nightmare if you prefer that? What might be interesting is if Evermore introduces her to Poppymilk? I see him kind of trying to keep in touch with his family despite how often he's away, wandering. Could be interesting if she ends up giving Nightmare a sleeping potion (without telling Nightmare that's what it's for). Though ofc I doubt that would happen on the first meeting, haha. More an idea for later if you want (maybe after they have kids if/when that ever happens...?) To start off, though, maybe they can sort of bump into each other one day while Evermore is in the area. Does she have any hobbies or anything she likes to do?
Back to Lies x Sorrel :: He actually comes off as very charming. His outward persona is very believable, and he shifts it a little depending on who he's talking to or the situation, to make it even more believable, etc. Most kin (like 99% of them) who run into him or meet him have no idea what he's really like under his mask. He'd probably find Mug's suspicion of him a little refreshing, if somewhat annoying, but wouldn't let it deter him haha.
Poppy is... pretty easygoing, I think. I kind of think of her as this elegant lady who comes off as kind of cultured and proper, but who is really a hippie at heart making homemade remedies and such on the side. She also does have a fun/adventurous streak which most don't realize upon first meeting her, so I think her and Jagged could have some fun. :>
I can make some notes in my pairing thread for future RP with Lies x Sorrel, and Poppy x Jagged though if you want to focus on Ever x Nightmare atm?
We can start with Lies & Sorr. Tbh she'd probably be easier for me to rp, since I've played her before. Waking Nightmare I haven't really yet, just sort of plotted her. And I always feel a hit weird playing my not quite sane kin, like I'm doing crazy wrong because idk how. If that makes sense?
And once things are ready for Poppy x Jagged Bones I'll be sure to poke you. Or if I don't and his (hopefully) future kids get certed feel free to jab me, I do forget a lot of stuff. I really need to go through all 13 pages of this thread and sort out the pairings, make notes and see if other people still wanna try for them.

He also collects and breeds songbirds (as well as other birds and I should try and get him some at some point...) so that might be a point of interest for them as far as her gardening hobby, and his bird hobby? I have a full bio in my Journal for him, as well as a few others (some are more or less complete than others).
Jagged x Poppy : I'm not sure if she is the life-mating type, tbh, though I don't think it'd completely out there, either, if she found the right buck (or doe..?) but I think it's really interesting that he grew up around Sorrel! And might make for a funny RP if he realizes that Poppy is actually high or w/e at some point, LMAO! She'd prob be a little embarrassed at first but then when it became clear he didn't mind she'd be cool about it. She might even invite him to join her c:
Evermore x Nightmare : I've never actually RP'd him with his last fling, but Gene Wilder and I plotted about the family and decided they would have raised the kids together, so Evermore can definitely be family-oriented when he needs to be. He's not always around, but he would stay until his kids were old enough to care for themselves. He actually has a particularly close relationship with one of his daughters, Don't Make a Sound or "Hush" as she's known. c: And still visits now and then. So, if anything, he could raise them on his own and he has some experience already, too!
We should def have Lies & Sorr meet away from her garden then. Mug is still very protective of his sister and would look at Lies with suspicion just because he's interested in her. Which for Mug means automatically being suspicious, distrustful and generally not liking the buck. I never actually RPied his reaction to Sorr x Swamp Song bbs, and while he loves her kids he's still pissed she ran off and got knocked up by some random buck. Mug is very stubborn and won't listen when Sorr tries explaining that she wanted to keep the kids for herself (with Swamp Song's blessing, he's very cowardly and really only met her because she was off wandering, going to her garden would have been miserable for him). I'm sure Mug doesn't appreciate his niece's & nephew's father being a coward either. Uhh anyway, Sorr isn't very sophisticated or anything. She knows plants (which I will gloss over in rp because I know nothing but what Google & Wikipedia tell me) but is more country bumpkin then fine lady. She's not deliberately rude, just often talks before thinking and honestly gives little care for how others view her. Sorr is out to have fun, with and without halucinagenic plants, maybe make some friends, eat lots of food and find new plants.
I don't think Jagged Bones is either. Though I could see him following in his grandmother's hoofsteps, and getting himself a harem. Due to his nature tho he'd have to genuinely care about a doe for it to be more then a fling. Which he really only does anyway because he wants his own kids. Family is important to him (even if he's slightly distrustful of his family beyond immediate family) so he'd put up with an unknown kin if it meant adding to the family. He's kind of confused and torn that way, he both tries to reject the extended family while at the same time looking for acceptance and approval from them. He might try something if she offered it, but I'm not sure. He never has when Sorr has offered, but it might be different with a kin he hasn't grown up seeing as a role model.
Waking Nightmare would be glad to provide food for him and the kids, and would keep a close watch when she can to see if any exhibit her halucinations. Not that she could offer any tips of how to avoid them. So far she keeps herself awake to the point of utter exhaustion and even then won't sleep until her body shuts down on its own. Unless she can find a substance that will give her Dreamless sleep, which is rare given her horibly memory from lack of sleep. It hasn't occurred to her that her aversion to sleeping could be (and probably is) the cause of her halucinations. And I'm not sure if anyone could convince her to try sleeping regularly.
So who do we start on first? I kinda wanna say Sorr but then Waking Nightmare hasn't had kids yet so I wanna say her too. Probably best to do 1 at a time, to avoid my muse getting g overloaded and giving up halfway thru.
I've been more into RPing Lies lately, but I'm also fine with starting with Evermore x Nightmare if you prefer that? What might be interesting is if Evermore introduces her to Poppymilk? I see him kind of trying to keep in touch with his family despite how often he's away, wandering. Could be interesting if she ends up giving Nightmare a sleeping potion (without telling Nightmare that's what it's for). Though ofc I doubt that would happen on the first meeting, haha. More an idea for later if you want (maybe after they have kids if/when that ever happens...?) To start off, though, maybe they can sort of bump into each other one day while Evermore is in the area. Does she have any hobbies or anything she likes to do?
Back to Lies x Sorrel :: He actually comes off as very charming. His outward persona is very believable, and he shifts it a little depending on who he's talking to or the situation, to make it even more believable, etc. Most kin (like 99% of them) who run into him or meet him have no idea what he's really like under his mask. He'd probably find Mug's suspicion of him a little refreshing, if somewhat annoying, but wouldn't let it deter him haha.
Poppy is... pretty easygoing, I think. I kind of think of her as this elegant lady who comes off as kind of cultured and proper, but who is really a hippie at heart making homemade remedies and such on the side. She also does have a fun/adventurous streak which most don't realize upon first meeting her, so I think her and Jagged could have some fun. :>
I can make some notes in my pairing thread for future RP with Lies x Sorrel, and Poppy x Jagged though if you want to focus on Ever x Nightmare atm?
We can start with Lies & Sorr. Tbh she'd probably be easier for me to rp, since I've played her before. Waking Nightmare I haven't really yet, just sort of plotted her. And I always feel a hit weird playing my not quite sane kin, like I'm doing crazy wrong because idk how. If that makes sense?
And once things are ready for Poppy x Jagged Bones I'll be sure to poke you. Or if I don't and his (hopefully) future kids get certed feel free to jab me, I do forget a lot of stuff. I really need to go through all 13 pages of this thread and sort out the pairings, make notes and see if other people still wanna try for them.

Needless to say I'm only gonna keep one if it's an eaglehound, but even then I might just hoard it for a tribe thing Spiral wants to do.

Ooh I like them. They could fight but I dunno how Wax & Wane would feel. They don't really get attached to kin, aside from each other. I think they're slightly distrustful of others feelings. Especially since they realize they're a bit creepy/odd in the need to share everything/everyone. Not to mention finishing each others sentences so well they almost seem like mind readers.
It'd be more of a game, friendly sibling rivalry style. Who can woo/seduce/charm the strange but pretty twins first. They'd totally be keeping tallies on each other.
That they'd understand, they do similar when hunting, crafting charms or making concoctions. I can toss both pairs into cc this month? Whoever gets picked first gives that sibling gloating rights. As for rp it's not needed, unless you want extra baby but I am very slow. If they are good for cc, what for edits, growing, throwbacks & newb? I'm all for edits & adult, plus whatever throwbacks you'd like. Not sure who's still newb tho.

I like, might be a hit busy between both sets of paterns. But I'm willing to try. Wax & Wane wouldn't care they're mom & son, so if they wouldn't care either I'd he fine actually pursuing both. If mom & son would care I'd probably like him better because I'm a sucker for swirls. CC prefs? I'd probably prefer growing or cc for that spot. Throwbacks & such I'll leave to you. I can toss both pairs in next month (or month after if Wax or Wane get picked for above), I'd do both this month but I'd like to save some slots for other kin. I'd say Connect the Dots would be my pref, but I like them both either way. Definitely growing, I am a huge sucker for growings. Only throwbacks not are Endless Dreaming and Wonderland, so if you want throwback, we can use them I tend not to use throwbacks. Dot doesn't really have all that much personality felt out, so I'm not sure he'd do well in a blessing situation, but Dragon is super fun to play, so I wouldn't mind getting one with her.

For hound babs, I don't mind which colourist! As for which, I'm pretty keen for demon babs, so maybe Shadow and Sparks?
