Shira looked over at Harold and walked over to him then, putting a hand on his shoulder as she closed her eyes and focused. She used her echo of the soul then in a attempt to help Harold, as well as the others, and repel the madness for the time they were there. "I hope this helps enough... a good way to make it work even better is if you focus on happy thoughts like your family." She told him with a small smile. It faded when she looked over and saw Sanctum. When she heard Atticus' screams, Shira's wavelength would become more and more powerful. She sent a death glare at Sanctum, quickly disappearing and reappearing in front of him with one arm in the form of a death cannon "Leave him alone!" She yelled as it quickly charged and shot at him. She really didn't care if it hit, she just wanted him to get away from her partner.
Before Sanctum could finish off Atticus, he would sense Shira's soul wavelength increase, becoming way more powerful. Before he could say or do anything, Shira would then appear before him and release a powerful shot from her death cannon point blank in front of him. The result from the shot was an massive explosion that engulfed him and Atticus in smoke and debris. As the smoke and debris cleared, to figures would be seen, they were both Atticus and Sanctum, neither of which moved an inch from their locations. Sanctum, still holding Atticus by the neck, would look over at Shira, "Was that the extent of your power?" he asked as he tighten his grip on Atticus' neck, causing him to spit up blood, "Your father's death cannon was far superior on the day that I killed him and your mother." Sanctum would then sigh, "If this is the strongest that you've become, then my expectations of you were too high." he said as he looked somewhat bored and rather distant, "If you can't even put a scratch on me, then this battle will be over with in an instant." Suddenly, Sanctum formed a white sword in his hands and then stabbed it into Atticus' chest around his heart, while he still maintained his grip on his neck. "If you really wish to save him and get back to your own time, then show me what you can truly do or you and your love will die here." he said as he pushed the blade farther into his chest, closer and closer to Atticus' heart, causing him to spit up more blood and scream in pain.
Shira's glare became much more full of blood lust and her wavelength spiked even more. both her hands glowed and turned into one large cannon that was glowing purple in color. She aimed it right at his chest then "Death Screen!" She snapped as a large, anti-demon powered blast came exploding from the cannon, her lines started to darken in color as her anger and energy increased.

Noticing the more intense look in Shira's eyes, Sanctum would smile a little, "Yes, that is what I want to see." he said as he looked on as Shira aimed her newly formed cannon right at his chest, she would then unleash a rather powerful and potent blast at him. Thinking quickly, Sanctum would open up a portal in front of him and Atticus, and opened a second one in front of the others who stood by watching. The blast would enter the portal in front of him and exit out of the one in front of the others. As it did, Sanctum closed the portal and swiftly removed his sword from out of Atticus and swung it, releasing a immensely powerful white wave of energy at Shira, "I thought I told you, I am neither demon, human nor kishin." Sanctum said as he looked at Atticus, "This boy here is the source of your power, isn't he? Your love for him is your power and strength, but the question is, if that is strong enough and whether or not he truly cares for you." he stated as he held up Atticus' body, "So, what do you say Atticus? Do you love this woman?" he asked as Atticus would barely be able to breathe let alone speak, "I take that as a no."
Shira quickly clicked the trigger and the blast dispersed inches away from the others. The cannon disappeared and she managed to jump out of the way of Sanctum's attack and land a few feet away. Shira's head hung slightly as she attempted to catch her breath, her energy still rising sharply "I am aware that he won't ever really feel the same for me... and I am not asking him to because I know that he has someone he does love. I still want to protect him and at least be there..." She said quietly as the lines on her head continued to darken. Black holes appeared around her then "I won't let you hurt him anymore... I will get him away from you." She said as she looked up at him, her eyes still intensifying with the urge to defeat the being in front of her. The black holes shot out powerful dark energy at amazing speeds, all aimed at him. They were connected to Shira so she was ready to send them in whichever direction.
Michi looks back at Gin then to the portal sensing some intense power running straight into. Exiting out but stops holding her sides feeling that madness dwell up, in the future she still couldn't control that madness forcing one eye open to witness Sanctum holding a very blood Atticus while Shira didn't hesitate on attacking the guy gripping her hands furiously and in rage. "..I'm not gonna stand here and do nothing..! Let me get a piece of this a*****e too..!" she spoke pointing towards him looking back at Gin.

Listening to Shira, Sanctum would laugh, "My, my. The way you speak makes me feel sad." he joked as he would stop laughing and seemed to get rather serious, "But I do not feel anything. You mortals are all alike, weak and frail beings, governed by your emotions and silly notions of friendship and loyalty. You disgust me." Sanctum would say as Shira then unleashed dark energy blasts at him. With Atticus still in his grasp, Sanctum would take him his body and began dodging the blasts, making his way closer and closer towards Shira, once he was close enough, Sanctum held up Atticus' body in front of him, using him as a sort of shield. As he did, he would look over towards Gin and Michi, "Yet, more filth who thinks she can fight. Begone." he said as he held up his free hand and unleashed a blast of spiritual energy at the two.
"And yet we disgust you? You may not think it but those things can make us stronger... but it is no use talking to you since it is too late..." Shira said as she sighed, her wavelength calmed down and her lines brightened. The blasts would stop if they were near Atticus. Things that looked like arms would appear from Shira's back and attempt to wrap around Atticus then to grab him while Sanctum was focused on the others. Please dodge it you two... she thought with a frown.

As the arm-like apparitions would appear from Shira's back, Sanctum would smirk and look over towards her, "You are severely underestimating me." he said as he would take Atticus' motionless body and throw him towards the ground into a portal he opened up. As the portal swallowed Atticus, Sanctum would take his place, allowing the arms to grab him instead. As the arms took hold of him, Sanctum would remain still, "If you are here, then that means that you discovered the truth of this world, so tell me, what did you and your friends find out about this future, about me?" he asked as he still remained motionless. "What is our connection Shinigami Girl?"
Shira glared at him "Your clues were terrible so we could only do so much... Divine, Charlotte, my parents, and the three eyes are dead, you killed my parents and I wouldn't be surprised if you killed Charlotte and Divine as well, and something happened to future Atticus." She told him with a frown "I am aware of the connection I have with Despair but not you..." She told him, she glanced to the ground where Atticus disappeared to for a split second before looking up at him.
"I shall choose neither. For I have lost nothing to avenge, and nothing is left for me to protect. I am a shell of a man that walks in solitude, I protect nothing, nore do I care enough to avenge what is gone from this world. The path I choose, is Isolation."
Gin jaw would tighten a bit as his eyes narrowed. Though he kept calm and cool headed. As the cloaked figure opened up another portal to this sanctum's world. Walking right behind the others at a normal pace, even though the feeling from the portal wasn't good. As he walked pass this cloaked figure, a sudden ocular feeling sprang up his nerves. It was just like that time when he met the BEING guarding the gate from the last mission and calling him Drak Vlein Ja Gats. Are they related some how or was it just a coincident. Gin would stop before entering the portal and quickly turns around to look at the cloaked figure, but it vanished. It bothered him, because he wanted to know more about his mark and who he was really. Turning around he rushes into the portal. Arriving madness leak struck him, he stumbled a bit but he was fine for some reason. Looking over to Michi and heard her talk. He would nod and walks over to her and combines his soul with hers. "Let judgement be your blade, and this armor guide your Fate....Dlisk coa mlitha du cacus!" Spoken the words, his soul merged with Michi. Lighting and bluerays of light shined outward. The armor and weapon came on to Michi one by one. She gained his resistance to the madness as well as he did. Right before the blast came at them in time.

Sanctum looked over towards Gin's and Michi's direction, as he had felt a sudden surge in their powers, "It seems a though your friends are doing quite fine, but that was just a little taste." Sanctum said as he opened up two portals beside him, and from within them, stepped out two perfect clones of him. "These clones contains just half of my actual strength. If they can't beat them then they aren't worth my time." Sanctum said as one clone dashed towards the direction of Gin and Michi. While the other stood idly by. "Yes, you have a connection with me as well. We are all connected, my dear little girl." Sanctum said as suddenly his soul would take the form of her father's. "Atticus really is dead, but his soul and that of your parents and all of the countless other are here within me. You could say that I am both you parents and your partner." he said as he began laughing.
Shira's eyes widened slightly when he told her this. It turned back into a glare then as she sent out a massive pulse of wavelength energy at him thanks to her Soul Echo ability. Dammit... How exactly can we beat him... she thought with a frown, she wanted to defeat him and at the same time find Atticus who was in need of help desperately.
When Gin took form feeling his soul connecting to her own getting into her battle pose as a clone dashed toward her quickly back flipping away. Overhearing him talk ended up making her eyes widen in shock balling her hand up tightly in anger as she roundhouse the clone to the face. "Dammit... This guy just pissed off the wrong kitsune..!" extending out her arm setting a illusion straight toward it.
