Isn't it just? Patchy is just the cutest sleeper ever!
... and they went today. I dropped them off the vet at some ungodly hour this morning (I'm not an early riser. 'Ungodly hour' may not be the same word other people would use for 8am), so they could be desexed, wormed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. And now I'll never see them again. crying
On the upside, there's sure to be more foster kittens eventually. I'm not sure if Eva will give us more this season, as it's getting rather close to the end of the kitten season, but I'm so lining up for fostering next year! It's just been too much fun having kittens around.
And I still have lots of fluffy kitten photos that I haven't shared yet...

Isn't he just? Such a sweet little man... and oddly over-looked. The first two people that came to look at the foster kittens looked at his sister and took no notice at all of him!

Well, the lady who adopted them both did say that she'd been stalking them on the cat rescue website and facebook page. ('Stalking' is my word, not hers). Apparently they just looked so good together that she didn't have the heart to split them up, even though she'd only planned on getting one cat. xd

Yup no one ever plans to have more than one mrgreen... But I know very few who actually really stoped at that (I'm one of them falt is too small, more Cat's would only suffer... Luckily Zygmunt is more of hugger Cat than a wild let's-run-and-play-all-day one)...

Yup no one ever plans to have more than one mrgreen... But I know very few who actually really stoped at that (I'm one of them falt is too small, more Cat's would only suffer... Luckily Zygmunt is more of hugger Cat than a wild let's-run-and-play-all-day one)...
I was planning to have more than one ... eventually. Like, in a few years. The fact that I now have three, when I adopted the first one in November, is possibly a little shaming. xd
My last cat was the only one though. Except... I might have gotten another, later, if I hadn't seen my Cricket interacting with the other cats he'd been forced to meet over his life. He didn't like other cats. At all. He did, however, enjoy the company of dogs.

Oops... you didn't hear that one? Sorry! I mentioned it in a couple of places, but I guess you didn't see. And, yes, they went on Wednesday. We dropped them at the vet to have their ops and vaccinations and stuff, then went together to their new home. The lady sent us a message that night and said they were at her house safely, but currently hiding under the bed. xd I am so glad they went together though, I was sad to see them go but not a bawling wreck like I think I would have been if I'd sent one off into the big wide world on it's lonesome.
And, sadly for the cuteness, but possibly happily for my bank balance... I doubt we'll get more kittens this season. So we've got to get through winter and then I'll get some more fosters. Unless something unexpected comes up, I guess, there still may be a chance that we'll end up with some before winter hits.
And at least there's still Nightshade cuteness! I should actually put some more of his pictures up... and there are a lot of Foxy and Patchy photos still stored in my phone and computer!
Actually... are you on Facebook? You should be able to see this video of our kitties being cute. We started a page for this lot so my brothers would stop making comments about all the cat photos I put up! (Which was defeated by at least one of said brothers liking the page so he sees them all anyway. *sigh*)

They're such sweet babies, once they're used to their new home... it's impossible not to love them!
And, yes, there's still kitties to love! Although I could say some very bitter things about Tansy deciding 5am is a good time to start not letting Nightshade feed, resulting in an hour of him purring and tromping all over the bed and licking every bit of exposed skin in the hope that milk will magically generate... the interlude where Minstrel gave him a bath was pretty cute, though, and partially makes up for the lack of sleep. xd
And I'm so glad you linked your page! I saw the new like on my page and figured out it was you before I logged onto Gaia... I felt like such a stalker! But all is better now. smile Nobody had actually complained to me about the amount of kitty pictures, but I felt very constrained by trying not to post too many... my page is much more fun!

Me too! I was so worried that they might go somewhere bad. I'm just glad that the rescue is foster based enough that I got to meet the new owners! I know a lot of places don't do it like that.
I thought they'd think I was weird too! So, when I did start it, I only shared it with a select few. My sister was a bit offended that I hadn't told her, when she found it a week or so later... I didn't have the heart to tell her that I assumed she'd mock me forever about it!
He does! It's been something I've had a lot of trouble getting on camera; I've been trying since the day we brought him home!
