"Thanks," she said to the girl and handed her a tart on a napkin. Then she turned to Bastion. "Yeah as long as you have money to pay for the food. Luckily I've made more than enough money to come back here enough times," she said to him. "These seats arent the only ones. If you attend the school here then you can get a dorm and there are seats there too."

Bastion  Bastion tilted his head when she mentioned something about a dorm.
"What's a dorm? I'm attending the school but I have never heard of these dorms."

"A dorm is a place indoors where you can live and rest in," she said. Then she remembered she hadnt choosen a room yet. She picked up a sandwich, "Maybe we can go there later and choose our rooms together. I just hope that those places arent too crowded."

"I think we can do that. I dont like being all alone either. I just dont like large crowds," she said wondering if they would let them share a dorm. She took a bite out of her sandwich. "I've been told that humans without power fear sorceresses. I dont blame them though most sorceresses turn to evil if they feel betrayed."

Bastion Bastion took a bite of his sandwich when Miki did, then he stared at the sandwich for a moment. Then when he was done swallowing the sandwich he looked over at Miki and set the sandwich down.
"Why would people be afraid of evil? Isn't there some sort of person or people who defend them?"

Miki thought about it. "Well we do have police officers who stop crime but they can't do much up against someone with strong magic. Other people dont like to get involved. Someone once told me that people now a days dont pay attention to others around then so if they see someone in trouble they tend to ignore it," she said. Then she looked a little more serious, "I want to avoid causing such trouble. That's why I have restricted myself from a lot of things. I only have acquaintences and no friends really. You are the first person I can call a friend. I dont want to end up causing mayhem for others."

Then all sudden, a mysterious glowing object appears in the sky, it was shimmering like the sun. It falls down at high speed crashing in a small grassy area outside of a small cafe. Bastion Bastion smiled when Miki called him a friend, then he rubbed his shoulders against hers and leaned on her again.
"Don't worry, I wouldn't let evil harm you. I'll be your friend, I wouldn't let my friend get hurt."
Then he felt a big crash and held onto Miki as the ground shook and the room got lighter... He sighed as he looked outside the cafe, nearly glued to the seat next to Miki.

Miki was happy that she had someone like Bastion around now. Someone that she wouldnt feel lonely around. "Thank you," she said to him.
She jumped when she felt the crash and was calmed down when she felt Bastion hold onto her. "Whats going on?"

Cheshire decided to take another nap and fell asleep, moments later,he woke in a jump as he felt a crash impact, he disappeared and then appeared on Sleepy's head a bit frightened "What was that ruckus?" He said as he clingged on Sleepy's head.

Bastion Bastion tightened his grip around Miki for a moment then he loosened it though Cheshire was now clinging to his head.
"I think it was the earth... shaking. Nothing like this happened on the stairway, I thought the earth was sturdy?"
Bastion said as he looked over at Miki, he looked slightly scared, he was still shaking as if the earth was still shaking.

Bastion Bastion clutched onto one of Miki's arms as she put some green things down and as she started to inspect the mysterious earth shaking. His grip to Miki's arm got slightly tighter the closer they got to the front door.
"Earth... moving... this p-planet is confusing..."
Bastion said as he stuttered, they were getting closer to the door, he felt odd. He had fought huge demons, and various amounts of monsters, but this was scaring him.
