Ev was starting to get the hang of this high-tech, electronic dance machine and its habits. She could easily understand why there were so many crowding the platforms! But as usual, she waited her turn patiently before taking to the energetic game.

Ahhh, sweet sweet victory. The brass ring, that one thousand ticket prize. Mei had brought her 'semi-A' game to this last round and it now it would all fall into place. Most certainly not her best score, but one didn't need bests when their score was higher than their opponents. Her plans of feasting on Scarecones for the rest of the festival within her grasp. Jumping off the pad with a gin that couldn't possibly get any wider, Mei gave a clutch of the belly laugh. "Oh-ho-ho-hoooo~ Something minty and with sprinkles! Before you go Scarecone boil...." Reaching behind the booth, she retrieved a blue star pin and placed it in Mort's hand, the grin still plastered to her face. "Here take this! Thanks for playin' a game with me it was lots of fun! Feel free to request a DDD butt kicking again sometime soon~!" Score: 29Ol-j-man Yay you tried!

Snickering, he stuck the sticker to his forehead because it felt appropriate - and matched him."Errr, don't think scarecones come with sprinkles but, ah, will try!" Mort said with a most crisp salute. "This won't be last time for challenging, y'know. Better keep skills sharp, Dancey-Dancey~"
And with a wink, off he went like a good errand boil.Yayoi wheeeee I KNEW HE WOULD DERP UP LAST MINUTE

"I'm sure there are sprinkles somewhere around here." There were cookies being given out that had sprinkles. She'd seen them on her time away from the booth. He could just...scrape the sprinkles off the cookies. She did a two finger salute off of her right temple. "Oh I'll be ready for part two I'm sure."Mei felt accomplished. She'd taken down two challengers today. With a little swag to her walk, she found her place back behind the booth. Feet propped up on the counter like she had been before Mort had shown up.

w-where was he now? It looked like there was a few playing what could only be...DDR.
Halloween had their own version of DDR
..."That is a odd name" Jason mumbled. But at least he knew how to play this game. Hopping onto the board, he jumped on each square as the arrows lit up, managing to score a few combos to give him a very nice score indeed.
((Jason is a 4ft female Pricolici))
Score: 24 ( +1 combo) = 27

"Don't you think you're getting just a little bit overconfident there, ghouly?" Alexander quipped up as he shuffled back onto the scene. He still had the bright cyan blue eye in place from the pizza that Mort had given him, and he offered Mei a wide grin as he stared down at her, though the new eye was quite unseeing and possibly just a little unsettling. And then as soon as the grin appeared, it was gone again, the zomboil making his way over to his station and flopping down into his chair with a huff of a sigh. This festival had had it's ups and downs, but right at the moment he was just ready for it to be over so he could be alone.

She peered at Alex over the rim of her shades. Quirking an eyebrow at his question. "Nope!" Mei noticed the blue eye almost instantly. It was a little weird but she made it a point not to draw any attention to it. With words or by actions. As he plopped into his seat, the ghoul leaned over and rested her head on his shoulder. Looking up at him with dark brown eyes and a slight curiosity. "You doin' ok? If you want to leave feel free. I could prolly handle the booth by myself." She knew Alex was still torn up inside and he didn't seem all to happy at the moment to be here. Though she'd hate to see him leave, she didn't want to see her friend upset from being here. Mei had hoped him helping her with the booth would take his mind off things, but when he wandered off he seemed to come back in a worse mood and then she had to start all over again trying to cheer him up.

Alexander just shrugged, bringing his arms up to cross over his chest. "I don't know. I don't know what okay feels like anymore." He answered, sounding more mopey then angry, really. It had been a long night, and in a strange sense of the word, he felt oddly tired. Drained emotionally perhaps. "Nah, I don't want to leave." He lied, as he reached down beside his chair and brought the paper bag of candied brains up onto his lap and began stuffing them into his face full force. Nothing like feel good food to help lift ones mood. "Besides." He said, his mouth full of food and his words muffled. "Your ego is starting to swell and I'm afraid if it grows any larger you'll float away and you need somebody here to keep you grounded." He gave her a sly look, as much as he could do anyways while feeling like complete and utter crap, and a half cocked smile before shoving yet more brains into his face.

Jerking her head, she attempted to smack him in the face with her giant bow. "Well someone has to give these people a challenge. Besides, I got a sweet deal outta Mort for my ego kay thanks." She beamed. But the enthusiasm was short lasting. Her eyes narrowed just slightly as she wrapped her small hands around his upper arm. "You know....I can tell when you are lying. Its a woman's instinct." Mei nodded her head in a sage fashion. "I may be naiev sometimes...." More like all the time. "But your feels are showing worse than you know."

Alex got a face full of bow, which probably wouldn't have happened if he'd sat up straight in his chair instead of being slouched down like he was trying to hide. He tilted his head away from her, face scrunching up and one hand reaching up to bat the bow away. "Uh huh, right." He scoffed, then adjusted himself in his seat a little bit as she got out of his face, sitting up just a little straighter. He was just about to grab another hand full of candied brains to pop into his mouth when two hands suddenly gripped his upper arm and he stopped to turn his head and glance down at the ghoul. "I've never been a very good liar, anyways." He admitted with another small shrug. "But no, seriously Mei, I should stay. Being here has got to be better then what I would be doing otherwise, and that's hiding out in my room, over thinking things and sending myself spiraling further down into the pit of misery." He said it as matter of factly as possible, adding a small smile to the end though it wasn't even close to a joke. That is really what he would probably be doing if he wasn't here. "Hey, have you seen Leo around at all?" Subject change time? Oh yes.

Frowning, she relinquished his arm. Sitting back in her own chair and kicking her feet back up on the booth counter. Arms crossing over her chest as she pushed her shades back up. Fiiinnnnnneeeee subject dropped for now. His obvious deflection caught her attention for a brief moment. She tried to think back the past week or so but didn't remember seeing the mare here or at any other booths she had visited. It wouldn't be hard to spot her friend. And they always seemed to run into each other no matter the circumstance. It felt weird not seeing her here. With a shake of her head she sighed. At least Leo was the somewhat reasonable one of their little group. Stayed out of trouble like a good ghoul or got herself wrapped up in things. But still...it worried her a bit. "No. Maybe she went home for a while again." Mei bent forward, an awkward bending motion for anyone not reasonably flexible, and grasped a couple times at her bag beneath the counter. Once retrieved she pulled out her eyephone and flicked through it. Certainly it wasn't something to be worried about. Only one new message but that was from mother asking how father's visit went and when she was coming home for a visit. But nothing from Leo. "I'm sure she's fine."

Back for the third time, Kwasi hopped up on the machine for another go. He had to do better than the time before. Maybe beat his first score? Though he couldn't exactly remember it. It was high though.
Stepping off, he frowned. It didn't look like he had done as well as he hoped. But you win some and loose some, right? Plus the machine had totally been cheating.

Someone might have been lurking toward the edge of the booth, wanting to challenge Mei but waiting for an opportune time. Besides, Lady Van Rotte had told him to come by the booth sometime... Yayoi I challenge you to a Duel
