A few quick turns through the maze, and Sheridan had captured the second scrags, quickly returning it to its box and trying not to think about what its fate might be the next time it escaped the box.

Sherry eyed the booth with the creepy monster boys warily. One of them seemed polite enough (for a monster) but the other had eaten that rat. Armagnac just wouldn't let the loss at that other booth go. Sherry hoped a decent show here might make the weapon let up on her. She just wanted to have fun and earn pets for cash, both of which were difficult with a grumpy lindworm in your head. Sherry sighed and walked on up to the booth. "I'd like to have another shot at this, please." She waited for the rat to be released. She could do this. She could totally do this. "Yes!" See!  Well, this looked easy enough, Gale thought, as he stood with his arms folded across his chest, idly rubbing a finger over his neck. It was just like catching a rat in a maze wasn't it?
He certainly hoped so.
...apparently not.
Gale did, however, sneak a consolation prize as he left the booth.

Aymet bounded after the scrags, albeit a little slowly. He was used to these guys getting into his room all the time. Annoying, that's what they were.

So, with the rat safely devoured, they gave her another to try with. Sherry wondered if this was really just a strange was for them to get some lunch. It was possible. Sherry did focus. And somehow, again, she succeeded. "Double Yes!" See. I am not a complete failure, contrary to the beliefs of some. Rude, that's what you are. Sherry grinned her golem grin at the polite bug boy. Here little mousey, where are you? Ah-ha! Sheridan spotted the scrags as it ran from the box and darted for the first corner of the maze. A moment later Sheridan was on it, nope, no escape for you, back to the box!
