As Kazuma finished thinking to himself he walked towards Date again. "You know what, I am curious as to how you've avoided dying, and you're even the the pinnacle of health" Kazuma asked he feeling like he started something about history that he didn't really want to be apart of it and it seemed Khairan and Voltaire were having fun with the what-ifs and debating about things that weren't needed wouldn't hold any water. "So lets see if time can fly by if I talk to an arrancar or something, I still wish that a blast beast would come and destroy everything, at least it wouldn't be mindless violence" thought Kazuma trying to do something beside mindless violence for no reason, at least until the relic appeared.

Masamune yawned as he listened to Kazuma's words, not particularly because of them but rather just the fact he was bored at this very moment. "Ho? It had really seemed that things were calming down in the area. Since he was allowed the luxury of rest, Aiken had found himself feeling a little better. The Tres Espada had been resting in a tree a little aways from the action. His back stilled ached him a little but it was not anything to worry about it. He still had a little bit of charred skin though.
All this time he had been watching the Primera Espada with glaring eyes. "How is he able to freely associate with the shinigami? And that business with the Espada King...pfft." The more he thought about it and realized how complicated it was the less he cared. Though this did shake somethings up. Would he still be the Primera after this or would he be stripped of his rank and marked? Also were there any other so called "traitors" in the Espada? The whole thing made Aiken uneasy. Still he'd remain where he was until something happened. Though honestly he had grown bored of the entire situation.

SpacerTurning his eye away from Kazuma and towards the distance Masamune replied, his grin ever-present, "Of course you learn from defeat, but you'd only have a few minutes to apply that new knowledge." It was clear what he was referring to. Out of all people, he'd thought a shinigami would understand it best. It was good to know the difference but when it came down to real situations, 'that' and defeat were one and the same. But Masamune couldn't help but throw his head back in a laugh when he heard Kazuma's next words. "Gosh you're a funny one," he stated with a hint of laughter in his voice, "Whatever gave you the impression there were immortal beings out in this world?" Aside from the unconfirmed entities high in the sky and deep within the earth, Masamune clearly did not acknowledge the presence of 'immortals', nor would he ever acknowledge himself as one. "I guess I'll leave it up to your imagination, Kitsune-san," he grinned, running a hand through his fringe, revealing an intricately embroidered eye-patch along the way.
SpacerFeeling as if someone was watching him, Masamune scanned around the area briefly, catching a glimpse of the Tres in the process. Seeing as how he'd somewhat ended the conversation with Kazuma, Masamune sonidoed into the general area where Aiken was, obscuring himself from the group of shinigamis but not particularly hiding out. "Allow me to guess what you're thinking," he said, clearly addressing Aiken, "Is he truly loyal to my almighty king?" with an almost mocking tone. Spacer
As soon as Aiken had gotten comfortable, the Primera Espada appeared in his vicinity. Aiken immediately sat up and glared Masamune. He was always wary of Masamune's presence as he was one of the 3 beings supposedly stronger than him. The other two were the Dos Espada and the Espada King himself. Aiken never liked the idea of others stronger than him and the fact that he had been weakened by Kharain did not help his current situation. Should the Primera actually be a traitor, Aiken would have to defend himself the best he could.
As Masamune spoke, Aiken found himself a little annoyed of his tone. "My almighty King...?," he mumbled, "Pfft...if he was so almight then you would dead already." Aiken scoffed at the Primera, feeling himself becoming a little more anxious. "I'm not one for all these politics. I like to keep things simple and do things my way and even if the King himself were to hinder me...I'd cut him down." Aiken now stood on his feet, a little shakily at first, and dusted himself off. He looked off towards the shinigami and started again, "I'm not so boorish as to ask you what relation you seem to have with those shinigami, for it is not my business nor do I care. However," Aiken brought his attention back to the Primera, "If I have to cross blades with you some point in the future....I might as well get it out of the way." His expression turned somewhat serious. "So tell me, Masamune... where do we go from here as Espada? Or perhaps you have already thrown that title away?" Aiken spoke to the Primera in his usual condescending tone.
You didn't answer my question" Kazuma spoke, still with his hand over his right eye, "and you're thinking small scale, to humans and human circumstances, such as there little recess that they call war, but here, especially for your kind, if you saw you couldn't handle a situation, you could just as easily create a smokescreen and create a garganta out of here. You might be defeated this day but with all the knowledge you would have obtained, it would be quite disadvantageous if one of the enemies showed you all there abilities, you could easily find an anti for that person or ways to counter-act such abilities" Kazuma continued.
"Defeat and death aren't the same thing, you seem to be stuck the time on which your line of thinking was considered philosophical" Kazuma spoke noting that Date's lines of thinking seemed to not evolve past the Sengoku. "And you're even funnier, considering the fact that you're still alive even though, not only is the Sengoku era gone but you've died as a human and yet here you are" Kazuma spoke "but as I stated you didn't answer my question, as to how you're healthy" Kazuma spoke still holding his hand over his eye, his body language giving off the impression that he would end the conversation once it was explained.

A huge burst in power, a sudden strong energy been used and they other may not have even noticed, but they will obviously notice the extremely large explosion and strong wind currents. "Well, not with that lovely tone Masa-kun" Alter stated, his face was slightly different, his voice was as well, his reiatsu was a bit different as well. Judging by the flow of reishi through his blade, it suggested he just got back from resurreccion moments prior. Alter had his eyes closed with a devilish smile as all signs of hollow mask or remains were completely gone without a trace or clue, having the wind blow down his hood. Alter was walking very casually, no offensive or defensive stances, almost as if he can guarantee his safety in the battlefield somehow... It was very weird, as the technique Alter had in the horizon just disappeared, judging by the explosion, it suggested Alter had used it for a long time, as if doing something.
No matter how skilled one was in reiatsu seeing or sensing, the sphere dome had reiatsu every single where and inch of outside and inside, seeing a specific reiatsu was impossible. "Ya know, I was thinking about what you said earlier, we do lack communication, Masa-kun, I hope your not mad about before, I was hoping we could be friends." Alter said in a mocking tone, with a obvious hint of sarcasm. What he said also made no sense, it aroused suspicion but also died it down. On one hand, this man looked and feel different, he reiatsu was demonic and suffocating, and Alter never used sarcasm or spoke in such a manner.
On the other hand, he knew Masamune's name, based on what he said earlier, and had knowledge of the mutual dislike of each other. Furthermore, he could not of spied on Masamune during his time with Alter because his sight would of alerted Masamune of any suspicious characters. Plus Alter's reiatsu was exactly the same as this one's. Alter had blood stain on his shoulder and cheek, further suggesting he had probably had some sort of encounter yet Alter was the only person and living thing in that region, if any one else would of came, Masamune along with Voltaire would of known. This man before Masamune was obviously Alter but maybe... Alter had smiled to Aiken. "That really hurts my feelings Jingeru-san, that rustles my jimmies in a bad way ya know." Alter said in the same mocking tone with his eyes completely closed.
He was casually sitting down, but also out-of-character. He didn't seem to react to any of them, rather awaiting there response, not in a defensive or offensive stance, meaning for Alter right now, he had lost whatever interest he had here, Alter did not even want the relic now, his mind right now was pushing towards a war for his own self-amusement, of course he needed to make sure he had 'all of the needed information' that Alter has been collecting. Alter then walked past Masamune, not bothering to look back, walking a few yards away. "Ya know, I was only joking around about that traitor thing right?" Alter said, he face not being able to be reed, with Alter having no change in facial expression upon saying thing. "Actually, I want you to come back to us." She knew Masa heard Kazuma, even from the distance since the wind carried quite a lot of strange things. "I have an idea on that," Airisa said, obviously only addressing the things she did know, "If you haven't noticed, Masa did answer your question, clearly not in an obvious way." She paused. "Some of us have got it worse than others, you're lucky that defeat doesn't mean death to you," she smiled. Though she knew Masa had only stated part of his thoughts, the ones relevant to Kazuma's question. I feel like since the King appeared everyone's been turning on me." Alter had saw through Masamune's act, rather it was impossible not to. Playing along, he continued. "Exactly Masa-kun, so lets begin our deepest friendship with our biggest secrets. You go first." Alter said in a sarcastic but amused tone, his facial expression remaining the same with the closed eyes and devilish smile. He kept his eye on the surrounding. Where the explosion smoke was, there was a pillar of reiatsu, Alter's smile faded. "Uh oh, thats not good." Alter claimed in a disappointed, sarcastic and whining tone, this reiatsu was hell reiatsu, and strange one but as soon as the pillar hit, a giant Garganta with chains opened up, upon it closing, the energy had ceased to exist now along with the source. Alter turned his devil smile back on and looked back at Masamune. "Well? I am awaiting your humble fact." Said in a amused, evil voice that really stood on the spine of others. Alter looked at Jigeru, Alter opening his eyes that were skyblue, a beautiful color that made his face stand out and using his higher reiatsu, forced reiatsu through his eyes when he would make eye contact, most likely causing some troubles to breath for the espada, and before it advanced he stopped and closed his eyes to once again await the others response. There was definitely something weird, the Alter they knew as a tyrant would never threaten or harm his espadas in anyway and treasured them...well, most of them, while this Alter was literally using a act of intimidation against him Jigeru. Ironically it was the blatant truth, anyone who saw them together for a few moments would notice their relationship, which to Masamune's disappointment hadn't gone as far as he'd liked it to have. Nothing seemed to deter him from his own thoughts, not even that curious reiatsu in the horizon. It wasn't the slightest bother, he'd seen worse or rather Hell was just merely another accommodation for him.
SpacerLuckily for the Tres, Masamune wasn't the type to just stand by. Raising his own reiatsu slightly, he poured it, metaphorically, over Aiken, so much so that the other wasn't going to suffocate from the so called King's heavy reiatsu. Despite his aspect of death being destruction, Masamune's heightened reiatsu had an extremely calming and peaceful demeanor, almost as if it could heal someone's wounds or even their tormented souls. "I suppose it's nice to have a personality change once in a while," he commented, looking off into the distance as if he had no care in the world. Spacer

Alter had turned his gaze at Voltaire and recalled their earlier flirts. He looked back at Masamune with a even bigger smirk. "Ahhhh, now I understand a large portion of it, according to the records, that confirms that." As before, it was impossible to miss it, although Masamune could of meant any girl, it was a bit obvious that Voltaire stood out the most. "Very well, since you are bound to find out eventually, I have collected multiple sinners from hell and experimented on each one in my favor and collected them in my army, I took away their logical preferences against me and gave them the command of 'MUST SERVE' other wise I had them believe their worst fear will happen. Manipulating sobs into a army, specially mentally broken down ones, are very easy to intimate and persuade. I just did so in a way to I could guarantee they would never go against me. That is a fact no one is aware of, only you...and me." Alter said in the same factual and sarcastic tone, making it hard to tell if he was lying or telling the truth.
Alter had turned his attention towards a meteor from the Volcano, it was a molted wet rock from the volcano. At a speed that was blinding, nearly impossible to catch, a white cero hundreds of times faster than sound, pierced it and it made a full circle around The tree area. The cero came from Alter's shoulder, revealing a finger pointing that direction. "These volcano with trees are going to be the death of me. If only I could use something strong to destroy it other than that." All suspicion aroused again after most went down.
Beside Alter, was a little girl who had a demon like attire, she had no reiatsu at all, completely gone almost as if she was a illusion. She managed to hide by simply staying out of sight, she had the same red eyes that Masamune saw in Alter. She looked above his head and tugged at Alter's sleeve and whispered something to him. "That's just more reason why he came to that conclusion. He was just one who would assume such things because of that battle." Alter said to little girl, both seemed to have extreme knowledge of many things they shouldn't know. Upon the little girl looking back at Masamune, she then hid behind Alter where she mysteriously disappeared.
"Did you know that sinners enjoy red apples the most out of any vegetables?" Again with the sadistic smile, and mysterious aurora. He had turned his gaze back to the eruption and shot 4 bullet ceros that were again hundreds time faster than speed and successfully destroyed the tip, allowing a lot of Lava to start pouring down there location. Alter turned his gaze at the incoming lava while hes smile faded. "Hmmm, looks like I might die." Alter said in a sarcastic manner and simply walked away from the incoming lava, which was a excuse or his one of his subliminal ways of telling Masamune, 'you bore me, I will see what the others are doing.' but then use sonido to get over to where Voltaire was once he was nearly where the water and sand was which took a total of five minutes since he did not run nor walk regular speed.
Before Alter used sonido, he said something. "Masa-kun, even though your welcomed back to us..." his devilish smile got wider, "...Dont come back." As the two conversed, Aiken found himself more and more lost. He never really understood the Espada King when he spoke and if anything was genuinely impressed that Masamune could follow the guy. More than once Aiken found himself scratching his head at their conversation. Like he had said earlier, he was not one for complex matters which seemed to be what Alter spoke all the time.
When Alter attempted to issue his own brand of intimidation, Aiken could feel breathing become difficult. However this moment was fleeting as apparently Masamune had taken it upon himself to help. Aiken felt a nerve pinch as his pride had taken a stab at the act. He did not speak out though, being in no condition to really do much about it himself.
Aiken found himself scratching his head once more as Alter apparently opened hell. He could not follow a single word that Alter said afterwards and when the little girl came and went, Aiken simply lost it. He brought his right palm to his face and bent over laughing. "Ahahaahahaaha...You two are completely mad...," the Tres Espada stated rather ironically, also including Masamune as he apparently understood the Alter's ramblings.
A sense of seriousness would overtake Aiken, however, as apparently the King's way of leaving a conversation was raining lava down at them. Aiken hopped back a rather great distance and rose his elevation to avoid the lava. He had lost sight of the King but remained wary and assumed that Date could save himself. "Seriously, I don't have the intellect to keep up with those two..." Aiken watched somberly as the lava overtook everything below him. 'How annoying...as if the relic would show up now. Hell I'm not really in any position to fight for it either. Perhaps I should return to Las Noches...' Although he thought this, Aiken was rather interested as to how things would play out here. So he'd wait a few minutes before returning home.
SpacerMasamune raised an eyebrow, he clearly didn't know that there were records. They were probably non-existent though. He didn't have much to say in response to Alter's own revelation, clearly he wasn't liking what he was hearing but keeping his mouth closed was for the better. Rather than the soldiers Alter mentioned why not have mechanical dolls? Even they'd do a better job. Masamune could barely hold back his heavy sigh, ignoring everything else, including the incoming lava and the small girl that had popped out of nowhere.
SpacerSonidoing out of the way just before the lava reached him, Masamune reappeared on perched on a boulder near where Aiken had moved. Clearly he wasn't in a conversation with the Espada King. "Thanks for the compliment," he replied sarcastically to Aiken, though he didn't turn towards the said Arrancar. Their current position gave them a great view of the group of shinigamis and Alter, who had just arrived. Masamune could easily tell that Alter annoyed Airisa, who despite having a diminished reiatsu, was clearly in a better position to start a fight than him. It seemed unavoidable that those two would clash. Even if the 'Alter' was different. None of the King's words had even stuck to him, they simply entered one ear and fell out the other.
SpacerAirisa frowned when she saw the Arrancar head towards them, as rare as it was to see her frown the situation called for it. "You certainly seem to be enjoying this," she asked with a smile, however genuine it may seem it wasn't. Her voice was still the usual calm tone but something, something just made it sound as if she was challenging him. It wasn't her reiatsu either, Airisa was a master of masking her emotions, or rather creating masquerades. Spacer
