angelmage99 Again Luke leaned in again. "Remember if you want to do it for fun I'm still game." He didn't want to do it to make a child with someone he didn't love. There was no point in that. He wanted someone who loved him back to be the mother of his child. Miranda rolled her eyes again. "Not on your life." She stuck her tongue out at him. Several guys had asked this before. maybe she was old-fashioned but she wanted the first time to be with someone she loved. Not just for fun. Maybe it was stupid, but that how she felt. Her parent thought otherwise apparently. But then again they painted her more rebellious then she was. However, just to mess with him she added. "And even if I did... I doubt you have protection." she said, raising one eyebrow.

Luke laughed. "You're right. I hoped you'd be on the same time of your month to play patty-cake. " He answered her about playing around. "Hey why don't you pick the next song since I picked this one." He told her. He didn't want to seem like he was over controlling.

"Sure." she said. he always seemed to turn her teasing right back around to fluster her. It was a little frustrating. Miranda looked through the songs. There was some good ones, but there was one at the moment she couldn't resist. "I hope you don't mind this one, but I like it." she said over her shoulder. She pressed play and grinned.

Luke knew that a lot of girls liked that song. He didn't mind it at all and let it play. Once she returned to their dance spot he started to dance with her again. This time it was hands off.

Miranda danced freely, relieved they'd returned to safer ground. It gave the color on her cheeks a chance to fade. How easily he was able to make a blush spread across her face. But then again, she usually avoided his type. A few songs later, she sat back on the couch. "I need a drink." she admitted looking at the assortment on the table. She was reluctant to take any, but just one couldn't hurt, right? Maybe just a little Jack with Cola.

Luke joined the woman on the couch. There was not reason for him to dance alone. The man leaned over and grabbed a beer. If he was in a real night club he wouldn't have done so, but no one was watching here.

Miranda sipped on her drink and looked around the tastefully decorated room. Even in the dim light it wasn't hard to see that it was made for there every need. Or most. She sighed and looked at Luke. "What do you like to do? Besides party and play with women." she asked, suddenly curious.

Luke blushed he couldn't answer her about what he liked to do, but at the same time it probably didn't really matter. He just couldn't tell his dad. "Only if you never tell my parents. This is 100% between you and me, but I like drawing and painting." He answered her.

Miranda interest perked. "I promise." she said hurriedly. It wasn't the oddest hobby but definitely interesting. "Really? Painting? What kind of this do you paint? Are they good?" she asked.

"Whatever I'm in the mood for. Some times it's landscape and sometimes it's people. I got Martha to bring my stuff here too so I could draw and paint. She the only other person who knows I can do that kind of thing. So it's a huge secret from my parents."

Miranda was curious why, but then again it wasn't hard to understand she supposed. "Did your parents ever guess? Or do you have a place to stash them?" she asked.

"Stash them sort of." he answered her about where he puts them so his parents didn't find out about his hobby. "I keep them out of site and they thing they have Martha trained to tell my parents what I have in my room. Since Martha cleans my room." He answered her about what he does with them so his parents don't know.

Miranda chuckled. "I might like to see it sometime. At least your hobby is more exciting. Mine just has to do with history. I guess it's rather boring really." she smiled wryly.

"I'll be right back." The man responded as he grabbed his stuff from the bedroom. He then came back and handed it to Miranda. The newest stuff was on top and the picture was of the woman herself. It was clear that he had made it last night after they had gone to bed.

Miranda took the pictures handed to her, excited to see them. She froze as she looked at the picture of herself. Her hand hovered over it for a second, surprised. He was able to capture her very well in the picture. He did this without ever looking at her? "Wow. It's... This is really good." she stuttered. She looked away from it and started to look at the others with obvious deliberateness. There were all amazing. He was good at capturing the things he saw. Everything forever captured on the paper. But she still found herself... happy that he'd painted her. "I can't even begin to do anything like this. I actually envy you. These are amazing."
