Rinkou's pace was now even quicker then before, it's like she had an endless supply of energy out of no where. She was placing the supplies and boxes up onto the wagon like it was a life or death mission. She was determined to get it all done so that she didn't hold anyone up. She didn't really care for any rewards, she just knew that being a stow away was a wrong. But she was now making up for it with her top speed, she was just warming up before, and it was now time to get the job done.

All the boxes were done now, and so she just needed to carry one what ever didn't suit being in a box, or needed to go into a bag. How awkward it was all going to be, Rinkou was definitely not aware of. But she never really thought about it, all she needed to do was carry stuff, one at a time if need be, but the job would be done. She stumbled around the objects, as she carried some, one fell down halfway, but she got... one object to the wagon. It was okay, she still got something there in one trip. It was alright, she was going good, there was no stopping now.

Rinkou stacked up some stuff carefully that could be stacked up upon one another would anything going wrong, she hoped. She carefully lifted it, and carried it smoothly and gently towards the wagon. She had to doge and few things, including that squashed box that she had tossed away before. She regretted doing that now, but it was still no problem, success was imminent as she gently placed the objects upon the wagon. She didn't really notice until now that some stuff looked really pretty. But it wasn't of much interest, even if these people were stealing, it wasn't her stuff, so there was no point in freaking out over it. Her father told her shinobi looting on the job was common practice, well, for him anyway.

Rinkou was nearly done, there were just three more things to carry, but she decided to leave the big one till last, and carry the smaller two now. They were quite easy to do, and she just made sure that she was watching where she was going, after that time she tripped. It was still playing on her mind that she actually tripped over, but it wasn't like she was perfect. She may have been apart of some awesome clan by blood, but she didn't care, they were no more important then anyone else. They were just assholes from what she was gathering with all the looks she got in the village all her life. She definitely didn't want to know them. She placed the objects onto the wagon as she ended her thoughts, and went back for the last thing.

Rinkou studied this last object, wondering if she even could lift it. she walked around it a bit, but she didn't really know what the hell it was. Some kind of decoration for some crazy person. That is all she could think, someone crazy would want this and she just clicked who these people were. The crazy gang. That is what she decided to call them, the crazies for short. But onto the task at head, she just lifted it up with her knees as per usual, now, and lifted it up very carefully. She couldn't really see where she was going, so she was feeling like it took her one mile just to take one step. She was like a snail with this one, it was actually quite funny to see someone going so fast, to this slow. Especially if you are a creeper watching her closely. You are disgusting who ever you are. Rinkou after a few minutes of snail trailing, finally got to the wagon with a bump, a bumping into it that is. But she got to a part where she could put it onto the wagon, and finally clap her hands together, and then slap them into her hips with a sigh of relief that nothing went wrong. She then looked over to the Gill fellow. "Done."

Miyako waved off the villagers as they went. Honestly she was glad to be away from the place. All the creepy things that had happened there had made her edgy all night. She did get decent sleep, but she had woken up a few times. It was nice being able to bathe and wash the dirt from her clothes. She had also washed her own clothes! Mom would have been proud of that one... Everything smelled fresh and clean, even her hair. She had put on her black hat on goggles on the top of her head, which she had carried around in her puppet repair kit. Purses were too girly, so the pouch was perfect for carrying her things. The food was delectable and she couldn't get enough of it. What she was really happy about though, was the thanks the Otokage had given them for their outstanding work. It was like a dream come true. She walked up to Mikito, "So.... how far do we got left? Anything you can teach us before we get there?" She wished she could learn the Vibrating Sound Drill, but she didn't have the right equipment, nor the skill to learn it yet.

Urza saluted the small village they had stayed the night it. Urza hadn't gotten much rest, as the entire place still screamed of creepy, even with the festivities and liveliness of last night. Urza felt refreshed as ever, and looked like a right knight. She had spent the night polishing and buffing dents out of her armor, and once more it was restored to its former glory. Urza smiled as she walked along with her fellow friends. Last night had seemed like it was end of a journey, when truly it was only the beginning. They still had to get all the way to Kiri after all. Urza listened as Miyako walked right up to Mikito and asked him stuff. A braver girl than she, Miyako was. Though Urza was curious too. She had never traveled this far east and was curious how much farther they would have to go, and what sort of things they would learn along the way. Urza wondered if Kiri had a forge that she could use. Fighting against 0009 she realized just how naked she felt without a shield. If she could just get her hands on some steel she was sure she could make one, but given the resources available and the destination she had no clue if it was going to be doable. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp: 90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19* * If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Mikito gave a slight nod, the envoy carrying along it's path in no particular hurry as they moved down the road, the country side around them rather pleasant. "Hn," Mikito gave a slightly gruff smile. "Geez...you kids remind me of..." she thought better of it, apparently, merely shaking his head and going on. "Well, whatever. I figured you might want a rest after your little party last night...and I don't mean the actual party." he hinted, hands in the pockets of his coat. "But if you kids are up for it, I suppose I could give you some help on your training. From what I've seen, your four, are about genin level." As he pointed to Urza, Kina, Miyako, and Alucard in turn, Mido slumped looking disappointed, while Yokijo didn't at all seem bothered. It wasn't until one realized that the boy probably considered himself FAR above Genin level that this made sense. "You just need a bit of polish and I don't see why you couldn't graduate right away." he looked on ahead. "well, that and master the basic jutsu." he lifted a brow at them. "But jutsu isn't work for the road. We'll work that out when we hit the port if we have time, maybe on the ship on the way over to mist. What you all should probably work on right now, is whatever if it you think would be most useful in a fight for your particular style of fighting." Kina lifted an eyebrow. "You think that maybe something like last night could happen again?" Mikito shook his head. "Naw, I ain't gonna let you rugrats out of my sight from now on. From the sound of things Ryousei actually likes you, and that's almost as bad as Kyojin liking you." Mikito gave an odd twitch. "Creepy B******...er," he looked at all the impressionable kids looking up to him. "Jerk. Anyway, you all all can train as you like as we go along. It'll be good to keep the blood moving, and I'll over see you. Should help things along." ((A make a few large count posts to crank up your stats a bit. Miyako Chōzō T╔═.4.══════╗ TAHp: 40/40 TACp: 44/44 TIMHp: 40/40 Dodge Bonus: 7 T╚══════.♥.═╝He did have a point. Learning the jutsu while on the move would be a difficult task. So she decided to sharpen her mind. It would be the perfect training, and to do so, she would try to remember what all happened last night. She remembered first getting a bath in a stranger's house. At that point she didn't care where she was, as long as the water was warm, and the bath was delightful! She didn't think she felt so clean.
She placed a finger to her chin trying to recall the next event. Did we eat after that? No... that wasn't for a while... music? I know I danced around for a while.... was there even music? Her brain was all frazzled this morning. She wondered if other ninja got the same brain fart as she did after fighting something like that.
Hmmm... what about the others? Did they do something that night as well? I don't remember seeing Mido anywhere... or Kina.... Yokijo I should be able to remember, but I can't see to recall. She kept thinking as they walked. At this rate her mind must be pretty dull if she couldn't even remember what had happened the previous night!
Her memory wasn't planning on coming back any time soon, so she had to preoccupy herself. She pulled out her notepad and began doodling in it. Nothing too specific, just something to occupy her mind. I have an idea for my first puppet, but I'm not sure how to go about it... She couldn't wait to begin working on her puppets and learning the puppet string technique. It seemed simple enough.
The memory wasn't coming back to her. Did I drink something? Her memory of most the night, besides getting up to use the restroom, was forgotten... was that part even real? She knew she had to get up and least once a night... maybe she just assumed it to be real. This is frustrating... Why can't I remember!?

Urza couldn't believe what she had just heard. Ready for genin? She didn't know the first thing about being a ninja, and other than having a mean right hook she wasn't really all the useful. She still had too much to learn before she took on that task! Urza sighed looking troubled as she looked out across the road ahead. If he thought they were ready, maybe they were. But he was right, that did need to master the jutsu first. And who knows, maybe by the time she mastered the jutsu's she would be ready for that life. But for now Urza had to focus on what she knew. And if he wanted them training in what would help them most in their particular style, than she would have to figure out how to craft a pair of shields.
Urza thought about the very basics she would need to forge a shield. The would need the base components, a forge, and some forging tools. She wondered where she would find these things at. She was sure her father had some of the required materials back at the Chantry, but that did very little good for her on her journey now. Urza thought about the money they had received from the villagers, she doubted it would be enough to by her the steel for one shield, let alone two. Urza put her hands on her hip and bumped the hilt of her sword. Urza's eyes opened. She could sell it... No doubt it was a rare commodity to have knight weapons here in the east.
Urza decided she would worry about the money issue later. She knew she needed the materials. But how much of what would she need? She would need plenty of steel for the mass, a bit of copper for design, some leather to strap it to her arms, and overall a lot more than she currently had on her. Urza sighed, it seemed the forging these pieces would not only be a matter of knowing how, but also a matter of financial balancing. Urza was no math wizard, but if she was going to try and do this she would need to learn to be, and quick.
Urza thought about all the costs that went into smithing a piece of armor. No doubt a shield would require less delicate work, but more work on mass. She would need to make sure she was strong enough to tote around the materials and to shape the shield. She would have to make sure the numbers were correct on the balancing or the whole thing would be a waste of time. Urza scratched her head as she tried to crunch the numbers, and when she was finally done with her mental math she was not pleased. She had a lot to figure out before she was ready to set steel to the furnace.
Urza thought about how the mold would have to be shaped to allow for both quick strong punches, and natural flowing defense. The design she came up with in her head was to form it sort of like an extended buckler. It would strap to her forearm and be large enough to provide coverage, and long enough that it could be used for bashing in the unrighteous. Urza wished now more than ever she had a sketch book like Miyako's so she could work out a basic design on paper and than do the number crunch on paper instead of trying to do it in her head. Urza's poor math ability wasn't helping either. Maybe if she collaborated with Miyako they would be able to work something out. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp: 90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19** If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Miyako Chōzō T╔═.4.══════╗ TAHp: 40/40 TACp: 44/44 TIMHp: 40/40 Dodge Bonus: 7 T╚══════.♥.═╝Hmmm... now that I think about it... I took another stroll through the village. It seemed a much nicer place after we dealt with that creature, though it was still a little creepy. She tried to put on a smile as the villagers walked up to her to congratulate and thank her for what she did, but she didn't feel like she did much. All she really did was throw kunai at it and then give it a kick that barely put a scratch in it.
To them, though, it didn't matter. The four of them had literally come to their rescue and knocked out the creature that brought them there. She tried to remember that as she walked through the village. I remember stopping at a carpenter's shop. It felt like home almost. The creepy old man let me help him for the day at no charge... The wood beneath her hands at least made her feel like she did something for the village, well, more so the man, but it was nice to actually do something.
After that she walked to the festivities that were given in honor of their 'heroes.' It was nice to be recognized for her effort, no matter how small it was. She didn't care for dancing, but she had to oblige some of the older men who insisted that she dance. Luckily none of them attempt anything, or she would given them a punch... to the face? Maybe. There were other places for those men. Though it seemed they were smart not to mess with a girl who helped kick the hell out of a monster that kidnapped them.
She tried to remember what happened after the dancing. She assumed it was the feast, but that didn't seem right. There was something else after the music, but before the feast. Or was there two things. I don't know... She thought as she let out an exasperating breath. Her brain was beginning to hurt with all the thinking. She didn't think she placed a block in her mind...
No she would remember putting the block. Or did I? Argh! This is frustrating thinking. It's not going to get me anywhere... She let her arms slump to her sides as she continued walking, not really thinking about anything. Her mind was blank and she walked almost like she was half-dead. Even thinking about stuff was exhausting. She wondered when the fun would come. She would probably have to wait till they were on the boat.
Her mind was now side-tracked by thinking of the boat and the Kiri shinobi. I wonder if they are going to be blood thirsty killers? I hear they kill each other to graduate. She became a little frightened. She supposed they were no different. They all were trained to be killers, they would have had to have an early start... but she couldn't imagine killing the other students. She couldn't kill any of them, not even the creeper boy, and that was saying something....

Urza looked over to Miyako, but she seemed lost in her own intellectual adventures. She though it best not to interrupt and instead carried on with her own train of thought. Urza figured out what stuff she needed, and she had a basic idea of how much. She had no idea what the costs for materials were and how they differed from place to place so it was not good worrying about that until it became an actual issue. Urza instead focused on what the shield would look like. Designing it out in her mind. With any luck she would be pretty close to spot on.
Urza had seen the shield of a few other guards in time passed. They were usually more narrow the a regular shield, Urza assumed that was so they weren't blocky and awkward when trying to make an offensive. Urza pictured the shape in her mind, and tried to indentify where on that shape the balance points would lay. Urza had a pretty good idea of what she was going for but until she ran the full script and forged one it was all guess work for the young girl. Urza wished she had payed more attention to her dad when he was crafting items, maybe she could have picked up a trick or two.
Urza's eyes popped open. Maybe thats it! She thought to herself, Maybe if I think back to when I watched my dad work I can remember how he did things! Urza furrowed her brow as she started delving deep into her thoughts. Urza had now formed the basic construct in her mind. She had an idea of where the balance points would be, and she had a picture of the final outcome. Now she just had to hold on to that memory so she could bring it out later If Urza could just willfully recall the idea when she had some paper she could write down her preliminary thoughts and not lose to much of it.
Urza tried to remain focused on her idea, but she found the walk to be tedious and her mind grew fuzzy. It wasn't long before she was thinking about other things. Where were they going? She knew the name, and she knew it was east, but she had no idea where they were actually going. What would it be like when they got there? Urza had no clue how the climate systems worked in this part of the world, and therefore she had no idea if she should be braced for an arctic wasteland or not. Lastly she didn't know who they were meeting. Urza had heard they were meeting a ship from the land they were headed to. But past that Urza hadn't the foggiest.
Urza quickly caught her mind wondering and rectified the situation. If she just kept thinking about the shields over and over perhaps it would become infused to her brain and when she needed the information it would come forth just like a second nature. It probably didn't hurt to think about it to much, after all perhaps Urza could come up with some crazy idea to revolutionize the way she fought. Not likely, but after last night Urza couldn't count anything in this world as being to crazy. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp: 90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19** If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Miyako Chōzō T╔═.4.══════╗ TAHp: 40/40 TACp: 44/44 TIMHp: 40/40 Dodge Bonus: 7 T╚══════.♥.═╝She remembered what it was. After the dancing some people put on a show of what happened. A lucky little girl played the part of Urza and was pounding on the 'monster' giving it her best shot. They did well and were happy to play the part as their heroes. It was a play that she wouldn't have minded to see, and it seemed like they memorized the entire fight.
After the short play was the feast. She remembered there was more food than she could think of! She had never filled herself like that before. There was every type of food you could think of, but she only ate the rice, pork, chicken, and a few vegetables. She didn't feel like trying anything new, unless someone asked her to try a bite. She never had fun like that before. She hoped that she would be thanked, even a tenth like that when she completed other missions.
After the feast..... she couldn't recall what happened. Maybe I did have something to drink... they were practically offering me everything, I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to knock me out. The thing that scared her was that she woke up in bed. So if she did pass out, someone would of had to have carried her to bed. I don't...think I passed out. I'm pretty sure I remember...
She thought harder, but nothing was coming to mind. She wasn't sure if she even tucked herself in bed last night. She let it go. It would return to her eventually, just like her recent memory. She wondered if she had blocked other things from her mind. She shook her head. She didn't want to unlock anything right now. She was surrounded by people she needed to impress. She didn't want to break down crying in front of them.
She let her mind wander around her. Everything was so beautiful and walking in another country was fascinating. She wondered if she would ever be able to again. She guessed that if she made an impression with the kage on this trip, that maybe she would get that chance. She could imagine it now... being graduated by the kage while on the trip, he would hand her a headband with a music note on it, symbolizing the village hidden in the sound. It would be like a dream...

Urza used all of her strength to ingrain her vision into her mind. It floated in her brain like a skimatic ready to be engineered by a set of skillful hands... Her hands. Urza smiled picturing it now. Urza the greatest blacksmith that ever lived! Maybe she didn't need to be strong, maybe she just had to be smart enough to build a wall that could withstand anything. The idea seemed a bit ridiculous to the girl at first, but the more she let it linger on her brain, the more she wanted to make it a reality. She knew that it would never been however, and that she would have to continue physically building herself so that she could take on whatever the world threw at her. And armed with an idea for some new shields, she felt ready to hold back any force that tried to blight her or her allies. ❦━━━━━━━━━❧ Lvl. 6 Hp: 90/90 MHp: 72/72 Cp: 54/54 Dodge Bonus: 13 Armor Class: 19** If an attack is above the dodge bonus but below the Armor Class bonus damage is halved. Miyako Chōzō T╔═.4.══════╗ TAHp: 40/40 TACp: 44/44 TIMHp: 40/40 Dodge Bonus: 7 T╚══════.♥.═╝She snapped out of her daydream and remembered what she was trying to remember. After the play with the little children, Miyako found an actual puppeteer. Though it had nothing to do with the jutsu, it was still fun to play with puppets. She had a little one at home sitting on her shelf. She sort of missed it right now, but she at least had fun with the one she had found. She put on a little show for the children to help pass time. Not to mention give her fingers work. Her mother said something once...
Ah, yes. I remember. Idle hands are the devil's workshop. I think they really took it literally. They had on more than one occasion. She didn't think that far back, she was only concentrating on last night. She put on the play for the children, and then went for another walk. She wasn't going to go to bed after eating such a big meal. She'd wake up a 'rollie-pollie' as Yuzuki would call her. She took a nice walk through the night.
It wasn't anything fancy, just a stroll through the village and around the border. She didn't want to go too far off. If something came after her, she wanted to be able to get away and seek safety. She could fight it, but she didn't want to risk it. Especially if it was Eight... or whatever number... if there was another number... She had a feeling that she may find out sooner or later. Hopefully later...
She tried to recall what happened after the walk. There wasn't much after it, because she didn't want to stay up too late, so she could be refreshed the next morning, but she couldn't remember. My memory seems to be sketchy lately. Maybe I should eat breakfast in the morning... they say it gives a kickstart to your day. She hardly ever ate breakfast. She didn't have time and she would rather have breakfast for lunch or supper anyway.
That is when it seemed to taste the best anyway. She was way off topic before she even realized it. She went from thinking of breakfast, to what she ate last night, to what she wanted to eat now, and what her favorite food was. Ah... I get so sidetracked sometimes... Maybe I need to sit down with an old person and listen to his stories and get the meaning of life out of him. That would increase the sharpness of my brain.
Wh-what happened?! Miyak had so much fun, she can't remember what she did last night! DC: 10 + Wis Mod (1) + Added Difficulty (7) = 18 Formula: d20 + Wis Mod (1) + Mikito help (5) = 23,20,18,14,13 (12 or higher) 8/10 20 R/ 4 P
