Nikolai smiled lightly before escaping Leon's arms. "Yes, so make it up to me by getting better, hmm?" he bargained just as a grayish flicker came through the black space they were in. "Oh, wonderful." the Devil smiled. "It seems the darling doctor has fixed the worst of your wounds."

Nikolai grinned again, thought a small blush formed on his face. "I'll see you soon then, dearie." He pressed his hand to his mouth then tossed moved it a fraction and blew the kiss towards him.
"The process that is of healing is beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" the man in white beamed happily as he leaned away from the purple-haired man in the bed. He wiped his forehead with his sleeved forearm, blood stained his lab coat, but some looked long dried. The blanket was off Leon's body, around Nikolai's, and his knees were bandaged thickly.

Leon CourtLeon smiled softly in his sleep, his body relaxing and the color returning to his cheeks. It wouldn't be long until he would wake up, that much was obvious. He would still be in pain, but he'd be alive.

Nikolai slowly opened his eyes and sat up, though he stayed in a slouched position. He mumbled a few things to himself and rubbed his hand with his free hand, his free hand holding Leon's. He looked at Leon and watched his cheeks gain color. A small smile showed curled up the Sin's mouth.
"Thank you, dearie." he told the doctor softly so he wouldn't wake Leon. "You may go now. Ta-ta." Without giving the doctor a chance to reply, the purple mist in the room all crowded around him and shot him to the nearest candy store.

Leon CourtIt took several hours, but finally, Leon's eyes open. "N-Nikolai?" he croaked, licking his cracked lips. "Wh-where...where are you?"

Nikolai was still at the same spot he stayed during Leon's entire sleep, although now he was laying his sleeping head on his arm. "Nngh, five more minutes, dear-" Realizing that it was Leon's voice, Nikolai's eyes flew open as did his posture. "Leon!" he breathed and tried to reach out for him, but his arm went numb from his head cutting out blood circulation. Scowling, the Sin grabbed his lifeless arm and tried to regain feeling in it. "How are you, dearie?"

"You said so yourself, darling," Nikolai smiled sheepishly and waved around his still numb arm. "Just a bit... uncomfortable. But I'm fine as long as you're awake."

Leon CourtLeon forced himself to sit up a bit, licking his dry lips and sighing. "Nikolai...about what happened in the classroom...don't go after him. Don't even go near him. I don't want you out of my sight."

Nikolai's eyes instantly darkened beneath his half-closed eyelids. "You're telling me to sit back and let him get away with this?" he asked with a serious tone that matched his gaze. "You realize how near impossible such a request is, hmm?"

Leon Court"He tried to kill me, Nikolai. And all because he wants you! Nikolai, I'm frightened he'll take you away," he said, his violet eyes staring into lime green ones.

"Exactly! He did this to get me, he did this because of me!" Nikolai yelled with guilt flooding the bright irises of his eyes. "He's too obsessed with me to harm me, I can just-"

Leon Court"Nikolai!" Leon reached over and pulled Nikolai to him, careful to mind his knees. "I don't care if he tried to kill me. All that matters is that you are safe from him, and away from his insanity."
