Once he almost cut his hat right in half, but Aiden would save the beloved head cover from that gruesome fate with a tilt of the head, which made him laugh more. Thus revealed the idiocy of a teenage boy. Damn near decapitates himself, and he still does it anyway. When she managed to transform out of his hand he would feel a bit guilty for doing that, but his sides hurt to much from laughing to genuinely feel bad. "What do ya mean? I just looped ya 'round me finger here and gave ya a twirl," he couldn't help a small chuckle, "What's wrong wit' that? Don't see what's to get yer knickers in a knot over." What nonsense was she blabberin' about? Even a 10 year old could pick her up in her HUMAN form, she was a small thing after all... or is it just that he was big... Bah, whatever. Rage. Building. Humiliation. Anger. Soaring. Die. Now. "...Let me put it in baby terms for you, simpleton. A Meister Soul and a Weapon Soul sometimes don't match up to one another. That means most Meisters can only use a few weapons that they match up with, alright? For Meisters who try to use a weapon who they DON'T match up with, they usually cannot pick the weapon up. Some how, you're pathetic mind has managed to pick me up, when you SHOULD be incompatible." I'm sure she said it all slowly and steady, as-though she were talking to some 2 year old child. What to think though...? Why him!? Why did HE have the compatibility!? I mean... one look at him and her expression said it all; Obnoxious t**t. "Whatever. You wern't even holding me right. You're ment to use your arms, legs, hands, and on desperate occasions, your neck." Or rather, with luck, your neck. "I am curious though..." Very curious.. "Perhaps, if your soul is strong enough, perhaps you could use the Soul Edge and live... Hmm..." Do you think she'd be upset if he didn't live?

He didn't really appreciate the obviousness of her not approving of the fact that he was compatible, but what ya gonna do? Aiden would let out a bit of sarcasm, "Oh, so sooooorry I wasn't all ya hopes 'n dreams of a Meister. Oh, what ta do? What ta do? And I wasn't holdin' ya right, oh bugger, shame one me." He'd give her a smirk after her final statement, "Don' know. And I don't take too kindly on dyin' personally, if I can help it. I'd think tryin' it out in a scruff would better suit then in the park 'ere fo' sure." "You should be." Sarcasm? Ignored. "I'd hoped for someone with an inkling of intellect, but oh well. I suppose I'll have to be brains." Mind you, she probably intended that regardless of Meister. "For your information, not holding me right can you get you killed, so wise up a little." It may not have been obvious that time, but... she might have been a bit concerned about him getting killed after all. Hm.. he was right. The park wasn't a good place for practice. "Hm. For once, I agree with you. We can't have an easy target, though. Soul Edge only works when your fighting to your peak. It's also not easy to control, boy. One wrong move, and SNAP!" Finger-click! Though her face was one of serious, stoic intentions. She ment buisness. "You're mind will just break in two. I've seen what happens to Meister who survive that, it's not pretty. What do you intend to do, Aiden?"

But he actually took her words seriously when told to get his act together. The problem remained: a test subject. Aiden didn't think the school would appreciate practicing using Madness against other students. That was generally frowned upon in this establishment. There where those Mission Boards. Plenty of Witches! Bloomin' Perfect. "There's bound to be a Mission for us to use for it. Just gotta go and get a look in," Aiden said with a jerk of a thumb towards the School. Witches... eaten. Something of a full on grin spread across her face, followed by a lick off her lips. Mm, souls. Any souls. Even humans. A soul was a soul, to her. "Lead the way, killer. Though, I do have to warn you... if this mucks up, it'll be your soul that pays the penalty. The Madness will slip into your soul and corrupt you... if you're lucky, it'll rip you to peices. If you're unlucky, I'll do it for you." She seemed serious about that too. Would Alice really do such a thing? Or was she too mad to do so? Or perhaps.. she was simply mad enough. "Either way, you need to be a good Meister in order to even get to the point of Soul Edge. Are you sure you want to get a witch? Why not a Keishin? Arn't they easier?"

Aiden didn't dwell on that stuff, life was meant living in the moment, not worryin' about what tomorrow was. He decided not to comment on her statement about killin' him off, after all, that's kinda what he wanted anyway. He DID say if he couldn't handle it, someone should kill 'em. Anyway. "Kishins are Madness incarnate, miss. Witches, however, use the Madness to suit 'emselves. I might not know a lot 'bout Souls, but I know plenty 'bout me targets," he said with a small smile. "But, I'm not the one eatin' these things. What would ya like?" He was ready to take on just about anything. Aiden had been stuck in a City for what seemed like years. The footsteps would stop as a familiar voice spoke, "Shira-chan, you won't mind if I lend you a hand will?" it said as figure dressed in black, appeared right beside her and placed its hand on Shira's shoulder, with its long silver hair flowing in the wind, there's no mistake who it was.

It wasn't just the fact that he was smiling, but his overall presence, seemed to have changed as well. It was no longer dark and demonic, it was now warm and somewhat gentle. "You shouldn't have to strain yourself, please, allow me to carry those bags." Atticus said as he took the bags out of her hands, and smiled once more. "I would like to thank you for all that you did for me. Divine told me everything as soon as I woke up. He also reminded my to tell you that he still owes you a favor." Atticus said as he then looked back at Shira, "It seems as though you've made a pretty powerful ally. Divine has taking a liking to you, Shira-chan."

Because of you, I no longer seek vengeance or walk the path of darkness. I have chosen a new path, one that is neither light or dark, good or evil. I would not have seen this path if you weren't there." Atticus said as he smiled, "I feel as though, I am a little kid again. I've never smiled this much before. It has been a long time since I last experienced these feeling. I almost forgot how good they felt."
