Post 269 Tsuki: 20 Chael sighed. "Thanks." he said as he started to call out for Tsuki. His Pokemon joined the search, looking around for the kid. Lizzy used Flame Charge, running around to alluminate the area. Another reason he loved that Zebstrika. As they walked, a sweat bead went down his head. This was a bad way to end a good day. It had been mostly relaxing, which they all needed. But now Tsuki went missing. The moment he found the fox, he'd give him a big hug. Chael's team Post 270 Tsuki: 21 Valor would find Tsuki soon enough, fighting against two Pokemon. The electric attack threw him back, hurting like hell. Now he looked hurt. A calming hate filled Tsuki, for once in his life NOT liking someone. Any and all light was sucked out as a black orb ran at the Houndour. It left, yellow circles glowing brightly. "Um... breon!" Tsuki yelled, ramming into the Houndour with one last Quick Attack. The Umbreon glared at Gage as he walked to where he stood before, giving the Pikachu a warning growl. The evolution powered him and the moonlight would help more. "It'll take a while before I can use her to Fly. I need the Fly HM, after all." said Des with a shrug. "And it's a female because the lab said it was a female." Blue came back after a while, when the two boys started to panic about the missing Eevee and left to go look for Tsuki. He barked a couple of times to Des. "Hm... is that so? What a troublesome b*****d..." he muttered darkly. "Well, I did warn him... should we go see what happens?" he then called back the Aerodactyl. The wolf barked once, wagging his tail. Seems like they would. Des pulled out his lighter and struck once, lighting a cigarette. The faint glow from the lit smoke was refreshing in the night sky. He had to be extra careful at night, what with the Pyschic Pokemon milling around. "Lead the way, Blue. You know where they are." he said before he let out Litwick to serve as his light and kept the Candle Pokemon by his side rather than let it guide him. Blue was digging though, and once he gave Des the Sun Stone led the way to the troublesome Gage. 62

(( Sorry for the delay. I fell asleep on the couch, but it was a pretty good nap. )) Well, Gage tried. His intentions were bad, but at least he wasn't just knocking around the Eevee because he could. But Gage was in the wrong place at the wrong time, trying to hold brutish Houndour back from attacking, it was the trainer that absorbed that last Quick Attack from the newly evolved Umbreon. The air knocked out of him, Gage wheezed for a gasp of breath, and Houndour shook him off of his back, growling again like a chainsaw. Pikachu just stopped. She didn't want to fight like this, and frankly, the Umbreon scared her. Making an apologetic squeak, she dropped her battle stance, and sheepishly rubbed the back of her head. 'Sorry, sorry. Forgive me?' Houndour had no such remorse, Howling again, and pushed to the limits, slavering and foaming at the mouth, fire flamed over his canines and he charged in for another Fire Fang. Gage was just trying to catch his breath, keeled over on the ground. He tried to tell Houndour to quit it, but without air, he couldn't only make a squeaking sound sorrier than Pikachu's. As the drama unfolded, Nolan just took a backseat to all of the chaos. Valor though, was right in the forefront, finding Tsuki first, or at least what was Tsuki now. Meanwhile his trainer was still trying to get over how awesome and cool his Luxio - no, wait - Luxray looked. Nolan was running while he got out his pokedex, pointing it at Valor to get the latest and greatest dex entry. Luxray, the Gleam Eyes Pokémon. He read, It can see clearly through walls to track down its prey and seek its lost young. And surely enough, Valor's eyes were gleaming gold. X-Ray like vision, that's intense. Nolan ran into Luxray when he suddenly stopped, staring straight at the newly evolved Umberon, and the Houndour and his trainer. Pikachu too, who was already backing up from Tsuki. The gleam faded, and Valor looked up and over at Nolan, waiting for more instructions. "Chael ... is that ... Tsuki?" Post 271 Tsuki: 22 Chael merely stopped there, absorbing the situation. Gage must've attacked his Pokemon. Who evolved and beat the two enemies who ganged up on him only to give them a beating. The Pikachu seemed to be backing down too. Tsuki nodded to the mouse. She at least had the dignity not to keep the assault. "Tsuki?" he asked, only to recieve a Tackle. He fell over on his back, licks being placed all over his face. Yeah, it was Tsuki. The Umbreon jumped off his trainer towards the growling Houndour. He barred his teeth a little before Chael said "He's not worth it." But the Houndour charged with a a Fire Fang. Then Argos stepped in. The dog got a good bite on him, and it certainly hurt. Argos gave a low growl, showing the dog HIS fangs. Houndour was out of control, his trainer out of commission. Gage had really messed up this time, injured so severely he couldn't stand, or ... perhaps he was just playing possum. Either way he wasn't getting up, his eyes closed. Pikachu actually became concerned, scampering over to her trainer and poking him in the shoulder, getting no response. The Houndour wasn't backing down, not from Argos, not from Tsuki, not from Chael. A third Howl and mid-way through the mournful sound it began to deepen and take on a much more frightening, unholy quality. Dark light and red flames crept up over the Houndour's massive body, growing and curved horns sprouting from his skul, tail lengthening. If Houndour was a brute before, now he was a large monster, at least five feet high and the size of a small pony. When he growled, he lowered his head and barked, saying, 'Disgusting creature, get out of my path. Post 272 Tsuki: 23 Argos would give a hiss. 'You dare gang up on my pup? Here's what that feels like.' the Crocodile said, only to be stopped by Tsuki. The gator raised an eyebrow, respecting the boys wishes. Tsuki faced the Houndour as Argos walked back to his trainer. Yeah, Houndoom was strong now but luckily Howl didn't raise defense, now being attacked like 4 times. Tsuki crouched low. 'Look at your trainer. If you stop, I'll let you leave with your pride. If you don't I'll knock you out where you stand.' Tsuki said, trying to make the large inferno see to reason. With that he knocked a second Sand Attack towards Houndoom as a warning. It seemed that the Houndoom could see reason, and he glanced back over at his fallen trainer. What a weakling, yet ... Gage had caught and healed Houndoom when he was at his weakest, saying he was worth more than all his other pokemon combined. The Houndoom scoffed, yet was going to stand down, raising his head from the threatening position. Except the Sand-Attack was the wrong move to make. The wrong insult to make. The moon and the darkness didn't only enhance Tsuki's power, and evolving at last, the hound caught his second wind. But all for the worst possible reasons. Houndoom lost it, and rushed at Tsuki, teeth snapping with flames erupting from his maw, overcome with bloodlust and rage. Post 273 Tsuki: 24 The Sand Attack was a precaution. The raging inferno charged the fox, who jumped as high as he could. With the accuracy lowered, he managed to jump over Houndoom, flipping as he did so. Looking totally epic as the attack missed. Tsuki landed next to Gage. Getting ready, he lunged at Houndoom's back with a Tackle. Chael needed an idea. "Nolan trade a Pokemon with me! Tsuki for one of yours and teach him Return." he said, tossing the trainer his Umbreon's Pokeball. Tsuki liked both Chael and Nolan a lot. Hopefully Nolan would see what he was getting as as he was given the Pokeball. "Delete Sand Attack." Just watching in stunned silence, Nolan forgot that he could help out. Although, fumbling the pokeball tossed to him, he quickly picked it up from the ground. He shook his head, hesitated and continued shaking it. "Sorry! I-I can't. The pokemon has to be registered to me for me to use a TM on it. We would have had to traded at a machine." Valor had had enough of this though, and taking it upon himself to protect everyone there, he leaped forward into the fray. Inhaling deeply, Valor stood tall and then let a loud lion's Roar echo through the Ruins. If they thought Houndoom's Howls were eerie, the Luxray's Roar made bones shake. In fact, it made the Houndoom go right the other way, turning tail back into his pokeball, and that was that. Pikachu looked up from where she was still poking Gage, trying to get him to open his eyes. Nolan would be the first to ask, but not the first to act, "Um, is that guy okay?" Valor trotted over to Gage and started sniffing him. Pikachu's fur ruffled until she figured that the Luxray was just here to help. Tsuki would follow, with a grateful nod. Something told him it would've been a hard fought fight. But he kept a foot's distance. Gage looked like the kind of guy who wasn't above attacking a Pokemon. Chael would cross his arms. "How did he handle a Houndour and Pikachu on his own?" he asked, worried about the fox. Teamed up on and he stood his ground. "Allow me to take care of this guy." said Des, finally appearing with the Litwick and Manectric by his side. He had apparently been watching the fight in silence in the dark, seeing no need to involve himself in an already one-sided fight. Blue had apparently found something earlier, taking his attention away briefly during the match (only for it to be actually nothing), but he could have honestly seen this ending coming. Which was all the reason why he left that warning to begin with. Tch, in the end this was all Gage could accomplish. The Grunt had at least proven that while he could catch as many rare Pokemon as he wanted to trade, he was rather shitty in actual combat because his Pokemon weren't used to him. As a result, he couldn't handle kids who just recently got their second badge. And to think I actually had some faith in this idiot... In the end he was just a worthless pawn who would do anything for a rare Pokemon. Completely incompetent in fighting, unless he's doing this on purpose to try to steal away the Umbreon while they're worried about him. In which case he's an even bigger idiot than I took him for and needs to be disciplined. The question is... which of the Admins should do it?He crouched down near Gage, keeping his back to Nolan and Chael as Litwick perched on the Ranger's shoulder while Blue stayed by his Trainer's side. "Rare Hunter, if you can hear me, you will do as I say. Your life is on the line here. Try to run, and I will hunt you down and gut you like a fish. Try to attack me, and you will wish you were never born when I'm through with you. Don't even try to feign being passed out and pretending not to hear me unless you want to sleep eternally. I am not in a good mood, so this is your last warning." he whispered, just audible enough for Gage to hear him. 63
