  When Akio had pulled her back, Ailith felt as if she were freed by some sort of strange force. It had felt as if she had been controlled for a moment or two. When Eris Minor appeared, she threw the iron knife onto the ground and unsheathed her sword and unwrapped her whip with her other hand. "You possessed my grandmother to start a war between the humans and the Elves?! So help me God you are going to die in the most painful fashion that even Azreal will cringe in fear of my blade in his gut!" She snarled as she put a spell on both her and Akio to protect them from physical attacks. Then she lunged forward and swung her blade at the creature after she lashed otu with her whip, trying to trip the woman up.╔════════════════════════════════

Eris jumped over the whip and grabbed Ailith's sword and trained to use her tail to attack Ailith but found it was repealed by her spell. She growled and flew back and seemed fly for a moment before opening her mouth gathering fire before firing it right at her in a very large stream.

Ailith pushed Akio out of the flames before taking the blow. She growled and used a spell to prevent burning. She then decided that physical attacks would be quite difficult if the creature knew how to block quickly. She glanced back at Akio and gave him a nod, her eyes praying that he understood that he should try to attack from behind somehow while she distracted and tried to damage the creature from the front. Then she turned and sent a Firaga spell at the dragon-like Eris Minor.╔════════════════════════════════

Eris looked at the fire ball and took the hit head on though the spell was much stronger than she thought inflicting a lot of damage. She gathered more fire and let it loose at Ailith with a thunderous roar intent on destroying her masters enemy. She was then hit from behind with a strike of thunder and roared looking around. One of the queens mages had made it through and looked injured "Princes...you must....stirke down the creature with lightning.." he said "Thats the only way to beat ones like her..." he said.

(( OOC :: Oops. *insert mega derp face* )) Ailith watched as the lightning struck her. It was much more potent than that of her Firaga spell. When the mage told her that lightning was the key, she nodded, but the thing was... she'd never learned any magic of that type. "Thank you, may the gods welcome you into their kingdom." She said, noting his condition and knew that there was little hope of him surviving this fight, especially with Eris looking at him as if he were a juicy piece of meat. Then she summoned a bolt of Lightning and sent it towards the dragon woman, learning the move after having sent a detection spell out to retrieve the data for herself. But if one missed, then Ailith sent numerous other bolts after the first, intending to give the dragon little chance to cause more damage than she already had.╔════════════════════════════════

The wizard looked at the princess and nodded "May you live a long and happy life, my dear princess." he said before collapsing. There was a look of terror and fear in Eris's eyes as she was incredibly weak to lightning based attacks. The only way they could have figured it out was if they defeated Anti-Elkand that same way...hopefully after the demon killed Elkand first. Eris tried to fly off but was stuck by lightning and stunned before Ailith unleashed her barrage striking the demon down with on a little bit of health left. She remained one the ground and tired to crawl away as she looked at Ailith "Please...mercy....." she said tears in her eyes as she seemed truly afraid of dying "I was....only doing...what he asked...he said he'd...bring her back....if I...did as asked..please....forgive me.." she said.

Ailith felt a tear roll down her cheek as the mage collapsed. He was one of few Elves that had ever wished her well and couldn't help but feel grateful that at least one actually cared. Then came the crawling of Eris Minor. Though the creature truly looked pitiful, she wasn't falling for it. She was surprised how quickly that Eris was defeated after using a couple of Lightning spells. "You tried to kill him. You tried to kill me." She began to charge another bolt of Lightning, "Now you'd better spit out why I should let you live quickly, you disgusting worm."╔════════════════════════════════

The demon got on her hands and knees and placed her forehead to the ground "Please!" she yelled sounding truly afraid "I'm telling the truth! My village was attacked by raiders when I was still a child and I was left on my own, he found me and offered to raise and take care of me and even one day bring my mother back if I pledged loyalty to him he told me that if I managed to not only start the war but kill hope he would bring her back..I swear to you I'm telling the truth!" she said and started crying "Please spare me, I swear you'll never see me again!" she said.

"How can I trust the word of a demon?" Ailith asked in a dangerous hiss before something within her heart hit home. She'd lost her parents and remembered how desperate she'd been to get them back one way or another. She remembered how long she'd searched for someone who could teach her to bring her father back to the realm of the living, but then she'd realized how futile her mission had been. The dead were meant to stay that way and be left to rest in peace. She sighed and discharged the spell. She growled, "If you ever dare cross our path again or try to start another war with your deceitful ways, mark my words, you won't live long enough to strike pity into my heart again."
Then she turned and ran to Akio's side, kneeling next to him. She placed his head in her lap and chanted the words to the strongest healing spell that she knew, replacing the health that he'd lost by offering some of her own as part of the payment. "Akio...? Akio, please, wake up."╔════════════════════════════════

Akio simply laid there for a good moment silent and unmoving long enough to make anyone thing he was dead. He opened his eyes slowly letting out more smoke and looked at her "Ailith..?" he said and leaned up holdings his head "What..happened?" he asked for a moment and looked around "Are you alright?" he asked her rushing over to her for a moment checking her for wounds "You let yourself get injured...we'll have to find someone to take care of your wounds.." he said "Where's Elkand and Larkanna? I'm sure they could help." he said.

Ailith had completely forgotten about her wounds and when he mentione dthem, the pains of the hole in her abdomen and back began to hurt just as freshly as ever, if not worse. She clutched the one in her stomach, feeling dizzy. "Whether I'm feeling alright is beyond the point." She said quietly as she placed a hand on his cheek, looking into his eyes. "Did that spell heal you completely? Do you need another one or a potion?" She then looked him up and down, trying to find any cuts or burns that the first healing spell might have missed.╔════════════════════════════════

Here wounds are more serious than mine! he took her hand and gently moved it to the side "I'm fine Ailith, I'm more worried about you." he said and closed his eyes as the wind gathered around his hand and it began to glow. He placed it on her wound "Its alright...you'll be fine." he said as he healed her wound completely though he coughed up a little blood but after he healed her he felt an increase in power. He smiled at her "How do you feel now?" he asked.

Ailith felt the wound heal and winced a little as the pain flared before subsiding into an achy throb before completely vanishing altogetehr. Something was off about him, because most healing spells only required mana, but his seemed to require something else.... she could sense it as well as see the end result. She didn't like it one bit. She frowned and wiped the blood from his lip with her sleeve. The she promptly threw her arms around his torso, feeling odd on the inside, as if she didn't do it now, she wouldn't get this chance later. "You stupid, stupid fool..." She muttered with a relieved laugh.╔════════════════════════════════

Akio chuckled and put her in a caring hug "I'm glad your alright Ailith." he said and grabbed her hand "Come on, lets go see Larkanna and Elkand before the queen wakes up ad thinks we did all this." he said "We're gonna need some help anyway, I don't feel right leaving things like this." he said and walked with her to the outside of the city but the scene they were met with was rather horrific there were bodies everywhere as well as giant craters and small flames. Weapons and arrows were strewn about and bits and pieces of armor was around but the blood was the easiest thing to see as there was hardly an inch of the ground not covered in it. He walked around with and looked around...there was an evil in the air unlike any other but it felt familiar. It was like what he felt at the village when Azreal attacked it only lessened a little. He continued to walk sadness in his eyes "What happened here?" he asked out loud. Elkand couldn't have done this..he wasn't this brutal but something did but thats when he came up the scene. His emerald eyes opened wide as he looked at the scene before them and a wave of sadness hit him because before them was Larkanna holding a dying Elkand. Elkand was absolutely bloodied and practically lifeless. There was a black smoke rising from his cut and lots of blood around his body arrows lodged in his abdomen and blood streaming from the corner of his mouth. Not to far away there was an all black figure that looked like Elkand but its face was utterly inhuman. It turned and created a portal and walked into it and left. Elkand held Larkanna's hand tight trying to hold onto his life for the moment. There was a black frost on his hand where the mark signifying his dedication and binding to Larkana was. You could actually see the veins in Elkand's arms...they look like they had been somewhat burned and the entire arm looked like it was turning black. Akio looked at Ailith worried wondering if she could guess what was happening.

Ailith nodded and followed after Akio, still holding onto his until she saw the damage of the city. If it could even be called that anymore. The survivors were hunched over the dead or fleeing from the city with whatever cargo they could carry. "It's just like when... when he destroyed the little village to the south a ways...." She muttered in disbelief before they stumbled upon Larkanna holding the dying Elkand and the demnted looking creature entering a portal. She burst into a full sprint after him, yelling in rage as she unsheathed her long sword, and swung at the air where he had just stood. She was too late yet again. She dropped her sword and then turned to look at the weeping Larkanna.
"Elkand! Stay with me!" Larkanna sobbed, clinging to his hand as if it were her last lifeline. "Don't you dare die on my Elkand! Don't give up!" She began to use a healing spell that was of pure arcana and of the purest essence of mana.╔════════════════════════════════
