Cute ghoul was unconscious and as genius as it was for the hooded figure to do such Pepin was still not going to allow it to follow through.
"AauuuuGHHAWAAAAAAAAAAA!" she screamed out while her figure turned into nothing but bars and squares of data out of alignment.

How dare they... How dare those DISGUSTING CREATURES BRING THEIR MADNESS AND DESTRUCTION HERE! Cymbeline's expression was as sharp as daggers as she chased after the intruder in their midst. A brief grin flickered over her face, violent and cruel as she saw Aisa also in pursuit. It was like old times, except this time there was no mist to trip them up.
With a quick motion Cymbeline jerked the scales off her belt, and flung them like bolas to try and snare the runner. But she only managed to clip them, and not bring them down.

She still wasn't in the best of shape - but she had to do something. As she ran, panting, Siddie pulled together all the wit and concentration she could spare, and sent her Voices at the fleeing figure to rant and shout and whisper in its ears.
Instead, the Voices twined around her. "No!" she cried. "No, go bother it!"

Yǐn Cáng was able to hold his attack and go on the offensive immediately, but there was still the crowd in his way, including a white-haired zombie that appeared to be watching him rather closely. Unable to spare time contemplating him he dashed forward toward the cloaked enemy.
Unfortunately his style of attack was strictly close ranged, and while he was swift Yǐn Cáng found himself not quite being able to catch up despite the fact that the kidnapper was dragging a ghoul along. He lunged in for an attack, putting on that extra burst of speed to close in but the press of other students also chasing the kidnapper meant that his attack could not reach his target. He set his jaw firmly and tried to keep up, determined to attack again if an opening appeared and debating if he should shed this form for his natural one.

Shun heard Riley's scream. Yes. This was probably a trap. The cloaked one had purposefully prodded them, and mentioned this was to be a wake up call. Glancing back at Mitsu, he hissed, "Stay back.. just in case."
She probably wouldn't listen to him. But he wanted to throw that out there anyway.
Rushing forth as quickly as he could, he hurled one of his daggers out at the figure. After a moment or two, he desummoned and resummoned to recall it back to him.

Riley heard footsteps trampling the earth behind her. and she knew the majority of the student body would not heed her call. This was why she had contacted Barth, first. If anyone would listen..
...
Would he listen? She really hoped their last encounter had not doomed them all.
Her tentacles lashed out at the assailant, barely snapping at him as she was distracted in thought.

Amphi moved with others as she could, losing Mac in the crowd again. Without anything other to do and watching the other students, she picked up the nearest thing she could...a piece of something and chucked it weakly at the figure.
It landed with a dull fwip. "Did I get him?" She looked around. She was going to stick as close as she could to the reaper though, only because she was terrified. "Mac..." She pushed through others again before making it back to his side. "Are you alright?" She bent down to check on him, a slight flush from her on cheeks from running and pushing through the crowd.

She ran with Jericho - or rather, tried to catch up with the obviously better trained boil, only to realize that she would not be able to keep up for very long. In fact, most of their running was Lizzy being dragged along - the good thing about this was that she was rather close to the mysterious kidnapper... Who felt strangely familiar.
"Jericho! That shockwave! I think it's him!" She panted, talking a mile a minute. Just then, Riley's mental scream caused her to wince, "T-trap?"
That didn't stop her from attacking the figure though. However, to do so, she had to let go of Jericho. There was this moment where she was suspended in midair, using her silk to try to hit the kidnapper - she thought the hit connected, but she wasn't so sure... Because the next moment was her face planting to the ground.

He nodded to Barth before he was rolling. Good. Good, the further from danger his Master was, the better. "You-should-go-too," He turned to help Amrita back up to her feet, using his free hands to sign, "Get-to-safety." That 'said', he turned, glowering at that red-cloak before rushing through the crowd, fists at the ready before slamming into it as hard as he could. Even with his Fear acting up, he could still punch, if his fight with Herryk had said anything.

Grinning, she gave Bul a hug in return. "Seems like." She answered. Life was never dull in this school, that was certain. They had only just got back from that haunted house horror of a trip, and already something seemed to be up. Turning to look at Demi, she gave a small wave in greeting. "Hey, Demi. I guess you could say that. Not sure what the heck is going on though.." She laughed when he continued. "Don't worry. We'll try not to embarrass you."
Looking back to whoever the cloaked person was, she barely had time to react before Bul jumped in front of her to protect her from the impact. Falling back anyways, she rubbed the back of her head, convinced she had cracked something. Nothing a little light healing would fix. "Bul--are you okay?" What in Halloween just happened?! Struggling to sit up, she winced a little before noticing that the ghoul, Shehk was snatched by the attacker. s**t..

Jericho winced a bit at Riley's mind shout. He was already in motion, there was no stopping now. Glancing at Lizzy as she spoke, his eyes widened for a moment.
"Him? Well no matter what, we need to get Shehk back!" he said before turning his attention forward. With a snarl, he took in a deep breath before breathing out a plume of flames at the fleeing figure.
It was his only ranged attack, save for his FEARS. Though, in retrospect, he probably shouldn't have used fire when the enemy was carrying an UNDEAD.
"Tiamat's s**t. SORRY SHEHK!"
Pausing, he noticed that Lizzy had fallen over now. Without any hesitation, he scooped her up to keep running.
