Except there was one big brother not so inclined to giving out hugs right now.
"Will you just ******** let me go ?!" Really, how was he supposed to prove himself superior to all these morons if his own sister was against him ?!
But then they were knocked back, and both sibilings screamed.

"Oh yes, of course. The Dark Mirror senshi or the youma brought the people here! Those senshi came here after the fact! The youma attacked...which means they were here before that! Again, who else but those with them from the start could have brought them?" He questioned while raising his free hand to block the rock, with the back of his hand. The senshi of shame was utterly ignored. His fight with her obviously pointless as she was busy sobbing like some utter fool. A scoffing noise made at the sight of her on the ground.
Shaking his head he once more made to stab the male senshi with the end of his giant brush. "You are the ones who are wrong, who need to be dealt with." He didn't care how right now. This anger wasn't his own and it was only building, he just wanted to smash the senshi with his brush or strangle them. Either option was nice, as were any others. The scrap, from the rock, and already forming black and blue on the back of his hand was ignored. There were other things to deal with right now, like that annoying blond senshi.
He didn't fight back, verbally, about listening to only what he was told. It was pointless, all these senshi thought you only listened to what you were told. There was no way to fight their opinion, they were too stubborn. He knew he wasn't a sheep, that was what mattered.
A shock wave knocked the Captain down, falling hard on his tail bone and his butt. A gasp and hiss of pain as he looked around quite startled, what the hell!? For a moment he felt ...an internal jolt and rush of pure anger and hate flood him before it was gone.

Ganymede's shout brought the sobbing Senshi back to the battle that her fellow Jovian had taken over, but before she could even think to respond a shockwave from the youma sent her crashing to the ground. Pure, unfiltered sorrow filled her mind and led her to nearly choke on her tears. She dug her gloved hands into the ground, struggling to grasp anything to anchor her as she half-curled into a fetal positon. Then... the moment passed, and the sorrow that had consumed her melted away. She rose shakily to her feet, running to where Ganymede and Benitoite had been fighting to make sure that her teammate was okay. She looked for any sign of the two--and when she only found the Negaverse agent, her desperation increased, "Ganymede? Ganymede?!"

He gritted his teeth at the shock wave. It rocked him; blinded and shaken he stumbled before catching himself. The feelings were crippling, no wonder he kept them locked away as best he could, and when it dissipated it was like breathing again. It was hell to suffer the attacks from your own Youma, and all the trouble that they had to go through to retrieve the damned thing but at least he could know the Senshi were suffering too.
They would do this, they had to do this, and he could not allow himself to fall into the trap of believing that the senshi could ‘never’ loose, not really. One day they WOULD have a great victory, and the outcry from the defeated would be music to his ears.

The intense, warm anger had disappeared, but Raven was still angry, she looked around, ideas passing through her head faster than she ever thought possible. Why was she thinking such stupid things? Stupid, stupid. She flitted around, a very angry golden glimmer. Her eyes fell on the new MaryPage and her anger surged. What..why was this stupid person alive…and her Mary was gone. Her Mary was GONE. Her dear, dear friend.
Raven darted towards the newest Page and lifted the road just slightly. She would impede this stupid person as best she could. She would punish her for all of this. All of this! Her death, Mary’s death. Death in general. It was her fault. All their faults!

The shockwave had knocked him back, made him stumble, but at least afterwards he could focus again. Gone was the sorrow, the dredged up feelings that left him unable to fight properly.
Bismuthite scowled. He had to stay focused. This ission would not fail. Not because of him. Of course, being self-cenetered as he tended to be, he would think that it all hinged on him and his ability to fight. Oh, that was the usual arrogant Bismuthite.
He moved to deflect another attack towards the Great One.

Suddenly a wave knocked her over, and Draconis slammed against a stone. Ouchies, that was gonna hurt. Her first thought as she sat up was OH GOD WHAT'S ATTACKING ME NOW? but within moments that emotion faded. She was looking up at the situation, everyone else being pretty knocked over too.
Had she ... she had been hitting things right? After doling out her Draconian power, her fists were tender, and then blindly punching things afterwards? Even worse.
Draconis thought for a moment why she was even up here in the midst of this battle. It wasn't because she wanted to fight for justice. It wasn't because she wanted to defend the civilians.
It was because a cat had called her on the phone and told her to come.
Draconis could've laughed if she wasn't still somewhat dizzy from the shockwave.

Already on her hands and knees, the high schooler didn't have far to fall when the massive shock wave shook the ground beneath them and seemed to ride on the very air. It made her flatten against the dust covered ground with a whimper, hands flying back up to cover her head and neck in some vain hope that that would protect her from anymore falling rocks. It wouldn't, she was painfully aware of this, but it was habit. Something drilled into her from her earliest school days. If there was an earthquake or storm you covered your head. Now it really did seem like something they only taught them all to keep them calm..
When the vibrations had faded she cracked her eyes open, she stared around her in horrified wonder. Everyone had been knocked to the ground. Not just the humans, but senshi and the attacking forces. Swallowing past her fear, she cautiously crawled forward on hands and feet. She could see one of the outposts, it wasn't that far away, she just had to get to it.

And what about some of those other Senshi and pages?
Scylla's jealousy was in full bloom. Some of them so powerful. So normal. No tentacles. No mocking. No... None of the same abnormality in their lives.
Her Ashen Lilac crystal was warm where it was tucked against her skin. She ignored it, focusing instead on the other things. Like fighting.

Hygiea's orange eyes went wide and brimmed with tears from this overwhelming feeling that she did not like. Not one bit. The little girl bit her bottom lip as she clutched her kitty plush close, thankful for its security and finding a use for it for once. "I.... I....." Why couldn't she find a voice to respond to this girl? She was right, she should be out there fighting but she was so afraid! From the corner of her eye, a familiar small fuzzy form came bounding towards them. Hygiea felt a small rush of relief over her, ********* would so totally make it better! But she didn't. ********* was yelling at her. Why was ********* so mad and yelling at her? The little girl found herself doing something she didn't usually do except in extreme cases. Tears began to roll down her cheeks as the cat demanded she return to the battlefield. On top of that, a civilian was judging her. "But... *********, I'm scared...." She sniffled out miserably, reaching out to snatch the cat from the ground and cuddle her close.

"Ow!"
Something had whacked him in the arm. Angrily, driven by emotions that were not normal, Celsus swung around, ready to smack whoever it had been, but before he could do anything there was a tremendous thunk, and he found himself thrown back, landing against the ground with a horrible crunch.
"Aaaarrrrggghhhhhhh!"
Hands clutching the sides of his head, Celsus rolled onto his stomach, feeling as if his skull were about to be cracked open. Everything was ringing, he couldn't see, couldn't move, couldn't think, but then -
It was gone. Celsus blinked, lowering his hands. The jealousy, the anger, they were gone. The realization washed over him like a wave, warm and refreshing.
"Finally," he grumbled, and leapt to his feet, flashing Draconis a brief smile.
"Next time, you should actually hit the bad guy," he told her, and darted off. He had seen a flash of light a few yards away, a figure forming with a very familiar symbol on their clothing, and he had to get to them - fast.
He grabbed the new page's arm, pulling her to her feet.
"Hi," said Celsus with a grin. "Welcome to the Knights of Chronos."

He had no time to respond to Benitoite, though he would have loved to. The anger had consumed him so far, there was nothing for him to do but to release it.
The shockwave hit him without him even realizing it, at least not until he'd been knocked back and thrown to the ground. The impact jarred him, forced the air from his lungs and made it suddenly difficult to breathe. He gasped, suddenly filled with so much anger he wanted to do nothing more than scream and break something apart, and then the air rushed into his lungs again and when he breathed out, all the anger was gone.
He pushed himself up with his hands, looking around to try and make sense of what was going on. Things looked different from his place on the ground. He coughed as he continued to get his lungs back to working properly, quickly looking around as he heard Pasiphae calling to him.
"I-I'm over here!" he said, struggling to his feet, stumbling a little but eventually returning upright. He coughed again and brought a hand to his chest to rub it, taking a few more deep breaths to keep the oxygen flowing. "Are you alright? s**t, what was that?"

What the ********, talking cat. Somehow, in three weeks in space, Keren had missed the part about talking cats. However, this cat, in very catlike fashion, wanted what it wanted and was not going to take into account what the people here wanted. "Hey!" snapped Keren, looking from the cat to the sniffling child in front of her. Keren hadn't meant to make a little kid cry - she'd just been asking a question. But - well, mean cat. She made a flat face at the cat, not in the mood for these shenanigans. She wanted to be alone to cry, or with the little senshi to cry: not with the cat to cry. "Can't you see she's scared? She's just a little one of those superhero things. All the people out there are huge!" It just didn't seem fair to her! ((OOC: Sorry, guys, gotta go. D smile )

There was a rush, a pulse and Roxy found herself knocked off her feet and hitting the ground hard.
It seemed like it hit everyone, she realized as looked upon her surroundings, seeing many people in a similar situation. There was a creature with the ability to do this, the wave of fear that filled her body seemed to multiple even just for that moment and her yellow eyes grew wider.
"Oh god.. oh god..." she muttered, staying low to the ground as she could in order to make herself a little inconspicuous. Roxy crawled on her hands and knees, even though her arm felt a little woobly from when she landed.
There was at least a little silver lining, and a completion to that deja vu from earlier. "Green!" Roxy called out, her voice trembling from her anxiety. She crawled faster to the familiar face.

Suddenly the ground moved under her and she faultered, staring at the ground for a moment. She went down to pat it (hey, she'd been there too). Her hand got within an inch and then she was flying again. The Page rubbed the back of her head, her hood falling off and around her shoulders.
And then someone pulled on her arm and she was standing, and talking to someone with the same symbol as her on his clothes.
"Ah, thanks. At least I'm not dead, is all I can really say at the moment," she chuckled softly, lilac eyes moving back to the dragon. "That think just doesn't like us, eh?"
She didn't care for it either.
It had killed Raven, and herself.
It had to die.
