(belly flop on concrete... I've done it on dirt/grass, and got the wind knocked out of me for like 20seconds, concrete... eek *shivers*)
MIya looked at Kyo. 'wow... that power comes with a small temper' Miya thought. Misa sighed. "We need training Miyako, get some time off from school and train!" Misa said angrily then disappeared.
Miya made a face. "since when was she my boss?!" MIya complained. She looekd at her watch and freaked."omigod I need to get to school! lunch is just about over!!!" MIya then darted back to her school. 'and I didn't even get to eat my luuuunch!' Miya thought putting her hand on her grumbling stomach.

sizume sighed. "well. what now. that was quick" she paused thinking 'what was with that guy' seishin popped out. "we need to train too. that guy was strong." "ya but" "sizume" he grabbed her shoulders "he could easily kill you as he had just saved you." she paused and seishin turned back into a staff "how about in the spirit world? we can sestroy all we want there and get stronger. you should try practising you second transformation there." "good idea seishin, if i can get that down i could probably even face kyo."

Miya ran onto the roof and grabbed her lunch and then ran to her class. She sat down and ate what she could before the bell. She then sat through the rest of the classes. 'oh right! I have Gymnastics practice tonight! I should tell Sizume... where were we having it again?... oh right at that gym "(because the other one was destroyed wink ) Miya finished her work and waited for the bell. I wonder how Sizume is doing..."

Miya was on the bus with the rest of the gymnists. when they arrived everyone walked into the gym and changed thier shoes. MIya noticed Sizume. 'ACK! I forgot to text her about the practice!! I hope she isn't mad at me!oh but right now isn't the time to chat I have to practice!' Miya thought then ran to the gym floor. THe coach gave the instructions and Everyone nodded. They all got into partners to strech.

the coach talked to sizume and nodded. sizume walked over to the group and started stretching, she wore the same clothes as the others.

Miya flinched a bit when Sizume walked over. After they finished the stretching everyone got ready for thier routine. ( gonk IDK HOW GYMNASTIC RUTINS ARE!!) One by one the members. went and did a flip onto a mat from a trampoline. when it was miya's turn she took some steps back and ran to the trampoline. Miya jumped and did a sumersalt in mid-air and landed cleanly. Then the next person came.

Miya flinched when Kyo fell through the window. 'what the hell is this...' Miya thought. Everyone ran away a bit frightened into the changerooms. And of course Miya was dragged into the changerooms too. She mouthed the words 'help'. Misa appeared behind Kyo and clapped. " what an entrance, you sent a bunch of people screaming!" Miya laughed. " so what would bring a busy lad like you here?" Miya asked
