The Puppets are not being even discussed officially right now. But I guess that if they indeed end without a class, they'd end up being a 'branch' of the WM Class.

I would like to suggest a 24 hour waiting rule.
The rule:
After being frozen for more than 24 hours, a player is able to move on without the inactive character. This can only be done if the inactive party has not notified the party they are rping with a reason for being inactive ahead of time.
Benefits: Encourages people to stay active so they don't get left behind Activity goes up RP is not frozen for such a long time
Cons: People get left behind in the RP
Comments: This is just a suggestion, thought it might be helpful since the poor Kazekage has been sitting there for four days waiting for two people to reply. It's kind of froze up the whole Kazekage office.

Though I may be new here, and lack certain influence in this guild, I second this notion. It has happened countless times in many guilds I've been a part of, and it was mostly the cause for said guilds' decline. Which then led to the unceremonious 'closing' of those guilds. I have only just started here, and would hate to have to be on the market for yet another Naruto group to gain experience from.

We just started one or two months ago, and if someone doesn't post in 24 hours, it's not the end of the world. At tops, I would say make it a 48 hour rule or something. Sure, being active is nice, but not everyone has the liberty of being on often enough to make a post every day.

24 is just a number. You guys can adjust it to whatever you see fit but I'm just suggesting some type of rule like that. It's just to prevent from one person holding up the rp from possibly more than one other person.

People should feel free to unfreeze their characters and move on to different places.
If you need to go back and resolve posts with a slower poster, you can do that as well, just make sure you keep the general time-line in order and realize that the continued conversation is now in the past, so it's kind of lack a flashback reveal after your character has already moved on to do other things.

Sure, being active is nice, but not everyone has the liberty of being on often enough to make a post every day. Just because one person can't post ONCE per day, doesn't mean someone else has to be tied up... I think it's a fair thing to say that if you're RPing with someone else and have interweave your character's story lines and actions... you can find the time to post at least once a day. If not, then you should be able to get word to that person and let them know they can move on without you.

Led me to being left behind in a pile of RP posts where I didn't feel like RPing anymore. Of course, that post was under the assumption that someone hadn't notified those they're RPing with of their absence.

I understand that life hits hard sometimes, but in such instances, this rule helps to protect both parties... The one on the other end can continue RPing, and the one returning feels no obligation to make catch-up posts... they can simply bring their character back into the scene later and make up what happened in the period in between.

Sorry to interrupt..but I have a quick question...are all the cursemarks open for application at the moment? Because I believe I would like to apply for one.

Malfrost Sorry to interrupt..but I have a quick question...are all the cursemarks open for application at the moment? Because I believe I would like to apply for one. You can go through the application process for them, but you can't quest for them until the lands are open. To be honest, it might be a few weeks before we have the dungeons and clues set up for even a few of the cursemarks. I'll work on the ones that get approved applications first so there's minimal waiting time between getting approved and being able to quest for the cursemark. Because the delay is on my part, the time it takes me to get the stuff set up won't count against the total amount of time you have to get the cursemark.

Azn's concern is completely correct. I've been sitting around there, waiting to respond to Azn's own character for a few days. Lance hasn't responded for even longer, I'm still waiting for Mal and Ron to continue. Excuse me for slacking the RP, I'm just wanting to give you enough to write, Azn.

Then act as if all your conversations with the others have been finished and bring Azn's character into your office. Realistically, one person would only come into the kage's office at a time so just pretend like there have been multiple meetings in a day and treat each of them individually, while feeling free to denote where your character's MOST RECENT actions are.
{{Note: this is okay for a Kage to do in his office... yeah it looks like he can be 4 places at once, but he's the kage, and there are a lot of Genin, so it's understandable and somewhat required}}
