Fenrir walked back into the Training Room and looked up the first skill on the General Skills list that interested him. The Ki Barrage technique caught his eye, but mostly because he didn't really believe it. After all how was he supposed to fire energy blasts? This was starting to sound like something out of a comic book.
Still, he had seem some pretty strange and unbelievable things since he'd come to this island. Perhaps they were right when they said they could unlock his true hidden potential. Fenrir took shelter under a serene blooming tree and started to meditate.
He sat under that tree for hours it seemed, never moving so much as an inch. He focused on feeling his own energy, his "Ki" as the people here called it. Slowly he opened the pathways and brought them to his hands. Finally he opened his eyes and saw that his hands were glowing with a dark blue hue.
Fenrir stood up and the Training Room materialized five flying plates for him, perfect for target practice. He raised his hands and fired up to five blasts of energy which punched the plates out of the air and shattered them into tiny pieces. It was like he could make his fists travel now, giving him his first ranged attack. Fenrir was sure it would become priceless in the near future.

Angel entered the training room and immediatly found a spot to begin her training. She sat down and read the moves in stage one before begining. The fighting position sounded weird, but at least it kept her hands free. Though it wasn't as bad as rolling around on the ground. She'd gotten some new bruises from her training.
Since cardio exercise and running were recomened she decided to start of with some running. She took a look at the training room. It was big and if she kept to the walls she would be able to run in here. So that was what she did. Being a gymnast, she already was in really good shape, so the running came easy.
After about thirty laps around she came to a slow halt and put her hand on her knees as she bent over. That was enough cardio exercise for one day. She'd never run that much before at one time. And the training room was HUGE. Her legs, no her whole body felt like jello.
After a bit of rest she straightened up and started to practice the fighting stance. She kept low and started sweeping her feet back while bouncing on the balls of her feet. Then she spread her arms out and kept them forward. She did that for a while before she got the hang of it and got into a rythem. Boy was it hard at first. It knocked her off balance. But once she got a rythem she was good.
She soon got the hang of it and stopped falling over. She practiced for a while. She even practied stopping and starting again. Once she could do it with ease she stopped and sat down. She'd done it.
Stage one of Capoeira learned.

Fenrir stopped what he was doing and glanced at Angel, who looked like she's just ran across the island. "What kind of style is that?" He asked in a standoffish tone as he walked up to her. His training could wait for a moment if it was the style he thought it was.

Darion looked around the area and saw Angel and Fenrir.He walked up to Fenrir and looked at him for a moment."Hey Fenrir, Do you know any General Skills that you could tutor me in?"Darion asked while tilting his head a little.Darion's eyes were still seeing peoples chi.It seemed to last awhile.He had hoped Fenrir's Chi wouldn't get spiked due to his presence.

Fenrir glanced at Darion, and his chi was set on alert. It wasn't hostile, but simply ready and on alert. "Maybe. Do you have the Level 1 General Skills book?" He asked, meanwhile keeping close to Angel.

Darion watched his chi carefully."Of course I do, What you think i wouldn't come prepared?" Darion said as he laughed a bit and held out the General Skills book.

☠BURNING DRAGON☠ ❝Your end will come soon, simply burn within the flames and realize your errors...❞ L e v e l 1X|X H e l l ' s G r a s p  Kappa enters the Training Room and grips his shoulder, suddenly feeling a sharp and deep pain in it, he needed to shrug it off and keep going, he needed to train:
Kappa opened the first book and began on his first skill, he might've needed this in the future, so he made sure to do this perfectly and not screw up the first time. Kappa saw a nearby illusion walk up to him, it was Izawa, holding a large knife. Izawa charged up to Kappa and struck with the knife only to be dodged by him with a quick sidestep, the blade nearly missed him and it seemed that Kappa had missed his chance to strike.

Izawa turned with a fierce look in his eye and charged once again, Kappa could feel a deep pain in his chest once again but he shrugged it off quickly as he saw Izawa coming in with a strong stab to his stomach, he ran his hand over the bladed knife and covered it with ki, the blade broke in half just before it stabbed Kappa in the stomach, this was good, this meant that he had succeeded in the dulling the knife to uselesness when used in an attempt to kill.

Kappa saw Izawa stand and charge at him with a strong kick to his midsection, he dodged with another sidestep and saw Izawa reach to grab throat in order to choke him but what he didn't expect was Kappa gripping onto the sides of Izawa's head and sent off two headbutts before staggering back and clutching his forehead in pain, he regained his composure shortly after.

Kappa needed to try again and he even saw that Izawa was getting up after being struck by those headbutts, he needed to do it three times successfully. Izawa charged in with a fist ready to strike Kappa in the stomach, but he didn't know that Kappa was ready for something like that, he sidestepped his punch, gripped the sides of his head and struck heads with him, 3 times. On the third headbutt, Izawa fell, clutching his forehead in pain and Kappa still stood, clutching his own as he felt a tad dizzy.

Kappa turns to walk away yet sees Izawa coming up from behind with a ferocious roar of anger, looks like Kappa could go again and try the move once more, he gripped the sides of Izawa's head and struck him forhead to forehead three times without stopping, hitting as hard as he could and caused Izawa to fall back and clutch his forehead, rolling around in pain.

Kappa charges and grips the sides of Izawa's head and slams his head against Izawa's with a strong thrust of his fury. Izawa falls back and yells out as blood comes down from his forehead and he screams out in pain, holding his head in pain.

Izawa stands himself up and glares at Kappa with fists clenched, he charges at him yet is unprepared for what happens next, Kappa charges and brings down his fist on Izawa yet misses and loses his balance but quickly regains it, and turns to face Izawa.

Kappa charges at Izawa as he stumbles a little from being struck in the head before, he brings his fist down on Izawa's head and stuck him in the top of his head and brought his fist down with authority, causing Izawa to slam into the ground face first and yell in pain, Kappa grinned and gripped his arm a little.

Kappa stood himself up yet saw that Izawa was running for him again with a roar of pure fury, he wasn't going to be beaten, not by someone like him, yet he was shocked when he saw the same fist rise and drop down upon his head once again with monstrous strength, Izawa was soon kissing the ground and grunting in pain.

Kappa brings his fist up one more time on Izawa just as was getting up and dropped the fist down hard upon the back of his head with great strength and speed, causing him to smack into the ground, create a tiny crater and then disappear as an illusion. Kappa cracks his knuckles and his neck with a grin.

Angel looked up from her book when Fenrir came up to her. She had been reading the next skill. She grinned at him. "Capoeira!" she said excitedly. Her eyes were shining and held a determination there and showed she was enjoying herself. It had been a while since she'd put in this much hard work into something.
When Darion joined them she grinned and waved. "Hey Darion, sorry I didn't wait up," she said. She noticed the way Fenrir was standing, close to her and on guard. She sighed and stood up. "Down Fido," she said and moved a little away from him.

"I thought so." Fenrir replied to Angel and then moved over to the Training Room's exit. "You two, follow me." He said to Angel and Darion before leaving. He could help train them both to some degree.

Angel blinked at the command. Then sighed and followed. "He needs trained, " she joked to Darion.

Darion watched Angel leave with only one thing on his mind. Angel, what and interesting girl she was...Darion though as he followed.

When Elise stepped into the training room, only to move to the other side of the room. When she closed her eyes, she began to think of her life before this place. When she opened them, Alec stood right in front of her. She let herself be embraced by the projection of Alec. Everything about him was perfected, from his soft brown hair, to his black socks he always wore when indoors. She knew it wasn't real, but at least she could see him again. She almost felt guilty about telling Fenrir that she didn't care about Alec, in truth she loved him.
But this was not why she called him here, and the projection of Alec knew it very well. Elise stepped back and looked at Alec, he stood there as quiet as ever, when he got into his own stance, Elise smirked. Knowing that it was time to start, Elise first took out the book on Wing Chun. Up next was Straight Blast.

Straight Blast was a combo of four punches to the neck/throat, then a quick elbow. The elbow would be the most vital attack in the combo if Elise were to strike at someones chest with enough impact. She put aside the book as she clenched her fist and got into her stance.

Dashing toward Alec, Elise aimed a punch at Alec's neck, but the man was already one step ahead of her and caught her first first and instantly twisting it, bringing pain to Elise. Then he pushed her back, causing her to fall on the ground. Finally, Alec's calm and soothing voice could be heard. "Remember your training Elise." He said reassuringly.

When Elise stood up, she dusted herself off as she looked at Alec. Always provide a smaller distraction, it will cause the opponent to become open to attacks much easier. Dashing toward Alec, Elise suddenly stomped on his foot, or at least tried. Alec focused entirely on moving his foot that he did not see the strike coming at his neck. Once the first strike hit, Elise sent blinding punches at his throat once more, ending the combo with a sudden twist and an elbow to Alec's jaw.

The projection faded, only to come back again, in perfect condition. Elise picked up the book once more, only to find the skill 'Lunging Punch' next.With a power like this, Elise could easily break through the defense that someone holds up and not take damage like she might have.

For this skill to work, Elise would have to use her ki to propel her forward, using a great amount of ki in the process. She took the time to build up her ki while Alec stood there simply smiling at Elise. It almost made her want to jump into his arms like old times and savor the moment that she could see him in this brilliant room.

Now was not the time for fantasies, it almost pained her to see him and not be able to be with him other than this room. But her thoughts were quickly reverted to the training at hand. She stood up straight as she focused on the unguarded Alec, the air around her began to ripple as her ki began to expel from her body.

Suddenly, she shot forward at Alec at great speeds. The sudden expulsion of ki caught the man off guard, allowing Elise to strike him right in the gut, pushing him back several feet as well. Once again, the picture faded, only to come back again.
4/4 Lunging Punch learned.

When Elise had finished with her training, she looked up at Alec and smiled, "Can you say it just one last time for me?" She knew the he knew what she was talking about.

When Alec wandered into the large training room, he saw Elise standing there, in front of another...him. This must have been a projection, he was standing right here, and Elise was... well she was gone! But here she stood, as gorgeous as ever. If this was really her, then this must be fate, or maybe Mr. Akasun planned this? Ether way he was happy.
When he moved in closer, she said something about saying it one last time. He instantly remembered. It was her favorite quote from Alec. "Just open your eyes and let things unravel," He spoke in unison with the projection, "because it only takes an open heart to fall in love with me." At that time, the projection of himself faded away, leaving Elise with her back turned just a few feet away from Alec.
