"Anyone got breakfast? I think they're hungry" Ganchou said on the radio, noting their moans. Shrugging, he clicked his radio twice and said "Yes, you can have some fun now. Giant castle in the city, at it's front gates. Calling in that package now too. Half Fragmentation, Quarter White Phosphorous, Quarter Greek Fire. Fire for effect in 3, 2, 1. Fire." There was a slight whistling, and 20 arrows fell from the sky directly on the advancing hoard. Half of them hit the ground and exploded, covering the area with explosive tags. The other half split into greek fire and white phospherous respectively, and started an inferno in front of the gates. A figure leaped and bounded through the city, chopping off the heads of "zombies" as she passed, before leaping up and landing on the ramparts next to Ganchou. "Jeeze, making me miss the party just to get that? You better not do that again." Six said, punching him in the shoulder. Giving a grin, she readied for the next part of the battle. Ganchou sighed.

With Howaido on the outskirts of the area and having gotten no reply from San earlier he was a little worried. It was evident big things were happening off in the distance, he wanted to get there and help, but he couldnt just charge in wildly either. He got slightly closer till he was about 5 miles away, still close enough to see the large amount of activity. "San, are you alright, copy?"

the cloud above San's shoulder drifted over to James' shoulder where it came to rest but soon started buzzing into words again.
"hey james. just a thought. but i can restrict it's movements probably so if you want to you could get easier targets on the weakpoints with that ice weapon of yours. just tell me where and i'll do that."
it said and the swirling cloud high in the air began to shift so that i was now directly overhead of the giant.

A sense of alarm rose up through Bast’s body as the creatures below reformed. Her Chakra fluctuated slightly and the Furyuu let out a larger blast than before, one which would eliminate all of the enemies trying to scale her Northern post. Unfortunately, because of this fluctuation, the technique also ended.

After noticing the zombies’ spawning point was the ground itself, the woman wrote a seal quickly and activated the Barrier Seal just as San’s Raiton Chakra entered her system. This had the unfortunate side-effect of discharging the Raiton technique in to the barrier, which was set to coat the ground below in a physical-resistance manner, causing bursts of electricity to arc across its surface. The technique would hopefully stop the regeneration of the enemies, or at least prevent their advance.

“Sorry about that, San! I would suggest pulling out all of the stops for that big guy over there!” Bast called to the ANBU before turning to Ganchou. "Don't screw this up! We're counting on you!"

While Bast was busy fighting off enemies, Anima slipped her hand away from the woman’s grasp and lifted a scroll off of the other’s person. She unfurled the seal-filled scroll and located several summoning marks, and immediately set about summoning their contents. A plume of smoke immediately enveloped the lady, and there was the sound of a crunch as some of the masonry shifted. The silhouette of a large biscuit hammer became visible, along with the outlines of something furry & masked and two large sets of wings. Mononoke, the Princess, and two Hoatzins had arrived and were awaiting orders.

They got them.

While the Princess jumped off to swing her hammer at the giant’s chest with a magnificent amount of force and small amounts of the masonry crumbled behind her, Mononoke climbed on to one of the two Hoatzins and rode it upward to observe the situation more clearly. The final bird remained unclaimed, but hopped away from the destroyed masonry alongside Anima. The lady had re-rolled Bast’s scroll and had informed the latter of the small damage done to the castle.

Bast jumped over to San and sent Doton Chakra to her hand. When she landed, she prodded the ANBU with the Chakra and donated it to his technique. There was a surprise, though: Anima had joined in on the attack.

Anima, spotting a sudden movement of the resident Miyamoto to the Satetsu, decided to help. She appeared behind the two and placed a hand on the backs of each, sending a D-Ranked amount of Katon Chakra to San via Bast and donating an E-Ranked amount of Katon Chakra to the boy directly. She was slightly curious as to the outcome of the technique, though it did not show.

Receiving the Raiton Chakra from San was easy enough, but thinking of something to do with it was difficult at first. It happened to be, though, that the amount of Chakra received was adequate enough to work with a Reppuushou, so that's exactly how Bast used it. She launched the Korabo technique at the giant alongside the other attacks.

Anima accepted San's Raiton Chakra and immediately set about using it. With a single hand seal, the lady activated Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Air Pocket Bursts), making many large air pockets that filled the destroyed section of castle and burst, sending electricity racing over the walls and hopefully preventing the area from being breached by any hopeful zombies.
