~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~
Body: Majorly white, with the shading given a blue tinge and swirling designs in teal glowing a slight, brighter teal and faded bright teal beneath it. Lines should definitely be colored.
Face: Inner ears are red. Same sorts of marking found on the body, see ref.
Mane: Slightly green blue, plenty of highlights. Windblown.
Tail: Same as mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Red-burgundy hooves.

~*~ Physical Traits ~*~
Other Notes: Eyes closed, with frosty tears running down her face. Mouth should be open and she should be exhaling a breath of air, like your own breath on a cold day, but sparkled and colored very palely, as though it were magic. There should be a large pile of snow in the crook of her back and a bit on her hindquarters, all dripping water as though it were melting. The snow on her back should be shedding water in nearly a river, and it should pool around her feet (barely splashing). Three burgundy/black butterflies should be floating about her head somewhere. I'd like the face thinned a bit, too. The hair should be edited like the ref. Ref has everything you need. <3

~*~ Accessories & Edits ~*~
Custom Items: There should be a frosted, kite shaped, blue gem in the center of her chest, with a bit of snow on the top and the gem itself textured. The right back leg should feature a silver clasp with two burgundy feathers.
I'd be fantastic if you could include the bird thats in the ref but, if not, I'll get it as a familiar eventually. <3

Body: Sort of patterend like a koi fish? Mostly white, with speckelings black?
Face: A Pale tangerine/pink artistic japanese makeup. Slanted eyeliner, maybe a lip line, or the dots below the inner corner of her eyes. Sort of a Geisha feel without being actual geisha makeup. Lots of artistic freedom.
Mane: Something vaugely inspired by Princess Kaguya? -link below-
Somewere worked into it I would like a Lotus blossom tucked into her hair, maybe with a few falling petals. Instead of the standard white I would like it to be the sort of tangerine color. Black Hair. Gold ornaments.
Tail: Same Inspiration
Hooves/Fetlocks: continue on with the koi patterning, maybe fringeing the fetlocks with black And perhaps add a bit of the tangerine/pink color at the very bottom? Just to sort of even it out. No edits.
