Ravynne Sidhe `Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven. Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the nightly shore - Yeah. Though it's getting tiresome of people telling me to run from him. If I'm actually happy and making the plans to move out, then that's a good thing.
Also I nearly choked to death on coconut cake. Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!' Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.' Understandable just be sure not to let your desire to get away from you mom cloud your better judgment. I can't comment on your situation since I really don't know anything about the guy or your friends concerns so yeah just don't be stupid about it razz . Well duh. Coconut is disgusting... Well most coconut is disgusting and it's a natural laxative.

violette lumineux Another uneventful day. Super stressed, still sick, oiy. I've never liked Valentine's Day, but I always wish someone would do something above and beyond for me. neutral I feel you. I spent the first half of yesterday evening being grumpy because Brad didn't actually plan anything. the evening turned out fun and he really did treat me to a nice dinner, but I guess I was hoping for something bigger. I'm going to talk to him about it tonight though. I don't normally care for grand sweeping gestures, but now and then they're nice, you know?

We don't live together, so we didn't do anything. I know I didn't expect anything, but he didn't even say anything about it to me. I know it's my fault because I rant about V-day, but I would've loved a sweet text. :[ And now I'm frustrated. I want the AFK scarf, but I can't buy anything. My password is saved to my computer, and my computer is at my fiance's friend house awaiting being fixed. AND I can't reset my password because I need to know my password.

I may be rationalizing, however I guess all the flustered emotions took it's toll so I just broke down when I saw his status updates. It felt like everything was shattering but really it was just the tip of the iceberg. Good thing he didn't call me. I wouldn't be able to think rationally. I am going to talk to him about the whole "I love you" thing later...which would probably set him through a loop..but blah. Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!' Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

Oh geez. You know how God sometimes pushes you somewhere? That's totally happening RIGHT NOW.
Back story before we get to my predicament: I've spent two summers interning with Project Transformations, where roughly 100 interns run an eight week day camp for inner city kids in Dallas at nine different churches. Each time of about 8-10 has a site coordinator, who does the paper work, acts as team leader, and in essence acts as the "principal" for discipline problems. There's also a reading coordinator who runs the reading program we do in the mornings. I thought about applying for sit coordinator, but eventually decided I wasn't spiritually in a place to be a team leader. I filled out the regular intern application, not the site coordinator application, but I checked the box saying I'd be willing to be a reading coordinator.
Just got a call from the program asking me about my interest in being a site coordinator at a different church this coming summer. I'm wondering if she's calling the wrong person because, like I said, I never filled out the site coordinator application, or is she misspoke and meant reading coordinator.
But this whole thing has me all torn now. I've been with the same kids for two summers, and I've bonded with them. I was really looking forward to seeing them again. But it's entirely possible that they're approaching me about being a site coordinator at this other site because this will be my third summer, meaning I'll be one of the most experienced interns there. I was really considering this, but I feel like this is a HUGE sign that site coordinator is where I need to be this summer. But I'll miss my kids and stuff. But I mean.... they came to me.... meaning I think this is probably what I should do. I mean, this is basically God hitting me over the head, right?
AHHH THIS IS SO HARD. I'm thinking maybe I should just "let go and let God" for lack of a better phrase. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO D: Aaahhhhh. I have to call back tomorrow and talk with the staff there. AHHHH.

I'm just curious, are my topics too foreign? Do I need to bring up more familiar texts? If I'm going too deep or too far off into unfamiliar territory let me know. I can stick with more familiar texts in the Canon until you guys are feeling more comfortable with branching out into the Nag Hammadi Scriptures. @freelance Go where you need to do the most shaking up of things. You have a good grasp of Christianity in general and where people are missing the mark help them get back on mark. People like you are needed to help keep the Way alive and going. 2 Corinthians 7 8 Even if I caused you by my letter, I do not regret it. Though I did regret it—I see that my letter hurt you, but only for a little while— 9 yet now I am happy, not because you were made , but because your led you to . For you became as God intended and so were not harmed in any way by us. 10 Godly brings that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly brings death.

Yeah. I guess my fear is that since I have really liberal and unorthodox beliefs, I'll be met with opposition or something. Maybe you're right though, and that is something I need to do. I just called my mom, but she told me she felt this was a choice I'm going to have to make on my own.
This just really feels like some giant cosmic sign I should be paying attention to. I'm going to call them tomorrow and talk to them, and I guess I'll make my decision then. I know I'm capable of the job, I'm just not sure if it's the best spot for me or not.
As for your topics, I like most of them. Some are just out of my realm of knowledge or require a lot of reading, and I lack the time to read all of it. Some I just don't have an opinion on xD

I personally just don't know as much about everything like that. XD I'm still reading through the Bible. >.< Ugh, I cut my finger super deep tonight. It ALMOST makes me hate bagels. But my New Yorker in me says otherwise.

`Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven. Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the nightly shore - Well I got the clarification I needed, so all is right in the world. I feel happier knowing what's going on, and less confused. What could happen, would've happened. And the lovely thing about the future is....anything can happen. smile
As far as the topics, I do read them. I just multi-task and forget to comment on them. .__. Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!' Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'
