Jeremy gave a nod and took off his shoes and t-shirt. He put them on one of the chairs as he walked over to the stairs. He bit his lip nervously looking down at the water

Avery walked down in to the water it went to her waist, "Come on...I wont let you drown.....Swear," she said smiling at him, and held out her hand.

Jeremy nodded stiffly, slowly walking into the water. He lightly took her hand, "I must be pathetic t-to you"

"r-really?" He said looking at her then smiled weakly. He looked down at the water seeing how it only went to his waist. "this...is a bit better"

Avery smiled, "Your doing fine, now come on" she said as she started to walked backwards, in tot eh water.

Avery stopped pulling, and wrapped her arms around his neck, "Just dont think about it....I wont let you get hurt i swear," she said hugging him, and blushing a little feeling her skin touching his.

Avery leaned back and kissed his cheek, "Alright, now.." she said taking both of his hands, "Im going to help you learn to swim, and we dont have to leave the shallow end," she said smiling brightly, putting her hair in a ponytail then taking his hands again, "Alright first, i want you to take a step to the left, so the water gets a little deeper."

Jeremy nodded slowly. He stiffly took a step to the left, feeling the water raise a bit. "S-so your really determined to g-get me swimming"
