He heard Coralie's words, and for a moment turned his head to look at her in a manner that most closely resembled a kicked puppy. Almost as if despite the usefulness of her suggestion... separating himself from her and LW's side was the last thing he wanted to do.

In fact, he'd been about ready to tell the reaper that when the machines decided to charge his way again. It was only fast reflexes... and his wings, actually, that saved him. He jumped up in the airs, the bony fingers of his wings spread and then pounced down on the machines, lifting a fisted hand up before bringing it down with a resounding clank. Then, he jumped off and bared his fangs at the retreating machines.

It was only when the things had changed direction that he finally turned back to the ghouls, "No..." it was almost amazing how he could go from growling to... pouting in almost a split second, "I'm not leaving, Cora. I don't think I could, even if I wanted to," and maybe, just maybe... he'd tell her just why later.

Carry threw down the silly laundry weapons. This was lame. It was FIST TIME INSTEAD! Running up to the washing machine to give it a swift kick to the side. But, instead of kicking anything, she slipped on some soapy water and landed on her a**. >_>

Coralie was not surprised at his refusal. In fact, his pout seemed to make her smile. She waved a hand in his direction, as if to wave away the suggestion. "Fine, fine, do as you like." And she knew he would and she didn't seem too upset about it. She called up to him where he was bashing against the machines, "Give 'em a good wack for me!"

As one of the machines tottered in her direction, Coralie gave it a nice shove, mainly to keep it away. It managed to send the machine bumping into the other one though, apparently causing some damage. She raised her brows. "Hu! Well I guess that worked."

People were punching the washers? And even Yaya was full on attacking it? Well...well maybe...

Riley had the right idea though. Junko had done enough kicking in Christmas Town but..it didn't hurt to try, right? Okay, maybe it did but she still would do better than throwing things. Junko hurried after Riley and aimed to not get her foot eaten by one of the machines.

Instead she missed completely, slipping on a part of wet floor and landing flat on her a** with a hiss of pain. Owwww!

While the other students were having various success rates in landing a blow, Maritess continued to struggle against the clotheslines she was tangled up in. In the midst of frantic wing-flapping, the wool sweater slipped out of her grip and fell uselessly to the ground.

"C-could someone help me, please?" she whimpered from the air, uncertain whether the other students or even Red would answer.

The washer and dryer duo continued to stumble and bounce around as the students attacked it, dealing almost twice as much damage. The washing machine stumbled to a halt, sitting there in the middle of the room while the dryer continued to flail about, barely missing students as it bounced around.

Professor Red jumped as Israfel's toterror lived up to its species name and terrorized her. The professor spun around, attemping to see where it went. The result merely gave the minpet a wild ride before the professor stopped, crossing her arms. "Well," she began, "If you want to hang out there, then fine. Just be quiet about it!" The professor paused, adding, "Unless you want to cheer and boo and whatnot. Then you might be better off perching on my shoulder or head for a better view."

Professor Red's attention turned to Coralie as she spoke. "That's because you haven't learned what Fear really is," the teacher pointed out, "You would do well to attend one of my classes in the future to find out how to use it. Your physical strength doesn't matter -- your Fear strength does."

"Raziel! Nice kick, good form! Lizzy! Good thinking, projecting your Fear onto that thread to attack it! Hadiyya! Good thinking, but don't be so rigid! Relax a bit the next time you hit, and you won't have as much recoil." Red called out, looking approvingly.

At least, until Amrita attacked. "Nice throw!" She shouted, raising her hands to applaud the undead ghoul. "THAT is the amount of Fear you want to strive for each and every time you attack!"

"The rest of you, keep it up! And -- watch it!"

Morton went from pouting... straight back to growling as the washing machine duo approached once more. Or technically, no, that wasn't right. The washing machine seemed to have stopped in the middle of the room for some reason; the dryer charged straight for him, barely missing him. He offered the dryer an annoyed growl before focusing his attention on the washing machine.

The gargoyle hesitated only a second before he lowered his head and rammed his skull and horns straight into the thing's side, moving it a few inches, not to mention resulting in a rather loud, resounding 'clank'. He never stopped to figure out just what it was doing sitting there still in the middle of the room... after all, he was a one track mind sort of boil, and right now his mind was telling him to attack and protect that what was his.

Lifting a hand to rub at his head, he stumbled back after his attack, turning to make sure both reaper and werewolf were still doing okay, "I don't think you suck at all," he told LW, "I just think we're at a bit of a disadvantage here. S'all!" he rubbed at his head again and offered Cora a smirk, "I do what I want!" except, not really, but whatever.
