Dash  "It's not like I feel his pain." Gymmyk muttered, his smile still across his face. "Go ahead and torture Dash..." He muttered, taking a smoke of his kiseru and blowing the smoke in Ashtara's face. "b***h." Dash put his hand to his forehead. "She wants to hurt you, you dumb b*****d." Dash said with a frown. Gymmyk frowned, waving the smoke away with his hand. "Eheheheh..." He muttered with a smile.

Seeing as her comment was not having its intended effect, Laura said, "Save the torture for our enemies." Laura was glad to see that they were coming within view of the city, so now it was easily visible without having to use her far-seeing spell.

(wooh, after a long vacation and a very long timee of catching up in school, I have come back to roleplay once more. to tell the truth, I had pretty much forgot about gaia.)

(( Finally! I was waiting for someone to get the action going. I've just been prolonging the walk because I don't know what will be in the city yet. sweatdrop ))
"Yes," replied Laura. "Even demons need allies." While giving Gymmyk a smile, she added, "Plus I make sure to look out for for those people who actually show me the respect I deserve, so I wouldn't mess with him then." Magic seemed to flare up within her eyes as she gave Ashtara a quick glare.

"Hehe, you'll just have to beat me and find ou-" I didn't let her finish her sentence before I punched her hard in the temple. It made her pass out of course.
Standing up and brushing myself off I heard a small gasp of air behind me. "Wh-what the bloody hell was that?!" Kid asked scared out of her mind. "You! Old hag! What did you do to me?!" she demanded an explanation and stood up ready to fight again. "Calm down you brat! Do you think you're in any shape to fight me right now?" I answered walking toward her and turned facing the direction she was facing. "You have an ability but don't know how to use it."
"Shut up!" she yelled elbowing my stomach and giving me a back kick to knock me away. "I'll show you! This time your arse is gonna get flattened!" she exclaimed pulling a a rod out of her pocket, which expanded and grew a rather large hammer. "Mjollnir!" she yelled and electricity arched from the hammer.
"Mjollnir...?!" I thought, "What was that from....its Nordic isn't it?" pausing to think about that was a bad idea as I looked up a large hammer the size of Tina's axe was falling fast over me. I lept back several feet only to witness the hammer create a giant hole and take down a couple buildings surrounding the blast.

"That will be quite enough out of you two!" yelled a gruff voice. We both turned to see a rather large man in a well worn uniform walking toward us, following him were what looked like several armed soldiers. "Yeah? You ain't gonna stop this ya bloody wanker!" Kid taunted focusing her attention on the man in the uniform. "Oh we'll make you two stop, by order of his majesty!" the man claimed and order the soldiers to surround us.
"You won't get us down that easy. We can clearly take out everyone here in one swift movement." I coaxed getting my spear ready. "Yeah! An' ya jus' saw what I did with this hammer o' mine!" Kid boasted with me. "Oh? No no no you two ladies have it wrong, they will be carrying your bodies back with us. NOW!" the man yelled and a couple soldiers on nearby roof tops shot something at us. a pair of collars wrapped around our necks; "Wha? Do you really think this will take us down mate?" Kid asked sarcastically. "Stop, don't taunt them further." I instructed to Kid. "These are shock collars. Yes. But these work both ways. These can power us down." I walked toward the man giving orders; "What is it you want of us?" I asked sternly. "'He' saw you two fight and would like you two to join in the Colosseum. And you two don't have much of a choice in the matter either." he boasted yanking on the chord connecting my collar and dragging my back a bit. "Tch, you sorry...I'll get you fer this!" Kid threatened.
"Now then follow us..." the large man said turning and leading the way.

Laura quickened her pace as the city grew near. She had grown tired of all the walking and was beginning to get impatient. Standing in front of the city gates, Laura did a dramatic flourish with her hands and announced, "We have arrived."

They threw us in the back of some truck with no windows and took away our weapons. "If you hadn't bumped inta me in the first place I wouldn't be in this mess!" Kid argued with me facing the wrong direction. "I'm over here." I teased and tapped her shoulder. "For one as talented as you, you sure can't adjust well to the dark huh?" I continued and get behind her again as she turned to face what she thought was me.
"I know yer behind me you hag!" she yelled angrily and sat down. "I heard yer footsteps. That's how I adjust to the darkness." she informed. "Sure I tried hard to make my foot steps unnoticeable." I added thinking I was loosing my skill. "It takes me a bit to be able to see in the dark. 'Bout now I can see clearly and I see we aren't alone in here." she said as I looked around myself and saw a dead body. "Thats attractive to have in a ride when escorting a lady and a brat." I joked sitting down myself.
"'Ow many times do I 'ave to tell ya? I ain't a brat!" Kid said getting mad. "Oh shut up! If you can't tell that I'm trying to be friendly by now then whats the point? Anyway back to the matter at hand. I need to ask you some things. You see I've been 'away' for awhile and I don't know the current politics." I informed looking around a bit more. "There's some jack a** in this desert claiming he's a gift grom God er something. He also built some place where he makes people fight." Kid filled me in about how this monarchy came about in a lawless land.
After the fall of civilization justice and laws faded as the robots came about. After Tina and I defeated Glenn, that put a stop to mass robot production and allowed people to try governing themselves again. But robots where still being made by someone. Some of the soldiers weren't of flesh and blood.

Dash Dash rolled his eyes. "FINALLY." He said, unhappy about the long trek."Yep~!" Gymmyk said to Ashtara, sticking out his tongue. He laughed his annoying laugh and blew more smoke at Ashtara. He then turning into a ball and latched to Dash's back. "You can't hurt me! What about your Dashing Hero~?" He said, mocking the title of Dashing Hero.

We came to a stop about forty-five minutes after we were loaded up. the doors swung open and I had my eyes closed but Kid..."OI! Do you blokes know that hurts my eye! Bugger!" she exclaimed shielding her eyes.
They grabbed Kid first and carted her off, but she was kicking and screaming obscenities and threatening them. I was walked off into some cell about ten foot by teen foot by about fifteen foot tall. "Not too shabby for a holding cell. Maybe some of the better fighters have better rooms..."I pondered and paced around.
A few hours of looking around and looking out of the window I gathered that this place was in the middle of no where. "What a surprise." I said in a nonchalant tone. I sat down on the bed and stood up as fast as I sat; "Oh no! My bear was left behind!" I cursed and laid down mad at myself. "Hope he'll be OK there..."
I drifted off to sleep for what seemed like two or three hours. I was abruptly woken up by a couple soldiers prodding me with the butt end of a spear. "Is that standard issue?" I joked slapping it out of his hands. I stood and looked at them. "What do you want of me?" I asked about to throw them out. "You are to fight in twenty minutes." spoke the one still holding his weapon. "Follow us." said the other and they walked out and I was behind them.
