Mo nodded looking down "yes...I heard a bell...and well" she trailed off unable to believe she tripped on her own tail. Mo felt some hair fall in front of her face thinking that it was on purpose. She pushed it back standing up her tail was curled up slightly still in pain. "H...H...How are you?" It was a foolish question bust she is still embarrassed because she stumbled so much. Felines are suppose to be graceful and she knew Lillybell woulds say it is okay and so would her father.

Getting up after stumbling for the shiny, Jericho looked about but couldn't pinpoint where it had gone. Grumbling lowly, he just glanced around once more to get a feel for the current situation. Things definitely seemed to have calmed down here. Plus, the Siren had at least stopped wailing for the time being.
Riley still seemed disappointed about losing the deer, and he had to wonder just why she wanted to ride the ghostdeer so badly. Life long dream? Eh, probably not.
"Is there a specific reason why you wanted to ride it or was it just on a whim?" he asked while leaning against the side of the seat. While he spoke, he was just idly watching a few of the others in the car.

Things were finally calming down. That was good. Though it seemed the target had disappeared. Probably flew out the window in that fight. He heard some teacher come in and ask, after everything was already finished, what had happened. How amusingly typical. But now there was something else everyone was going after. It took a bit of thought, but he decided to go ahead and give it a shot. Who knew what would happen.

Night was pretty sure after the windows and the deers that he would be safe to come out now. talking of such craziness, a small trinket flew out of the train and landed on the floor with a sweet tingly sound that had Night's ears perking as he stared at it roll over the floor.
Shiny. Was his first thought as he lifted his butt in the air and waving it around, His ear's pulled back, tail upright as he eyed it with grace of a stalking predator. He let out a little mew as he lifted on his back legs and pounced. Forgetting that he had no abilities on the train which caused him to drop and roll and miss the item. Although his hand reached out.
"Is it mine?" Night looked over.

Zing went the object as it flew over the air, conveniently past a few outstretched arms and limbs and right into Aksaja's hands. It looked like the dragon really wanted to be festive this holidays, which was great, because the trinket also made a great bracelet - or tail piece depending how you looked at it.
Before any student could even consider fighting him for it, as this was the special students train, a loud sound echoed through the cabin, not unlike a gnome hitting an upside down pan with a spoon.
"Meal time kiddos." Said the gnome hitting the upside down pan with a spoon. "Except those of you who can't eat, or don't eat. Heheh." He pointed to a large pot in a trolly behind him, a teetering assembly of bowls lined beside it. "Today's special is Bog Soup and Swamp Frogs I'm sure you're all lining to have a taste."
((Congrats Manda on winning the SECOND of the thirteen Reigndeer, and oh, it looks like its meal time (optional of course). ))

Riley shrugged lightly and slumped back into her seat. What, a girl can't try to mount a deer without a reason? It looked like it might have been fun. What a waste. Her chest heaved with a long, heavy sigh that didn't quite seem to make sense; seeing as she didn't visibly exhale any breath when she did it.
Speaking of fun..
Oh, look, they're feeding us too. How delightful. These words were said in a very thick and unhappy sarcasm; Riley liked to eat alone, and for good reason. She grabbed a swamp frog from the pot as the trolly teetered by, and curled up slightly in her seat. With one fingernail, she raked around the skull of the dead creature, and then popped the top like a soda can. Frogs had small brains, this was more of a snack than dinner. She held the open skull behind her head, out of view - no one needed to see this - and let her tentacles go to town.
Ugh.. they didn't even bother to spice them. She complained as she ate.

Shehk didn't really require food to be healthy, but her preference for her 'optional' noms had pretty much been set in being.... squirrels. Rabbits maybe, even. Or a deer. Frogs...weren't all the appetizing, Shehk's nose burning ever so slightly at the scent that filled the cabin (at least to her sensitivity).
Not. Want.
She'd already been trying to pander off gifts-of-frogs for weeks!
... .....
"Oh jack-dammit. This is where they went, isn't it?" she frowned, ears drooping dramatically before she practically lounged across her chair as though her woe would bring her some warranted attention from Nukpana.
... ....
Not that.. y'know.. she wanted his attention or anything. Skinwalker attentions were silly. Clearly she would have settled for any of her pals on the train coming over to harass her.

Deacon shrugged lightly as Mo asked how he was doing. "Unscathed, so alright I suppose." He actually got up from his seat, offering her a hand for assistance as she worked on standing. "Might be best to remain seated for this ride if you can help it. Somethin' tells me we might not have seen the end of madness just yet..."
It was at that moment that the terrible banging sounded, causing Deacon to pin his ears back and glare at the gnome making the racket. Cursing a little under his breath, he actually got up for some of the soup. If he could get past the flavor, at least he could hopefully get warmed up a little.

The gnomes making nose was not a sound the drunk Siren wanted to hear. "AHHHHHHH TO MUCH DING AND TOO MUCH DONG!" hand went over his earwings. Why did they have to ring? Why did his face hurt? The questiones bounced in his skull until he managed to hear something about food. Delicious, glorious, food. "Munchies~" Taking what was offered he frowned. Frogs? Frogs were- frogs. "Did G make dis?" He looked at Kasumi. Then Israfel pouted. G wasn't here. Adorable ribbon on a bucket on his head G. "G makes squished frogs. Very gewd you knows." Taking the bottle he normally kept his toterror in, the Siren put a frog inside. "Muchies fur laters." And he took some soup. "Munchies fur now." Slurping the bowl down, he frowned. "Needs salt." Giggling a bit he added. "Or more cider." Sadly the teacher was still present. No more cider....
YET.

The dragon grinned as he managed to scoop up the trinket from the floor, quickly stuffing it into a pocket before anyone could get the bright idea to try and steal it. Then someone said something about food, and he tilted head slightly, looking toward the gnomes. Wait, they were serving what now? Soup with frogs in it...? EW. He'd much rather have a steak, c'mon.
Hey, wait, there was the drunk kid. Sidling over to Israfel, Aksaja elbowed the other teen in the ribs. "Hey. Where did you get alcohol...? Is there any left?" he whispered.

Lucien wasn't sure what happened, but then, when was he ever? Everything seemed to be going so fast, so very fast for the poor air elemental. It seemed though poor Lucien had been confused straight from the moment he walked into the train cabin. Then a reindeer of all things pushed him over, stole his wings! To make things worse, someone attacked his bird for no good reason! Now, now there was nearly an elbow in his face, and Israfel was half on him and half flopping in various directions.
Frankly, the air elemental didn't mind, but it all felt familiar. It felt like it wasn't the first time, but Lucien clearly couldn't remember otherwise. The only important thing was a. Israfel was perched on his back, and b. someone was confronting Israfel again and nearly elbowed poor Lucien in the face when he had gone to elbow Israfel in the ribs.
"Would you be so kind to not to do that," he stated, not directing it properly, but definitely not directing it at his drunken pal as he made sure the siren didn't topple over and off Lucien's back.

Jericho furrowed his brow as the mindflayer sighed, not entirely certain how that worked out. Come to think of it, he wasn't really sure how they breathed... if they did so at all, which only added a little to that confusion. He soon shrugged off the thought at the mention of food. Glancing over his shoulder to see what Riley was talking about, he went ahead and grabbed a frog.
Not the best of meals out there, but it was at least still meat. But as Riley said... it was rather tasteless.
"Better than turnips at least," he said with relative disinterest. The dragon had downed the frog pretty quickly and quite frankly it hadn't done a whole lot for him.
Judging from a few comments he heard from elsewhere in the train, the other student's were less than enthused about the food as well.

After failing to catch the shiny, Luce had retreated back to Malodore's seat, curling up next to her master with her ears pinned back. Such a disgrace for a cwn annwn, to not be able to fight or hunt! So terrible! Total disgrace! Forever!
Or, at least, until something distracted her. For now, though, Malodore was inclined to let her sulk, if only to allow itself some (metaphorical) breathing room. It quietly finished up stitching up the bite mark on its hand, then tied off on the stitches, snapped the cord neatly with a snap of its beak, and tucked the needle and remaining thread back into its sleeve. Much better.
That done, the plague doctor turned with interest to the 'meal' on offering. It accepted a bowl and immediately began picking through it for the frog. Maybe it could get a little entertainment after all!
