Wasn't sure if this was asked before, but can they return to civilian form once the reach their planet or is that unwise? I asked before if it was okay to do a week long solo one Maia's planet, so long as the rules are followed, but I wasn't sure if it was actually feasible for her to be Maia the whole time.
Also noticed Blue wasn't on the bribe list, so I thought I would ask about that since it was said civilians could be bribed too?
Akina: The templatists who were interested in being considered for bribes are the ones listed! You may only bribe for the ones listed in the Bribe Info thread. Blue wanted to sit this one out, but yes, you may submit bribes for civilians.

It's been stated somewhere that the prom ends on the 22nd. Is this true? And if so how soon is it going to start?
Akina: Silent Spy made a plot thread to arrange prom. I believe it has been set to run from May 18th to the 22nd!

I asked Natsu about this, and I was told to please post this here as it was important to everyone!
I was wondering how much, if any, the eternal wingbows could be modified? Like, would it be acceptable if Eternal Rosalind's wingbow laid flat over her triple-layered skirts and acted as a sort of overskirt? (rather than piling the detail on to an increasingly intricate fuku, I thought it would be a very simple yet beautiful way to go about it)
Natsube: After thinking about this for a bit, we are sticking with vanilla buttbows for everyone. It makes differentiating different groups of senshi very very easy, and I want to keep it that way. As far as I know, Scylla is the only one that does not follow the buttwing rule, but she's the exception. You can have wing patterns on the skirt if you want it to blend in more though!

I've been wondering something, if someone wanted to play a schoolkid that was chibi-aged but didn't want to power them up. (Like the civilians running around.) Would they be allowed to purchase a kid that way? If that would make people more comfortable playing the 8/9~14 year old bracket?
*edit*
I mainly ask because 1. it'd be a lot easier to rp the chibis if there were more kids there age, and 2. I know there's a good deal of people that aren't comfortable with having chibis on the battlefield, so while there's still power ups for those that are interested/comfortable having their kid in a war, there's also be the option for others to not have a kid that participates in the war but the day-to-day life of knightside/homeschooling(?) instead
Akina: We have templates for chibi schoolkids -- so yep. Civilians are civilians are civilians!

My question is about the template tester raffle from many moons ago. :V That's where I won my senshi, and it was many moons that passed before I heard anything about getting her art, and I got a pm from another artist offering to stop the wait and alleviate Natsu's work load that they'd take over. When I got the official powered art, it was on an existing template. Does this mean that her future art will be on existing templates? When the time comes for an upgrade, if Natsu isn't as busy as she was when I won in the raffle, can she do the future art?
Akina: Templated art will always be on templates. There aren't new templates created for every character -- or else they wouldn't be templates! There were more template tester winners selected than there were templates created so some got put on existing ones, and yes, your templated character will continue to grow on templates for her next two stages. The characters won through that raffle have been passed on to our wonderful colorist staff and will continue to be completed by them.
You may either choose to stick with the same artist who did your first stage, or elect for any other artist to pick it up (which we determine by a raffle of all interested artists in the staff forum) when it comes time for her to grow. The vast majority of our new characters will be done by the templatists since we have recently taken on a full staff of talented templatists to help lighten the load!

As "nuetral good" characters, can knights ever be corrupted over to the negaverse side? Obviously, senshi can be corrupted but since the origins of knights and senshi are vastly different, is there something within a knight that prevents corruption or are they vulnerable to the same corruption senshi are?
Nessy: It is absolutely possible to corrupt a knight to the side of the Negaverse, for that's how the Negaverse was born. However whether we will ICly allow this is another question entirely and one we will not be considering until we have fleshed out the faction a little more.

Just out of curiosity, what does energy stealing feels like? Does it varies by invidual (or situation) or is it somewhat similar feeling for everyone?
If it varies by situation.. When confronted the victim directly... Is it painful? Does it feel like strange, like something is not right?
Does it feel different than attempt of starseed stealing? If so, how?
Nessy: Energy stealing can feel differently depending on how the manner is performed. For the most part however it's rather subtle and you just start feeling more and more tired when it's performed by a member of the Negaverse. There might be some pain and discomfort if it's a clumsy youma removal of energy however! They lack finesse.
It is absolutely different from star seed stealing. This is a leeching of your energy which the body is used to from you performing actions throughout the day, the other is an unnatural removal of your life's core.

Is Astraea still available to be RPed with, or has she been retired?
Stae: Astraea was Rosemilk's character, and thus has been retired, since none of us really feel comfortable taking over a former GM's personal character. Since she was revealed to be Luna and may be needed in the future to move things along, she has been retained as a shop NPC, but she isn't a requestable NPC for personal RPs.

I've been told that senshi can upgrade when the moment feels right but is a guardian cat required to be there to upgrade a senshi? If so, could we just NPC a cat there? <3
Could we rp an upgrade without a guardian cat there?
Akina: Because we have so many senshi and only a couple cats, it would be difficult for there to be a cat in every awakening, simply due to OOC strain on the cat players. You do have to have a guardian cat 'unlock' the next power level in order to grow ICly, but the way that we typically handwave it is that a guardian cat must have done it before when the senshi did not realize.
So the awakening RP would be the first time that your character henshins since that hypothetical guardian cat encounter. "Oh, obviously, a passing cat realized my potential and did some voodoo without telling me!" That has been the explanation used in the past. If you are having a mid-RP evolution, then you can just say OH A GUARDIAN CAT MUST HAVE BEEN AROUND WEIRD I DIDN'T NOTICE THEM to get away with it. (I have done that with Ares twice now!)
Basically... a certain amount of BSing it is allowed, just for the sake of sanity.

Are past-life memories limited to your own homeworld, or can a senshi have memories on a world not their own if their past self visited?
Akina: The original notion has been that senshi can only awaken memories on their own planets.

I know there used to be something about this but I can't seem to find the information sooo:
What are the statistics on guardian cats, corrupt and not corrupt. Are they all stronger then your average every day cats? Do they have boosted agility/speed/strength/healing like their senshi and negaverse charges.
Nessy: They have the same boosts that any first-rank senshi or lieutenant would have. This is added to the fact that cats are already fantastic jumpers and fast so you can assume they move pretty fast and can do lots of neat things like that.
I 'believe' it was stated somewhere that good cats can shoot head beams while corrupt ones cannot. And that corrupt ones can have bigger/harder claws in cat and human form. Is this correct or misinformation on my part.
Nessy: Beams for everyone! One is light one is dark depending on your flavor of star seed. Senshi don't change from light to dark and neither do guardian cats.
And lastly, in battle would an experienced guardian cat be able to take on a low (starter level) enemy or are they just cats (and there for shouting things and upgrades)? And considering how the odds are stacked with the good having head lasers would the corrupt have any sort of extra defense (say.. if it's mauvian magic so their bodies are just better built to take it or something) of are they just SOL and potentially dead if they go up against a good kitty?
Nessy: Cats should not be able to take on a youma or anything (including corrupt kitty vs senshi) unless they fire that head-beam and then you should be prepared for your kitty to be very very weak. It's an emergency last-ditch resort thing and can also work as an SOS beacon because...it's really powerful. It would get quite a bit of attention to anyone sensing for energy.
Mauvians are just dual-form cats that are there to aid but only in a support role. They should not be battling unless absolutely necessary.

In sight of the all cats have headlazers I have an extra question... If a cat did fire a head lazer beam at a nega/senshi (depending on side) what sort of damage can it do if it actually hits? And for youma, could it actually kill one?
Nessy: Minor damage. It would probably just make whatever it hit numb and then painful. It would kill only the weakest level of youma. The beam isn't meant to be a weapon it's more like a stun than anything else.

For a senshi/corrupted guardian cat, is it absolutely necessary that they be attached to a senshi? Or is it possible to have them wnader as a stray for a bit, before attaching themselves to one person? <3
Mouse: You are not required to be attached to any character at a guardian cat! It's an option for your character, not a requirement -- your cat can even stay a 'stray' forever if they like that more than having a companion.

Is there any date (approximately) that the schools end by for the summer?
The GMs have never really talked about this. I'd assume... mid-June? Something like that.
Likewise, a date (approximately) for seniors to graduate from high school?
I graduated May 19th from my high school so that is pretty much my only point of reference. However, in the hopes of giving people who would like to work with it time, I think you can assume mid-June? Again, this isn't something that the GMs really nailed down. Sorry!
Nessy: Because it's convenient I've always gone with September 1st-June 1st as the school year in Destiny City. They're very exact, aren't they?

Can I draw a picture/comic for a solo and have it count as 1000 words? cool Nessy: Because this is a matter of policy we GM-types need to retreat to our secret base and discuss this in depth. Please expect a response in 8-10 business months.
