is their any system in the workings to have three elements? a few of the really cool bloodlines require them and i was wondering how we were working our way to that. Become aware of it at konin maybe? something like that....

There's a possibility we'll work something out like that, but it will be when classes receive a massive redoing ( no time soon. )

When it comes to element v. element(ex. water v. fire) does water always win regardless of rank or would fire win if it was 2 ranks above the water technique used?

To clarify, if your water technique is rank B, and it makes contact with a fire technique rank A, they'll both be treated as rank B.
Then, depending on the jutsu's description, they'll likely nullify one another.
Just sorta depends on the technique...
Like, say the water technique was really spread out, but the fire technique was really focused and compact, the fire technique would likely still cut through.

I'm still a little confused. If I used a higher ranked fire technique then the water technique used, does fire win?
Ex. fire rank B v. water rank D: I would think fire would win since its the higher ranked. If you drop a rank because water is its weakness it would still be a higher rank. Saying they were both condensed techniques.

Yeah, if the technique is still higher in rank, it should still win.
But, like I said, it also depends on the jutsu description.
If the fire technique is rank B, and the water technique is rank D, the fire will be treated as rank C. It's still higher than the water technique, so it should win.

In the kage section of the non-elemental void-rank technique's, there is a technique called Jiongi(Earth Grudge Fear) which grants you the abilities of Kakuzu. Since this is being made a bloodline is this technique going to stay or will it be removed?
Also, with the non-elemental void rank, do these count against learning restrictions?(Ex. can a genin learn a technique listed in the sannin list. Since it has no rank, I wasn't sure.)

Yes it will be taken out, Yes they count towards your limits and No a gennin can only learn up to jounin rank jutsus.

Since Fissure Kick Style is taking so long, can I substitute it with another style? I've learned up to Stage 2 of it, completed fully (training+techniques). It's kind of a piss off if I have to keep it, when I can't do anything with it. :/
I'm really waiting on it to be edited or for me to get a new style so I can start RPing with my Cloud RPC again xD

I'm confused with how this technique works. It says the ground opens up and swallows opponent, does that mean a hole opens up and the opponent falls into it or does it suck the opponent into it? And if a hole does open up, how big is it?

Description: The user creates handsigns and then, when the activates it, the ground literally opens and swallows the opponent. Once the handsigns are created it can be used anytime and is extremely unpredictable, making it hard to defend agaisnt.
