Shizuka turned on her heel slowly as he asked where they were going, pressing her finger to her lips before stopping and pointing dramatically in the direction of the academy. "Well...I have to learn my clan abilities. And my clan abilities are technically ninjutsu. So to the academy it is." She started walking, her slightly large boots taking step by step as she lead the way.

Shi's bugs had located him fairly quickly and discerned that the hot springs were empty apart from him. She didn't mind him seeing her body, they had grown up together after all. It wouldn't be the first time he had seen her in such a state, although obviously she was trying to cover up before and never in such a public setting despite no one else being there. She hopefully managed to slip into the water without being noticed. She held her breath and swam beneath the water, surfacing right next to him. Her body was obscured by the water and steam, so she was still technically decent. She spoke in a soft voice. Something that never really happened for the fiery tempered young Aburame. "Roku...? Are you alright?"

Shi knew him better then that. When there was something wrong with him she could tell just by the look in his eyes. And considering what had happened during the day, there was only really one thing that it could be. She understood little about men, but she knew their ego's tended to bruise easily. But it was even more then that. More then an ego issue. She wondered if he felt bad. Like he couldn't protect her. She scrunched her face up and moved back a little when he messed her hair up, using a little water to slick it back once more while trying to keep her body under the water. She pretty much tackle hugged him out of the blue. Trying not to keep her body too close to his own for the obvious reasons. "You can't fool me, Roku. And you don't need to feel bad. You did a heck of a lot better then I did. I only lasted about a minute flat. You were able to keep up with her and then some and you weren't going all out yet either. I trust you with my life. Alright?"

She listened to him, almost a little bit shocked when he started to freak out. But that didn't phase her in the slightest. Growing up on the streets you had to learn to be tough. To never let your fear consume you or you just wouldn't survive. She stood up to her full height, which wasn't much taller then he was, far too angry to care what was showing even though she trusted him not to look and slapped him straight across the face. "Get a hold of yourself! Do you hear yourself? Do you!? People win and lose all the time. But you won't be helping anyone while you're sat around feeling sorry for yourself! What happens if I die out there because you're too busy moping to have my back? Do you want that? Because I don't think you do! This isn't you Roku. Do you remember when I met you? I was begging for food after my mother died. If you hadn't of taken me in then I wouldn't be alive today. We've both had to do things to survive that we would have preferred we didn't have to do. I am alive because of you. I don't care what anyone else says or thinks. You once told me that part of the reason people fall down is so they can learn to pick themselves back up again. And I need you..." She couldn't hold it in any longer. She had never, ever once cried since she had met him. But now she sat down in the water, covered her face with her hands and literally burst into tears. Roku was the only family she had. Even her own mother hated her. What was she going to do if she lost him too?

Shi was still shaking. Even after being helped out of the water and given a towel. Her body was something she was never really ashamed of people seeing. Although she never set out to flaunt it either. She had been forced to do some really rather nasty things that a girl her age should never be made to do to survive in the past. Before she met and had Roku to protect her that was. She had never told him that. She was starting to wonder whether she ever would.

She sniffled slightly and clung tighter against him. She didn't like making him feel bad. But she knew he was good. She really, really did. She felt stupid for having broken down like that, but at the same time it felt better now. She nodded, drying her eyes on her forearm. "I know...I just don't like it when you get like that. Because you're the most important person in the world to me. You took me in even when my own mother wouldn't. I guess...I just wanted you to know that you didn't have to worry about me so much. That I could pull my own weight."

Her brain pretty much shut down at the word "love". Although she was certain he didn't mean it in the way she was hoping. She was still blushing furiously. Another thing that she never really did. "I..I.....I...." She pinched herself to snap herself out of it, almost like a genjutsu. "I....I love you too." Even if she meant it in a different way to what he expected. She got up and dressed, nodding at the offer of food and following him out.

Take walked through the small gate and into the changing room. She undressed carefully and undid her arm from the sling it was in. Her shoulder was still stiff but otherwise it was healed up. Though there was a bit of scarring. She wrapped her small frame in a towel and went out to the springs. Getting in she winced at the rapid temperature change but sighed as the hot water relaxed her muscles. Her shoulder still ached. It was the main reason she decided to soak. Koshi sat on the stone ledge just next to her and was rather alert, keeping watch for her
