Bonnie came back into the vet center and looked on her daily roster. Three kittens for a checkup, next? Bonnie got the kittens out of the cat boarding room and into the examination room. After a few minutes, Bonnie checked and found them to be mercifully clean from parasites, but under-fed. She checked their charts and found the problem. Well that is easily fixed.

The kittens were clean and seemed to be healthy. With the exception of the cow milk diet....Ms. Amythest had done a very good job of taking care of them. One of the kitten's tail was a little bent. Bonnie checked and found that one of the tail bone had been dislocated. Bonnie placed it into its own cage until she could put the bone make into joint. She wrote up some direction to be sent home with the bill.

Later, she put the kitten under anesthisia and relocated the tail bone. She placed the kitten back with its companions and went to call Aqua Springs for their pickup.

-dame walks in with Miru J in tow and called out to the seemingly empty building- What? Are we living here now, Dec? I mean this is a place where cows eat, not people!!! -she grins over at Miru and winks at her- wink

Dec turned around with a grin. "We are eating here tonight. Come on. Help me carry it up."

Dec led them upstairs to the racetrack observation room. Snow was lightly falling outside and through the big picture window, you could see the race horses had been turned out to play in the snow. In the nearby yard, the dogs were also out having a good time in the snow. Plates and silverware had been set out so they could watch the snow slowly fall from the dark sky.

Bonnie let dec and Miru into the elevator as she stepped out of it. They went down while Bonnie walked over to dame. "dame, me darling girl. What be the cause of ye sad face?"

-Miru lightly holds Deccy's hand in the elevator, swinging it slightly, she looks up at him with bright blue eyes- What are we eating tonight, Deccy? whee

Dec grinned at the young girl, "Roasted pork with cashew butter, spinach casserole, cranberry bullion soup, French croissants, and sweet potatoes wedges. And the for dessert, a Yule Log pastry."

When Dec and Miru came out of the elevator and saw Amy speaking to the receptionist. Dec wrapped an arm around Miru and they walked over. "Amy... Merry Christmas. What are you doing here so late during the holidays?"

Amy looked over at the voice she heard and was a little surprised to see Dec there but then quickly remembered that he was Bonnie's brother. She also recognized the girl next to him. She knew she was either related to Dame somehow or a friend. She had seen her at a party before.

She smiled slightly at Dec and nodded. "Hello Dec. Merry Christmas. I came over because I got a message at Aqua Springs that my kittens were ready to be picked up. Bonnie also sent a care package over. I wanted to thank her personally, and I also baked her some sugar cookies."

She gestured to the wrapped plate of cookies in her hands.

-Miru's stomach growls as Dec tells her what they are eating and she pulls on his arm, hugging it a bit- That sounds yummy, Deccy!! ^_^ -she starts bouncing on her heels, excited-

-when they step out of the elevator and see Amy, Miru calms down and becomes shy again, hiding slightly behind Dec. To be polite, she whispers a Merry Christmas and 'How Do You Do?' She perks up slightly though, when Amy mentions cookies-
