In Advent Children, Cloud would win. EIGHT SWORDS are better than two, and his new toy has the ability to combine two blades in order to increase cutting power. Sora would get cut in half by Blade Beam or Braver anyways, or stunned by Cross Slash and then sliced six different ways. If Sora tries mid-air tatics, it's already over. Cloud's the undisputed master, as is Sephiroth. Climbhazzard would tear through him nicely, if Cloud wanted to be flashy. (I saw those limit breaks in the movie and they're goddamn awesome.)
There are just too many ways for the kid to die.
In the original FFVII, Cloud would win. See the above statement. Not to mention that he's not too bad with Materia- why cut something in half when you could blow it apart? Strength of heart THIS. *Sora goes boom.*
In Kingdom Hearts II, Sora (If you're at a decent enough level by then), would win. Sure, the guy's fast, but you have Valor Form. Two are always better than one, and that's all that Cloud has. One sword. That's aside from the fact that almost all of his attacks are linear, and can either be parried or dodged easily.
Proud Mode is another story, and Sora would most likely bite it one or two times before finally winning.
