John ducked the attack and while his leg was in the air he stood up since he was right underneath the leg attempting to knock him off balance. While he was standing up he slashed with his sword at the mans free leg attempting to cut the muscle so that he would drop and not be able to use his leg. Being in the position the man put himself into it was very unlikly that he would be able to dodge the attack. "Nice try..." said John almost evily.

Selene ran to the arena. She looked at them fighting. "So like Ares." she said to herself. She yelled out "ALLEN!" and sat down.

Alyson walked into the arena with a sword, needing to get her mind off of things. Life was very different at camp, for one thing, she actually had enough to eat. They only thing that was still the same was that she had no siblings. Her cabin was empty, besides her, surprisingly. Without any siblings, it made her lonelier than ever. So far, she hadn't made any friends yet. Sighing, she pulled her brown mane in a ponytail and sat down to watch some other campers fight, at the same time wondering what kind of power she really had. Staring at the ground, she was about the test something out. With a snap of her fingers, she made a small grape vine grow out. Too bad, that's all I can do she thought. Alyson plucked off a bunch of grapes to eat, they were slightly sour, but she didn't mind. Sighing once again, she continued to watch the campers fight each other.

Flicking her hand, Alyson caused another vine to grow, but this time strawberries. Interesting, I can make other berries grow too..., she thought. The strawberries became ripe and she picked them off and continue to snack off her powers.

John smiled as he jumped back so the spear missed, and as he did his shadows had grabbed hold of the shadow of his opponent which would make him stop in mid air and not be able to move. He smiled as the shadows held out his arms and legs in the air and with that John picked up the spear that was in the ground and twirled it before holding it in a throwing position aiming for his opponents lower mid section which was uncovered because of his armor. He smiled and said "I wish to show you that even those who are the spawn of the lesser gods are mightier warriors.." and with that him and his shadow mimicked each other throwing the spear at both his opponent who wouldn't be able to move very much if at all and his shadow who was the exact same way. The very power behind the throw would cause much damage to his opponent and ending the fight.

*Allan loses himself to an insane rage, making incapable of saying much of anything as well as making him incredibly strong. With his new strength Allan is able to break free of Johns grip by sheer brute force and falls before his spear hit him*

Well the newbie has some strength, but he could never best me, Christian thought as he saw the boy break free. (It's true)
