*It had taken awhile but finnally Ali had found Seisukes Dojo, just one more obstacle remained until he could return back to his wife's Island. He had a feeling however that Seisukes students would interferre with his plans and protect him by any means they saw fit, But that only make matters more delightfully challangeing. Especialy since he had promised no casualties.
And so Aliator stood out in the training grounds, waiting and letting Seisuke and his students know of his arrival.* Seisuke Ichjioumi, I have come to borrow you for a limited amount of time. You are to be conducted an experiment on and unless you come with me of your free will, i'll drag you back to the floating Island by force. If any of your students attack me, i'll beat them up in such a matter that their own mother won't be able to recognize them...and it'll be your responsibility for the wounds they'll suffer.
Follow me of your free will and i promise you'll be back here very much alive within atleast two days.

Lorinth walks around, and hearing noise moves toward it. He gets to the room, and see's people he doesn't recognize, and steps back out, but stays in eyeshot to watch. Be free to watch and look around tell me if you want to join my dojo

Traning Schedule for Students
Everyone:
Weight training: Theres some weighted garments in the dojo put them and use them in everything you do yes it will be slow at first but with this you will gain speed there will be a test based on your reflexes soon so train hard
Equipment: feet, chest, arm wrists weights
Weight in the equipment: 50lbs (each piece except wrists 30lbs) 22.5 kg

He looks at the new guest "Yes it is please feel free to enter shoes off" Skyeheart smirks. "I don't wear shoes. My scaled feet are much too rough for any footwear." Skyeheart steps inside. "And you are the Sensei, Master Seisuke, am I correct?"

Alanna returned and sat on the floor. A little sweat trickled down the side of her face. She went off to test the weights, that were still attached to her wrists and ankles.

I see please rise yes i accept you as my Pupil Skyehart as alanna is doing right now start weight training to increase speed but since you have more strength you have to wear more weigth is that understood?"He shifts his sight to alanna "Alanna im glad to see you hear training (sorry my friends but had some problems in this past weekend but everything is better now ^^)

Skyeheart stands and straps five 50 lbs. weights to each leg and arm.

(thanks alanna) "Alanna i have seen that you like to use elemnts and necromancy so after this training we need to train you energy control o reiryouku as i like to call it then after that learn to mold it as with that then the good stuff starts as you like far away attacks am i right?" Then he shifts to skyeheart "Skyeheart you see that way"he points to some poles that have studs spiking out like in the kung fu movies "I want you to do this with you weights" he goes there and does an enbu (means dance but it also refers at a set of moves in fluid order) he hits front with his right fist then touches the side pole with his left then repeats alternating the left and right fist it starts slow but he quickly place some speed until the his hands looks like blur "do this i dont expect ya to be this fast until you train for a good while but at least you will increase some speed by doing this train hard my pupil"
