As for quick answers since I don't wanna leave you hanging:
1) Pistolera should continue to drop until it finishes evolving.
2) The best time to sell Happy Melody is when you're happy with your profit, or when you think you won't be able to earn any more gold with it.

Archon of Aegis We actually included it in the previous list of items as a decent long term investment. Mind you this you will have to hold on to for about a year if you want anything major out of it. I know this is really old but how much would the slippers rise in a about a year or so?

Her Infernal Majesty, Sen's underwear.
I bought the underwear for like, 70k and I'm hoping I can sell it for 200k. Cha-ching! ;]

I have a question.
Is buying a Thank You Letter for December 2009 at 110k from the apparent lowest price being 80k bad, or would it not really matter because of the December spike?
